This study intends to develop the potential of digital-based learning resources. This research aims to: a) Knowing the process of developing E-learning content course of Media and Learning Resources based on Problem Based Learning, b) Knowing the appropriateness of E-learning content course of Media and Learning Resources based on Problem Based Learning. This research is research and development. The object of this research is media and learning resources course based on problem based learning. The data collection method used was an assessment sheet, supported by the results of interviews with education experts and practitioners. The data in this study are the results of assessments from experts. The results of the research data were processed using descriptive statistical data. The results are: a) E-learning content development procedures through four stages: preliminary study, development of learning design, product development and product evaluation. b) Assessment results by material experts is 3,4 (good category), media expert judge by 3,5 (good category), and prospective users judge by 4,3 (very good category). Based on the assessment result E-learning quality course of Media and Learning Resources based on problem based learning for learning materials in elementary schools are considered suitable for use as learning resources.

There is a major contrast in the Republic of Ireland between e-learning content production and the actual use of e-learning technologies. Per head of population, Ireland has one of the highest participation rates in e-learning content production in the world. CBT Systems was set up in Ireland in the mid-80s, and subsequently evolved into SmartForce and later SkillSoft. The original founders of CBT Systems later went on to set up other e-learning ventures such as Riverdeep. In addition to these well-known companies, there are many smaller content-development ventures that either trade under their own names or contract to larger e-learning content providers. There has been some investment in content-development operations by overseas companies. NETg recently closed a major operation in Ireland as part of a restructuring process after their acquisition by Thomson. However, several international corporations have located internal e-learning content development in Ireland. Indeed, Ireland’s industrial development agencies have identified e-learning content development as a growth opportunity, listing availability of software and pedagogy skills as well as excellent international broadband connections as competitive advantages for such investment (http://www.enterprise-ireland.com/ or http://www.idaireland.com/).

This study aims to produce teaching materials in the form of e-learning mathematics through interactive module based learning content development system on the material of building a flat side space. This research method is research and development (R&D) based on Sugiyono model that limits to 7 steps that are potential and problem, gather information, product design, product validation, product revision, product trial, and product revision. The feasibility of an interactive module based on a material expert is included in the “Very Decent” category with a percentage score of 82,83%. The media expert’s assessment of this interactive module belongs to the “Very Decent” category with a percentage score of 82,625%. The assessment of linguists to the media is included in the “Very Decent” category with a percentage score of 96%. In a small-scale trial at SMPN 6 Kotabumi it obtained a percentage score of 85,625%, in SMPN 11 Kotabumi scored 87,71%, and in SMP Hang Tuah Kotabumi scored 84,375%, these results place an interactive module on the “Very Interesting” criteria. In large-scale trials in the three schools scored 84,5%, 89,61%, dan 88,61% with the criteria of “Very Interesting.”

AbstractNowadays, interoperability of learning management systems is still not very high. The authoring tools can help transfer e-learning content between different learning management systems. However, in this context, they should be able to produce learning content that is compliant with some industry standards. One of the most widely used standards is the SCORM 1.2 release. The research addresses the extension of the functionality of the previously developed content development tool EMMA by incorporating into it the support for the subset of SCORM 1.2 requirements. The paper describes the process of the acquisition, implementation, and validation of the defined requirements. Moreover, it presents the results of the analysis of 33 SCORM authoring tools and 16 SCORM players.

This Community Service activity was backgrounded by three things namely 1) obtained SPADA Grant for the development and impelementation of online learning in 2018; 2) the results of evaluation of devotion activities in 2018 and 2019 namely 80% of teachers understand mobile learning based on Augmented Reality; 3) the fact that there is a gap in the quality of education that occurs in remote areas with urban areas, so it is necessary to increase the competence of teachers in terms of learning innovation through the development of e-learning content for teachers in remote areas of Bawean Island located 80 miles or 135 km north of Java island. The geographical location and transport conditions connecting Bawean island with Gresik are the main obstacles for teachers on Bawean island to keep up with the development of science and technology.This Community Service Program  was implemented through the stage of Strengthening the concept of e-learning followed by needs analysis workshop, e-learning system design workshop, e-learning content development workshop, Upload development results to LMS system, then implementation with assistance from the service team and continued implementation independently by the school. The result of this activity were 1) increased teacher understanding of e-learning and examples of its implementation; 2) produced an e-learning design consisting of the design of the materials of each meeting, video tutorials, discussion activities for students, and evaluation tools; 3) teachers are able to implement e-learning independently.

Straipsnyje analizuojami elektroninio mokymosi metodai, naudojami Vilniaus universitete nuo 2000 iki 2010 metų, ir apžvelgiamos tolesnio jų plėtojimo perspektyvos. Pagrindinė kryptis, pagal kurią buvo plėtojamas elektroninis mokymasis, buvo turinio kūrimas virtualiose mokymosi aplinkose (WebCT, Blacboard Vista WebCT, Moodle). Naudojami vaizdo konferencijų metodai neturi tiek išliekamosios vertės, kaip interaktyvūs mokymosi moduliai, esantys virtualiose mokymosi terpėse. Todėl ateityje tikslinga plėtoti e. mokymosi modulių kūrimą, sudarant dėstytojams palankias sąlygas kurti ir naudoti juos didinant mokymosi efektyvumą ir kokybę. The main direction of e-learning content development was use the virtual learning environments (WebCT, WebCT Vista Blacboard, Moodle). Video conferencing techniques do not have as high resale value as interactive learning modules in virtual learning environments use. Therefore, it is appropriate to develop e. learning modules, facilitating teachers to create and use them to increase learning efficiency and quality. The proposed some recommendations:•  development of training teachers how to develop e. learning objects and e. learning modules;•  transform teachers’ motivation system;•  using learning objects metadata information system to carry out e. curriculum development monitoring;•  analyze opportunities with other institutions of higher education to create an e. learning object library.
