The purpose of this thesis is to analyze factors that influence capital structure at telecommunications industry in Indonesia. In this research, dependent variable is capital structure and the independent variables are the operating leverage, taxes, and firm size.The samples are 5 companies, its take by purposive sampling method: taking the sample with specific criteria, that is the companies which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period from 2005 to 2009. The operating leverage has a positive and significant influence to capital structure, tax has a negative and significant impact to capital structure, but the variable firm size has no effect to capital structure.

This research aims to determine the influence of liquidity, profitability, and asset structure on capital structure partially and simultaneously. The population in this research are pharmaceuticals companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2019. The sample selection used purposive sampling method. The sample in this research are 7pharmaceuticals companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for 5 years in the period 2015-2019. Based on the results of this research, the researcher concludes that partiallyprofitability and asset structure have a significant influence on the capital structure, while liquidity has no significant influence on the capital structure. Simultaneously, liquidity, profitability, and asset structure have a significant influence on the capital structure. The coefficient of determination is 0,517, showed that liquidity, profitability, and asset structure have 51,7% to the capital structure, while 48,3% are determined by another variables.

The purpose of this research is to obtain evidence regarding the effect of independent variable consisting of profitability, leverage, firm size, and earnings power towards dependent variable earnings management. The company used in this research is a property company that listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017-2019 with the criteria using purposive sampling method. The result of this research are profitability and earnings power has no influence on earnings management. However, leverage has a positive and significant influence on earnings management. This study aims to examine the effect of size, growth, and profitability on corporate value with capital structure as a mediator.This study was conducted on agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2014. The population of this study is an agricultural company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2014 with a sample of 14 companies, using purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using smartpal, because this research adds capital structure as mediator variable.The results of this study indicate that firm size and firm growth have no effect on capital structure. Profitability negatively affects the capital structure.

This  study  aims  to  determine  and analyze  the  influence of  capital  structure and  the  size  of  the company on the company values in manufacturing companies of food and beverage industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample in this study consists of 11 companies that selected by purposive sampling technique. Method of data analysis is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 16.0. The results show that both independent variables simultaneously have positive and significant influence on value of the company with sig-F of 0.093 ≤ α 0.10 at confidence level of 90%. The  t-test  shows  that  the  capital  structure  significantly  has  negative influence on  the  value  of  thecompany  with  sig-t  of  X1 =  0.032  ≤  α  of  0.10  and  beta value of -0882. While the  company size has 2 non-significant influence on the value of the company with sig-t X2 = 0.787 ≥ α of 0.10 with R values of 0.052 or 5.2%. Both independent variables studied simultaneously influence the dependent variable (enterprise value), while the remaining 94.8% is influenced by other variables that are not studied. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  dan  menganalisis  pengaruh  struktur  modal  dan ukuran  perusahaan  terhadap  nilai  perusahaan  di  sektor  industri  makanan  dan minuman manufaktur yang  terdaftar  di  Bursa  Efek  Indonesia  (BEI).  Sampel  dalam penelitian  ini sebanyak  11  perusahaan  diambil  dengan  metode purposive  sampling.  Metode  analisis  data dilakukan  dengan menggunakan  regresi  linier  berganda  dengan  menggunakan  SPSS versi 16.0.  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  kedua  variabel  bebas  yang  dipelajari  secara simultan  terbukti  berpengaruh  positif  dan  signifikan  terhadap  variabel  terikatnya  yaitu  nilai perusahaan dengan  sig-F  sebesar  0,093  ≤  α  0,10  pada  tingkat  kepercayaan 90%.  Kemudian melalui  uji-t  menunjukkan  bahwa  struktur  modal  dari  efek  negatif  yang  signifikan  terhadap nilai  perusahaan  dengan  sig-t  X1  =  0,032  ≤  α  sebesar  0,10  dan  nilai  beta -0882. Sedangkan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan sig-t X2 = 0,787 ≥ α 0,10. Nilai R2 0,052 atau 5,2% sehingga kedua variabel independen yang dipelajari secara  simultan mempengaruhi  variabel  dependen  (nilai  perusahaan),  sedangkan sisanya 94,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

This study aims to determine the effect of  simultaneous and partial variables of sales stability, asset structure, operating leverage, company size, and profitability on capital structure in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Research period 2014 - 2018. Determination of the sample by purposive sampling method. Using the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the classic assumptions of the study, showed that normally distributed, no multicollinearity, no symptoms of heteroscedasticity, and no autocorrelation. The results of multiple regression, show the independent variables simultaneously influence the dependent variable. Partially, the variables of sales stability, operating leverage and firm size have a significant effect on capital structure, while asset structure and profitability have no significant effect on capital structure.

The purpose of the research is to analyze whether there is an influence between capital structure, profitability, and firm size on firm value. The population used in this study is the LQ 45 company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). A sampling of research using a purposive sampling method of determining the certain criteria with a total samples of 31 LQ 45 companies during 2014-2018. The research uses multiple linear regression to analyze the data. The results show that capital structure and profitability evaluate the value of the company. While the size of the company does not oppose the value of the company. The purpose of this research is to provide empirical evident whether insider ownership, firm size, profitability, leverage, liquidity, earnings per share and price to book ratio have significant influence of dividend policy. Sample in this research are nonfinancial companies, which are listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange over the three years period 2012 until 2014. This research used purposive sampling method. The sample of this research consist of 52 companies that meet in criteria. This research uses multiple regression analysis to find out the influence of all independent variables above to dividend policy. The result of the research showed that firm size, leverage, earnings per share and price to book ratio had a significant influence on dividend policy, while insider ownership, profitability and liquidity had no influence.

The study conducted to enhance the knowledge about the influence of profitability and firm size to the Leverage. The population is all companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 periods. The sample collection technique has been carried out by using purposive sampling method and based on the predetermined criteria, 114 companies have been selected as samples. The data of the financial statement of the companies has been obtained from the official website of IDX. The analytical method used is regression analysis of panel data. The study show that profitability and firm size have negative and significant influence on leverage in Indonesia

This research is meant to find out the ability of accounting and non-accounting factor in predicting the bond rating to the non-finance companies. The accounting factors consist of i.e.: productivity, profitability, solvability, and liquidity. The non accounting factor consists of bail bond, bond age, and auditor’s reputation. The samples are non-finance companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2010-2013 periods which are rated by PT. Pefindo. The samples of the research have been selected by using purposive sampling method. 48 samples of bonds with 192 pooling of 16 companies have been obtained.  Hypothesis test has been done by using logistic regressions analysis to examine the influence of these seven independent variables to the bond rating has been carried out by using the SPSS program. Based on the result of the logistic regressions analysis with its significance level is 5% has proven that: (1) Profitability, solvability, liquidity and bail bond have positive and significant influence to the bond rating, (2) Productivity, bond age and auditor’s reputation have insignificant influence to the bond rating.

This research is meant to test the influence of profitability, assets structure, and sales growth to the stock price with capital structure as variable intervening on company manufacture in Indonesia stock exchange. The population is 50 company manufacture in sector miscellaneous industry in Indonesia stock exchange. The sample collection technique has been done by using purposive sampling method. The data has been done by using the financial statement in 2013-2017 which is processed by using the software spss 16.0, the result of the classic assumption test. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a negative and significant effect on capital structure, assets structure has positive and significant influence, sales growth has a positive and significant effect, capital structure has a positive and significant effect.
