The purpose of the present study was to examine whether work overload and unreasonable organizational climate have significant relationship with emotional exhaustion. The present study also attempted to find out whether psychological detachment has mediating effects on the relationship. Psychological detachment refers to an individual's experience of being mentally away from work, to make a pause in thinking about work-related issues, thus to “switch off”. Previous research has suggested that psychological detachment from work during off-job time is important in order to recover from stress encountered at the job. Data were collected from 234 workers employed in a variety of organizations. It was found that work overload and unreasonable organizational climate were significantly associated with low psychological detachment and high emotional exhaustion. In addition, psychological detachment had mediating effects on the relationship of work overload and unreasonable organizational climate to emotional exhaustion.

This study aims to examine the relationship of sustainable innovation strategy and financial performance through the mediation environmental performance. The hypothesis in this study is sustainable innovation strategy affect the financial performance which is mediated by environmental performance. This study is quantitative research in the explanatory level. The population of this study is all the manufacturer companies in East Java. The data is collected through questionnaire. The unit of analysis is a business unit. The respondent of this study is the manager of a business unit manufacturing company in East Java. The results showed that the environmental performance mediates partially the relation between sustainable innovation strategy and financial performance.<br /><br />

This descriptive study in nature was designed to determine the relationship of dimensions of organizational climate and job satisfaction of teachers in Colegio de San Juan de Letran-Bataan. Forty two (42) of collegiate and basic education faculty were the respondents. The study adopted Organizational Climate Descriptive Questionnaire (OCDQ) developed by (Croft, 1963) to know the type of organizational climate, were used for data collection. It is found that there is significant relationship between dimensions of transformation and diversity and Colegio’s image of organizational climate and job satisfaction while there is no significant relationship between dimensions of trust, training and development, leadership, employee’s wellness, communication, performance management, remuneration and rewards, teamwork and work environment of organizational climate and job satisfaction. This study examines the relationship of the teachers’ profile, to the school organizational climate and job satisfaction of the teachers. Using descriptive correlational design, the investigation was participated by 30 junior high schools that were purposively selected through convenient sampling. The results of the statistical analysis revealed that teacher profile such as age, marital status, educational attainment and teaching experience are having positive and significant relation to organizational climate and job satisfaction. Likewise, organizational climate and job satisfaction are also significantly correlated and have directly proportional relationships. As such, organizational leaders, employees/teachers profile has significant bearing in promoting favorable organizational climate while organizational climate has significant contributions in promoting the job satisfaction of the workers.

Mobbing is relatively new concept for behavioral scientists, which illustrates in the form of unfriendly behavior of employee at workplace. The objective of the study is to examine the relationship between organizational climate, workplace bullying and workers health in Higher education institutes of Pakistan. In addition, this study investigates how workplace bullying acts as a mediator between organizational climate and workers physical & psychological health. Structural equation modeling and path analysis was conducted using the AMOS software program. The reliability of the questionnaire is measured by Cronbach's coefficient alpha (α). The results from the study show a Cronbach's α score of each dimensional scale: organizational climate has been measured on the basis of 7 factors. Reliability of each factor has been calculated like the first factor leadership has been measure through 4 items. Direct and indirect effects were calculated in order to test the endogenous and exogenous variables. The results derived from seventeen Higher Educational Institutes, which comprises 9 public and 8 private educational institutions of Pakistan that indicates the fitness of the extended model and depicted that workplace bullying mediates the relationship of organizational climate and workers health. Organizational climate causes workplace bullying that affect workers physical and psychological health. The basic cause of bullying at workplace is the organizational climate along with its various elements that can better contribute in making valuable strategies to manage workplace bullying. It is important to emphasize that these findings might be used effectively in order to guide organizational interventions and theoretical developments.

Village Owned Enterprise is an economic institution established in rural Indonesia and aims to develop the economy of rural communities. Rural economic development through BUMDes is inseparable from community participation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of internal and external factors with the participation of service business unit of revolving BUMDes program; and the relationship of participation with the level of effectiveness of micro economic development of BUMDes in West Cilebut Village. This research uses a quantitative approach supported by qualitative data. The number of respondents in this study were 45 respondents. The results showed that community participation in the revolving business unit of BUMDes program had low participation rate. Internal factors that have a relationship with participation is the level of income. External factors with the level of participation have a strong relationship that is the level of availability of facilities and infrastructure. This study also found that the effectiveness of the program is low. The level of participation with the effectiveness of the program that has a relationship is the goal of the program.Keywords: BUMDes, Participation Level, Program Effectiveness,  Revolving Loans ABSTRAKBadan Usaha Milik Desa adalah  sebuah lembaga ekonomi yang dibentuk di pedesaan Indonesia dan bertujuan  mengembangkan ekonomi masyarakat desa. Pembangunan ekonomi masyarakat melalui BUMDes tidak terlepas dari partisipasi masyarakat. Tujuan  penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor internal dan eksternal dengan partisipasi penerima layanan unit usaha pinjaman bergulir program BUMDes; serta hubungan partisipasi dengan tingkat efektivitas pengembangan ekonomi kelompok kecil BUMDes di Desa Cilebut Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang didukung oleh data kualitatif. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 45 orang responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat dalam unit usaha pinjaman bergulir program BUMDes memiliki tingkat partisipasi rendah. Faktor internal yang  memiliki hubungan dengan partisipasi adalah tingkat pendapatan. Faktor eksternal dengan tingkat partisipasi memiliki  hubungan yang kuat yaitu tingkat ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana. Penelitian ini pun menemukan bahwa tingkat efektivitas program tergolong rendah. Tingkat partisipasi dengan tingkat efektivitas program yang memiliki hubungan adalah tujuan program.Kata Kunci: BUMDes, Pinjaman Bergulir, Tingkat Partisipasi, Efektivitas  Program
