Purpose: Formation of the idea of laboratories accredited by Accreditation System of Russian Federation, in particular radiation control laboratories, about the possibility of confirming technical competence by means of participation in interlaboratory comparison tests at international level. Content: Description of the experience of successful passing the international comparisons by radiation control laboratories under up-to-date requirements. Conclusion: The experience described in the article can be used by accredited laboratories in practice for conformity validation with accreditation criteria.

National accreditation agencies in different countries have set quite strict requirements for accreditation of testing and calibration laboratories. Interlaboratory comparisons (ILCs) are a form of experimental verification of laboratory activities to determine technical competence in a particular activity. Successful results of conducting ILCs for the laboratory are a confirmation of competence in carrying out certain types of measurements by a specific specialist on specific equipment. To obtain reliable results of ILC accredited laboratories, it is necessary to improve the methods of processing these results. These methods are based on various data processing algorithms. Therefore, it is necessary to choose the most optimal method of processing the obtained data, which would allow to obtain reliable results. In addition, it is necessary to take into account the peculiarities of the calibration laboratories (CLs) when evaluating the results of ILС. Such features are related to the need to provide calibration of measuring instruments for testing laboratories. The evaluation results for ILCs for CLs are presented. The results for all participants of ILCs were evaluated using the En and z indexes. The obtained results showed that for the such ILCs it is also necessary to evaluate the data using the z index also.

The article discusses the features of the radiation control laboratories participation accredited in the Russian national accreditation system in interlaboratory comparisons. The participants results in the most relevant areas are presented - scrap metal radiation monitoring, multiparameter measurements on X-ray machines, radioactive radon monitoring. The participants results analysis was perfomed and typical errors that occur during measurements and processing of results were discussed.

The topical issues of participation of laboratories in interlaboratory comparison tests, the requirements of the international standards ISO, requirements of transnational and national standards ISO, the national accreditation body are considered. The progress on the revision of the international standard ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and the order of the transition to the updated version of 2017 are described. The information about changes in the approach of the national accreditation body to organizations of interlaboratory comparison tests (ICT) is given. The immediate prospects for the russian providers of interlaboratory comparison tests (ICT) and testing laboratories accredited in the national accreditation system are defined.

The article provides an analysis of accuracy indicators for measuring the alcohol by volume (ABV) in vodka performed by various methods according to GOST 32035–2013 «Vodka and Special Vodka. Acceptance Rules and Methods of Anlysis». The results of two rounds of the interlaboratory comparisons on determination of the ABV in vodka conducted to verify the qualifications of accredited testing laboratories are described.Information is provided on the development of the GSO 11142–2018 reference material for the volume fraction of ethanol in an aqueous solution (VER-2), certified for the volume fraction of ethanol in an aqueous solution, instances of which were used during the interlaboratory comparisons. The conclusion is made about the satisfactory quality of measurements of ABV in vodka in the accredited laboratories.

Research by teachers and students at a university is closely related to the quality of the institution. Scientific journals in Indonesia at the international level are still low, including publications in periodicals (scientific journals) that are indexed in international reputable indexers. The management of scientific journals in order to achieve the target of becoming a nationally accredited scientific journal or even becoming a journal of international repute requires an effective and efficient journal management and management system based on the instruments and qualifications required by national journal accreditation institutions such as ARJUNA and reputable international indexing institutions. JPGT will try to meet the criteria for international journals, namely by having reviewers from at least 4 countries and papers published from at least 2 countries. The plan after obtaining national accreditation is to be indexed with international reputation.

One of the activity areas of JSC “The URIR named after A. S. Berezhnoy” is assistance to refractory industry enterprises of Ukraine in ensuring their work in the quality monitoring of products and raw materials. The comparison of work quality of chemical­analytical units of following enterprises: JSC “KDZ”, PJSC “Chasovoyarsk Refractory Plant”, JSC “Velikoanadol Refractory Plant” and JSC “The URIR named after A. S. Berezhnoy” was carried out. The discrepancy between the average results of components determination in the chemical­analytical units of refractory enterprises and in the chemical­analytical laboratory of JSC “The URIR named after A. S. Berezhnoy” does not exceed the value of  in terms of ND. The work quality of chemical­analytical units of central refractory laboratories of all the above mentioned enterprises is satisfactory. Recommendations to improve the accuracy of analysis results are not required. The work on interlaboratory comparison of work results of the chemical­analytical unit of JSC “The URIR named after A. S. Berezhnoy” and IP “SGS Ukraine” was completed. The quality of interlaboratory comparisons carried out between the Testing Centre of IP “SGS Ukraine” and JSC “The URIR named after A. S. Berezhnoy” was found to be satisfactory. The test results were accepted by the NAAU during the next inspection as corresponding to DSTU ISO / IEC 17025:2006.

<p>Objetiva-se analisar a atuação da Rede de Agências Nacionais de Acreditação (Rana) na gestão do Sistema de Acreditação Regional de Cursos Universitários do Mercosul (Sistema Arcu-Sul). A Rana é composta por representantes das Agências Nacionais de Acreditação dos Estados participantes do Sistema. Os principais desafios da atuação da Rana envolvem desde a concepção de indicadores que sejam aptos a assinalar a qualidade de cursos pertencentes a sistemas de educação superior diferentes até a sua recomposição pela adesão de mais Estados. Foram utilizadas técnicas de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, além de entrevistas com pessoas que participaram da elaboração do Sistema ou de ações relacionadas à Rana. The RANA is formed by officials representing the National Accreditation Agencies of each member state. The main challenges in RANA’s activities range from designing indicators to mark the quality of courses in different higher education systems to adjusting the network’s composition as new member states join in. Bibliographic and documentary research techniques were used, as well as interviews with people who participated in the System’s creation or in actions related to RANA.
