The monograph examines theoretical approaches to the essence of threats to personnel security and assesses their severity. The article examines current trends and approaches in the field of countering threats to the personnel security of organizations. A sound HRM system can be generated through the effective HRM practices. HRM practices refer to all activities that are directed towards the management of human resources and the employment of the resources for fulfillment of desired organizational objectives. Job satisfaction “as summation of employees feelings in four important areas namely, job, management, personal adjustment and social relations”. The present study was conducted on 526 faculty members randomly drawn of Government and Private affiliated higher educational institutions of India using questionnaire method. The results indicates that faculty member of government higher educational institutes has a moderate level of satisfaction with the overall HRM practices. Employees were more satisfied with training, teamwork and employee participation and satisfied to small extent with performance appraisal and compensations. The study also revealed that there is no significant difference between the government and private educational institution’s faculty scores on all HRM practices. A significant positive correlation has been obtained among the job satisfaction with the dimensions of the human resources management in both government and private higher educational institution’s faculty members.

The management of human resources is indispensable for each organization, whether public or private including higher educational institutions. Concerning the management of human resources, there are certain globally recognized practices those which are considered as the building blocks for organizational performance and success. Along with this, some other factors are also considered as crucial elements in the success of these organizations. Among these factors, organizational trust is considered as the most critical due to its vital role in reshaping the confidence of the individuals in organizations. The trust of employees has been identified as a critical factor in defining the overall organizational behavior of the workforce. For this purpose, some hypotheses have been developed from the theoretical framework about the relationships between HRM practices (predictors) organizational performance (criterion) and the organizational trust (mediator) which were tested over the statistical tools like correlation, regression, and mediation. This study aimed to explore above-said relationships by taking higher educational institutions under consideration with teachers as respondents in the southern region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan by providing some valuable recommendations to the higher education management and the future researchers.

Abstract The article deals with the content of future customs officers’ professional training. Such notions as “training”, “specialists’ professional training”, “customs officers’ professional training”. The article presents an overview of the scientific literature, theoretical analyzes of materials concerning the issues of future customs officers’ professional training in the higher educational institutions of Ukraine and the Republic of Poland, still remaining open. The major scientific approaches of leading domestic and foreign scientists to study future customs officers’ professional training have been characterized, in particular competence approach, functional approach, instrumental approach, learner-centred approach, axiological approach, historical and systematic-andcomprehensive approaches, theoretical generalization The conception of the research problem in the educational sphere of higher educational institutions has been theoretically generalised. The point of the article is focused on the fact that professional training of future specialists of customs authorities is a process of learning, understanding and specific knowledge, skills and proficiencies of future customs officers who perform the functions of future professional activities, fulfil their functions in accordance with their professional duties during customs service. Also it has been noted that professional training of future customs specialists is caused by personal, practical, functional, historical factors that it is important in the process of understanding this phenomenon and in the research and development processes.

Allah and His Messenger Muhammad </em><em>(peace be unto him) </em><em>order human to pursue the knowledge unlimitedly</em><em> to </em><em>find the power of Allah. </em><em>Thus, </em><em>all resources </em><em>are </em><em>bestowed by Allah</em><em> must be used </em><em>solely to seek </em><em>His </em><em>pleasure</em><em>.
