This chapter addresses how cross-border data storage by way of Cloud Computing and related criminal activities have become a major problem for criminal justice authorities. Since these authorities remain beholden to the territoriality principle and cannot search unilaterally for data located within another state’s territory, the dramatic growth in trans-border criminality means that this territorial limitation now risks undermining the extent to which individual states are able to satisfy their positive obligation to maintain the integrity of their criminal justice systems and to uphold the rule of law more generally. The chapter then considers the key proposals which have been advanced by the Cybercrime Committee in order to illustrate the ways in which the Committee has sought to address the challenges of unilateral trans-border activity in connection with the conduct of criminal investigations and to consider their viability from an international legal perspective, insofar as jurisdictional considerations are engaged.

The article concerns cooperation on individual and public health between EU and ASEAN countries. A specific approach of European countries towards the protection, improvement and control of health was analysed and the involvement of governments from Eastern Asia in the improvement of public health throughout Eurasia was examined. Research showed that the cooperation in the field of health has evolved, both from bilateral to multilateral and from temporary to fixed forms. Legal bases for cooperation created by WHO were also discussed. The article points to new forms of interregional cooperation between the EU and ASEAN on combating cross-border threats to health, including the fight against drug trafficking.

Synchronization is believed to increase excellence, including in the form of cross-border regional relationships and forming a competitive atmosphere between schools. It fosters new subsystems in improving the quality of schools, but in fact also poses an additional challenge in running the subsystems within the school, thus requiring a legal approach as a solution to potential conflicts.Community service performed by the lecturers of the Faculty of Law as a delegate from LPMD-UMI strives to keep the subsystem in the school's existence reaching the goal. The method of implementation in this devotion uses a lecture / socialization technique in order to create a legal awareness for students, teachers and guardians in order to prevent legal problems. Socialization and application of legal symbols for transfer of knowledge to elements within the school is not biased after the dedication to the students has been completed. This dedication emphasizes four important points, including: (1) Religious Approach, (2) Student Moral & Ethics Development, (3) The Importance of Discipline, and (4) Embedding Legal Awareness, which is believed to help keep the school process to its goals any time. Finally, all these important points become the reference for the implementation of concrete activities in the environment of SMK Negeri 2 Makassar.BIBLIOGRAPHY[1]Makassarkota.go.id, “Walikota Makassar - Ramdhan Pumanto,” 2013. Pisco is a brandy produced from the distillation of wine, which is indissolubly linked to the history and national identity of Chile and Peru. The rivalry over the pisco’s geographical indication (GI) has a long history, mainly grounded on political claims rather than practical reasons. The article examines the historical background of the animosity, the arguments of each party to support their position and the impacts of the current international GI protection of the product (both from a financial and legal perspective). We conclude that a cross-border protection, allowing a joint binational exploitation of the spirit’s GI, is the best commercial strategy to increase the recognition and value of pisco in the international markets, which in turn, would benefit local economies and producers and notably encourage the cultural integration of both nations.
