This article is based on research that aims to align Hindu education with industrial development 4.0, which is an era of disruption in order to make it able to answer challenges also able to overcome the massive obstacles of Hindu education implementation without losing the essence of it. The research has been conducted by a qualitative approach; data were collected by the technique of observation, interview, documentation, and literature study; the data analysis utilized descriptive technique. The result of the research showed there are three important things that Hindu education needs to attempt, those are (1) switching the old mindset which is chained by the bureaucratic become the disruptive mindset that put cooperative ways forward, (2) applying self-driving in order to create reforms as the demand of 4.0 era, (3) has to be able to develop a digital basis new service system. Finally, it can be concluded that science and technology development in the global age delivers challenges and obstacles to Hindu education which also continues to develop and change. Therefore, Hindu education in this disruption revolution era 4.0 has been demanded to be sensitive to community social changing phenomenons, willing to do self-disruption through character education because if it persistence to stay on the old method and management also being sealed from the dynamic world, its existence will be slumped and underdeveloped.

In addition, the quantity of students will also affect the assessment process of the institution by the competent body or institution. So that the quantity of students is always strived to increase every year both by universities and study programs as a unit of education in it. The selection of a study program is not a question that can be decided simply. There are many determinants that prospective students should consider. From various searches of literary sources, it was found that the factor that determines the basis for choosing is attraction or attractiveness. In addition, a person's decision to make a choice often occurs very quickly sometimes less than half a minute and is influenced by the likes and beliefs. The study program in attracting prospective students must conduct study and analysis as a first step.Looking at what are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges that may arise today, this of course becomes important because the results of this study can affect in the process of achieving organizational goals, especially in an effort to increase the number of students.

This qualitative research study used narrative approach to retell the narratives of twelve (12) high school teachers on the processes, challenges, and solutions of student assessment. The investigation identifies that teachers assess the students by utilizing modules and other activities as alternatives of face-to-face instruction and assessment, using rubrics and providing feedbacks, utilizing online platforms, and involving parents. The participants also encountered challenges such as academic dishonesty, students’ attitude towards learning tasks, and lack of ICT resources. These are solved by communicating with parents, feedbacking, and alternatives means of distributing learning tasks. The findings provide insights specifically for teachers who struggle in assessing student learning in the New Normal Setup and who aim to use distance learning even in the post-pandemic class setting; and contribute inputs to quality assurance in education, considering the pandemic-impacted educational landscape.
