The article is devoted to topical problems of labor rationing in organizations of the real sector of the economy. First, the author reveals the meaning and essence of labor rationing, gives a retrospective of approaches to labor rationing, clarifies the concept and content of intra-organizational labor rationing in modern conditions. Taking into account the possibilities of using modern information and communication technologies in the organization of labor rationing, due attention is not paid. In this regard, the leading organizations of various types of activities of the Altai Territory studied the features and modern problems of intra-organizational regulation of labor. The provision of the staff and the conditions for training specialists — work rate setters in organizations, the used normative reference books, the applied methods of work rate setting, assessed the quality level of the current labor standards. The author has systematized traditional and modern domestic and foreign methods of microelement rationing of labor. Based on the results of the study, the author presents specific recommendations for building a microelement regulatory framework for an organization in the context of digitalization. Among them deserve the greatest interest, according to the author, specific automated systems and programs for the rationing of labor, as well as the graphic-analytical method and the Gauss method.

The fundamentals of improving the quality of student training from the point of view of the development of a vocational education system are investigated. The article characterizes the need to use modern information and communication technologies in the work of future translators. The analysis of modern software tools that contribute to the automation and simplification of translation operations, the generalization of work with individual words and fragments of foreign text. The article reveals the peculiarities of the use of translation programs and electronic dictionaries in the training of future translators in the higher education system and their role in the thorough formation of translation competence in future professionals. The research reveals a number of advantages of using electronic translation tools in the work of a translator, defined as modern electronic software helps to select the most accurate equivalents of translation and lexical equivalents. Specialized software is a translator's assistant that automates basic actions, helps to structure and systematize translation activities. The main programs-translators are described. They give the opportunity to instantly translate a sentence or a fragment of text into many languages. Online dictionaries contain a large database of words. They are multilingual. But the final translation of a foreign text depends on the translation actions and transformations of a specialist, electronic software only automates general actions.

The article presents the results of a survey on the assessment by potential employees of enterprises of new methods of recruitment of candidates and assessment of employees based on modern information and communication technologies. The study was carried out among 173 students, because it was recognized that they are people representing the highest level of digital skills. An electronic questionnaire was used to carry out the study. The existence of statistically significant relationships between the assessment of potential employees of new HRM methods and their socio-demographic features has been proven.
