Introduction. According to statistics, Russia is the third largest oil producer in the world. The processing, transportation and storage of such a large volume of petroleum products requires maintaining the constant operability of tank farms. However, a significant number of accidents and fires are occurring at these facilities, which significantly undermines production and economic stability. Goals and objectives. The need to keep reservoir parks in working condition poses a problem of increasing the level of fire and explosion safety of fire repairs. This type of work is often impossible without the use of equipment that can serve as an open source of ignition, which can cause an explosion. Methods. To justify the need to achieve a fire and explosion-proof state of working conditions when preparing the tank for repair, methods of analysis and classification of data on fires that occurred at oil production and refining facilities not only in Russia, but also abroad were applied. Results and discussion thereof. The article calls attention to the process of pre-repair preparation as one of the main causes of accidents at oil-related facilities. More than 34,7 % of the explosions are related to fire repairs. There is a need to improve the regulatory framework relating to the preparation of tanks for repair, as well as the use of modern mechanized mobile treatment plants and the use of highly skilled personnel for the organization of work. Conclusions. The development of various industries, agriculture, and electric heating systems encourages increased demand for oil refining products for the successful implementation of their activities. This demand increases both the number of oil production, transportation and refining facilities and the number of jobs and personnel to service those facilities. Therefore, fire safety of oil and gas industry facilities is a current problem. Key words: reservoir park, fire, oil product, pre-repair, cleaning, gas-freeing, firing.

Aim. To study the structure of psychosocial maladjustment in chemical workers and assess the contribution of industrial and non-industrial risk factors in the formation of mental illness. Methods. It was analysed of hygienic assessment of the leading harmful production factors chemical, physical, factors of severity and intensity of labor. During the periodic medical examination, the mental health status of 1,226 people was examined, with a focus on professional experience, mental hygiene aspects of production factors, as well as individual and personal characteristics of employees. Confidence intervals and standard errors estimating, the logistic regression models fitting were performed using R Statistical Software with significance level 0.05. Results. The working environment hazards in organic synthesis included chemical risk factor, continuous noise exceeding the permissible exposure limit, emotional stress and life-threatening conditions (fire and explosion hazards in the work). The general assessment of working conditions was performed using clauses 5.15.11 P 2.2.2006-05-harmful working conditions of the second-third degree (3.23.3). Working conditions at all stages of the manufacturing process of pyroxylin powders were assessed as harmful to the third-fourth degree (3.33.4), including the chemical factor, the severity and intensity of work, fire and explosion hazards in the work. It was revealed the dependence of the development of psychosocial maladjustment on non-work-related factors (such as the level of education, marital status), conditional work-related factors (level of material security). Also, the dependence of the structure of pre-existing mental health condition on the work-related and developmental characteristics (work experience) of labor in chemical production was found. Conclusion. Working conditions in the studied industries correspond to the 3rd harmful class, 2nd and 3rd degrees in the production of organic synthesis (3.23.3), while at the production of pyroxylic powders, it is close to dangerous (3.33.4); the structure and risk of the developmental process of employee maladjustment are determined by the feature effect of workplace hazards.

Nowadays, the speed of urbanization is increasing rapidly, so the urban land area is fully utilized to build high-rise buildings, apartments, and commercial centers, and thus, the car tunnel parking and basement parking basements also become more popular. However, apartment fire and explosion, especially car fire and explosion is an extremely important issue that must be concerned in construction design. Therefore, it is essential to design an effective ventilation system in the parking basement when a fire occurs an effective ventilation system for the tunnel is really necessary for basement firefighting. When building up the car park, the importance is not only a reasonable architecture but also the ventilation and air quality of the tunnel because it directly affects human health. Decades ago, scientists had studied the solution to ventilate the car park. The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method is also applied to determine the pressure and velocity intensity for buildings that detect residuals in architecture, thereby improving and providing a superior solution. More for this problem. Many studies related to this issue have been published internationally. Jiang (Jiang, Allocca, & Chen, 2004) also investigated natural ventilation by using Reynolds Averaged Navier - Stokes turbulence model (RANS). Khalil (Khalil, Shoukry, H.A, & Harridy, 2015) also examined the distribution of CO emissions from buses in a basement in Cairo using ANSYS FLUENT software. The basement car park is a popular solution to effectively use urban land, especially in commercial centers and apartments. However, the situation of apartment fire and explosion is a hot problem, partly due to the tunnel ventilation has not met the requirements of fire safety. Therefore, the design of the car park basement ensures fire safety as well as bring comfort to people. In this study, the problem of basement temperature and wind velocity by natural ventilation method will be analyzed and evaluated in accordance with ADPI standard and Carbon monoxide concentration with WHO standard to identify areas of unsatisfactory temperature and velocity to reasonably adjust and propose other suitable ventilation options.
