TK6920 boring and milling machine is an advanced multi-functional.processing.equipment. Its range of processing is wide and production efficiency is high. It is available for drilling, reaming, threading , milling and cutting trenches plane ; coupled with rotary table , the machine can also bore in opposite direction and multi-faceted process [ 1 ]. Spindle box is one of the most important parts of milling and boring , which is mainly used to install the spindle structure and transmission parts . Spindle box requires not only sufficient stiffness and strength , but also a certain degree of vibration damping ability. Its precision and structural changes have a significant impact on the accuracy of machined parts , so the headstock structural analysis and optimization is necessary

The FE model of a combined gantry milling machine was constructed. The joint stiffness of bolt fastening, ball screw, and roller guideway were calculated. The static analysis, modal analysis and harmonic analysis of the whole machine were carried out. The results indicated that the static stiffness and minimum dynamic stiffness of the spindle could satisfy the accuracy requirements of milling, but the stiffness of the X-axis feed system was comparatively low, while the stiffness of the rest and the cross-beam could be relatively abundant. The result of “considering joint stiffness” modal analysis was more accurate than “unconsidering joint stiffness”, especially the 5th-order natural frequency had a difference of up to 52.2%. The harmonic analysis result showed that the response amplitude of the spindle center was comparatively large in three directions when the 1st-order and the 17th-order natural frequency were working, so the frequencies should be avoided while working.

In order to fully understand and correctly evaluate the stability of overlying strata and surrounding rock, in-situ stress of south main roadway, north main roadway and bypass in shaft station of expanding area, Tao’er coal mine was tested by KX-81-style triaxial stress gauge of hollow inclusion. The test results show that tectonic stress is main in in-situ stress of expanding area, Tao’er coal mine, horizontal principal stress is westeast distribution, 31.13-27.42MPa size, 27.42°-275° direction. Each stress state is not identical, vertical stress is basically slightly less than the weight of the rock covering on unit area. Application of measuring principle of in-situ stress and analysis of field measurement provide a reliable basis for roadway support design and parameters optimization in expanding area of Tao’er coal mine, ensure safety and smooth construction of roadway.

The industrial characterization of the machinability of metals and alloys has always been a very arbitrarily defined property, subject to the selection of various reference or test materials; and the adoption of rather naive and misleading interpretations and standards. However, it seems reasonable to assume that with the present state of knowledge of materials properties, and the current theories of solid state physics, more basic guidelines for machinability characterization might be established on the basis of the residual machined microstructures. This approach was originally pursued by Draper; and our presentation here will simply reflect an exposition and extension of this research. The technique consists initially in the production of machined chips of a desired test material on a horizontal milling machine with the workpiece (specimen) mounted on a rotary table vice. A single cut of a specified depth is taken from the workpiece (0.25 in. wide) each at a new tool location.

The theater usually has an attractive form to attract the attention of visitors and also has good sound control in the auditorium so as not to cause sound distortion. Performances in Medan are still inadequate to accommodate international performances. Particularly in Medan, the enthusiasm of the community towards art tends to be high, but the facilities of the place lack to accommodate performances. Data collection methods are carried out by collecting primary data through a process of field comparative study and secondary data through literature studies & comparative studies. The design approach used in design studies are analyzing the physical, conditions around the site, potential, the limits that exist on the site, Site and environmental approaches are analysis of site conditions and the best solutions, the user approach is building analysis to meet the need for facilities and quality in accommodating the show, literature studies related to titles and themes and theories that support design ideas. The Metaphor is chosen as a truss design theme to convey the shape of building design by combining metaphorical forms of buildings and the prominence of the same metaphorical theme in the building to those who visit and see buildings to prevent sound distortions by using porous materials. Medan is a big city in Indonesia as a design area with consideration of a strategic location. It is expected that with the presence of this performance center, domestic and foreign tourists and especially Medan people themselves can enjoy the comfort and get to know traditional music and dance in Indonesia.

The relationship that exists between design, policies and governance is quite complex and presents academic researchers continuously with new opportunities to engage and explore aspects relevant to design management. Over the past years, we have witnessed how the earlier focus on developing policies for design has shifted to an interest in understanding the ways in which design contributes to policy-making and policy implementation. Research into policies for design has produced insights into how policy-making decisions can advance professional impact and opportunities for designers and the creative industries. This research looked into how design researchers and design practitioners themselves can benefit from specific policies that support design activities and create the space for emerging design processes.
