The Non-Governmental Organization (KSM) Sepakat is a form of community participation in waste processing. This KSM is located in Pasar Ujung Subdistrict, Kepahiang Regency, Bengkulu Province. KSM Sepakat was established in 2010 and from 2017 has stoped and vacuum from all activitiy to now. One of the factors that causes this vacuum is the damage to production equipment, including components in sewing machines. In addition, the lack of assistance and guidance from the local government has caused the motivation of the members to decrease so that production has decreased too. One of the efforts to re-exist and to reproduce again is sewing machine repair training to all KSM members. This training aims to ensure that each member has basic skills in repairing sewing machines so that if a damage occurs, it will not interfere with the production of waste processing. The method used in this training is through lectures, demonstrations, discussion and direct practice. From the results of the questionnaire, it can be seen that the participants can understand the material well and the material provided is in accordance with the problems in the field. Apart from that, from the questionnaire, it can be seen that the training participants are again committed to activating the activities at KSM Sepakat

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a disease that can be caused by an unhealthy lifestyle. DM treatment has four pillars in its management, namely education, DM diet management, physical activity and drug management. The recommended DM dietary arrangement is almost the same as the recommended diet in general, namely balanced nutrition in accordance with calorie needs, however DM sufferers will emphasize eating regularity in terms of eating schedules, types of food and amount of food. Based on these problems, it is necessary to demonstrate the introduction of variations in the diabetes mellitus diet menu for type 2 diabetes mellitus sufferers.This activity is carried out to increase knowledge about the variety of diabetes mellitus diet menus in type 2 diabetes mellitus sufferers.Pre-test and post-test are carried out to determine the level of understanding of the demonstration which are given. The method used was to provide a demonstration of introduction to the variation of the diabetes mellitus diet menu for people with type 2 diabetes. As many as 25 people participated in this activity from beginning to end. Based on the results of the evaluation using the post test value, it shows that there is an increase in knowledge and skills regarding the variation of the type 2 DM diet, so as to prevent complications of type 2 DM.

The Sokoguru Foundation is a non-governmental organization (NGO), with one of its activities which is a place for empowering the communities. After conducting an interview with the foundation managers and a survey of the member of the community, the results show that the ability to do entrepreneurship online is essential for the community. Therefore, the community services’ team provide training for the community about the use of social media, especially using Instagram to do digital marketing.This community service activity methodology uses a Participatory Rural Approach in the form of training and mentoring. The service is carried out in 3 stages: preparation, training and evaluation. Preparation is done by seeking information on material requirements for training. The training stage is carried out using an online system with Zoom Meeting (due to COVID-19 19 pandemic). Next, the training is filled with the presentation from the community service’s team, question and answer and sharing experiences.The result of the evaluation, this service activity adds new knowledge for participants (100%), usefulness (52.6%: very useful, 47.4%: useful). As well as increasing interest in online marketing by 73.7% from the previous 57%. Apart from scientific articles, the output of this activity is in the form of training modules, articles on the Kompas mass media, and video documentation on the YouTube channel.

The purpose of this Community Service Activity is to increase teacher knowledge about the Application of the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) Based Ethnomatic Tabut and  develop students' mathematical literacy in Elementary Schools. Through this activity it is expected to improve the skills of teachers in designing and evaluating meaningful and fun mathematics learning. The method used in this Community Service Activity is training. The instruments used in this PPM activity were observation sheets, interview sheets, and training modules. This activity data analysis is descriptive qualitative. The result of this research is that training activities for the application of the Realistic Mathematics Education Model Based on Ark Ethnomatics have been carried out which can develop students' Mathematical Literacy Ability. Through this activity the community service team donated 5 units of miniature ark and training modules to partner schools.

Scabies is a skin disease caused by investment and sensitivity by Sarcoptes scabei mites, often found in Islamic boarding schools, because of the place was humid and the students' knowledge about life style was lack. Health Education was intended to increase the knowledge of the students at Al-Arifin Islamic boarding school about scabies and how to prevent it. The method of implementation in this community service activities was started from planning, assessment, implementation, and evaluation. Health education was carried out through lectures and discussion by leaflets and PowerPoint presentations. The results showed 70.00% of participants gave an excellent rating of health education. Scabies health education activities provide benefits to improve health degree of public health specifically in the boarding school environment. Health education about scabies in the boarding school environment was very useful for increasing the knowledge of the students.

This community service program aims to implement a Solar Power Plant (PLTS) to provide electrical energy in tourist areas called rice field tourism, in order to reduce the cost of purchasing electrical energy for managers. Besides, it is also a means of education for visitors to introduce green energy in the future. The design of PLTS is adjusted to the requirements of the load that will be served at the tourist attraction. Before carrying out development, the Team first conducted outreach to local residents to introduce technology in rural areas. After the rotating program for managing tourism objects, in this case BUMDes Johar Mandiri, was given training in the operation, maintenance / maintenance of the solar power generation system, so that after the program it was able to solve the troubleshooting that occurred both in the generation system, control and distribution system. The resulting capacity of the Solar Power Plant in this Sawah Tour is 3500 WP which is used to meet all lighting needs. With this program, managers can reduce costs by Rp. 3,000,000 / month for electricity needs.

The Bulir Padi Foundation, a non-profit organization that has been established since 2002, is committed to contributing to the education of underprivileged children in the suburbs of Jakarta by turning them into foster children. And in 2020, one of the work programs is to produce mentored children who have work skills so that the hope is that they are better prepared to enter the workforce at the entry level so that they can answer industry needs through providing job readiness training. To support the economic development of young people and the absorption of youth labor, The Wired For Work Soft Skill Training (W4W) program is a non-formal training program for Bulir Padi Foundation children to produce children who have work skills so that they are expected to be better prepared to enter the world of work at the entry level so that they can answer industry needs by providing readiness training. work. In this W4W Program, Bulir Padi Foundation will collaborate with Atma Jaya University and Pertiwi Vocational High School as a form of synergy between non-governmental organizations and the academic community in solving social problems, especially in the field of education. Pertiwi SMK students will be facilitated to receive soft skills training for their readiness to enter the world of work. The material covered in the Wired For Work Soft Skill Training (W4W) training activity this time includes Self management to improve work ethics, Implementing basic communications skills, Implementing the right equality of female and male workers in the workplace, Implementing the quality of grooming and professional manner, Preparing Job Application and interview test and Manage Personal Finances.

The purpose of community partnership activities is to help the partner group of women for Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK) Nagori Dolok Maraja in utilizing used used oil waste by taking appropriate treatment so that it does not cause disease for the body and does not harm the natural ecosystem. The problem that exists in the community is waste of used cooking oil which is wasted and damages the water ecosystem. The location selection was due to the fact that there are people in the village who are entrepreneurs in the field of home industry and do not yet have economic independence. Besides that, they also have difficulties in developing their business. From the activities carried out, data was obtained during the training and assistance in making liquid soap 9 participants (24%) with very good categories, 10 participants (26%) in good categories, 16 participants (42%) in the Enough category and 3 Participants (8%) were in the poor category. The method used in this activity is assistance and the process of making soap from waste used cooking oil. Assistance and guidance starting from the aspect of awareness about health in consuming cooking oil, the use of waste oil into soap, the production process using appropriate technology so as to give birth to people who are able and economically independent and conservation.

Pojok is one of village of Wonokerto, Turi, Sleman, DIY which is growing. The Pojok people realize that a good lifestyle will improve their health and a longer life expectancy, so they will continue to try to improve their knowledge and insight about health. Some of the problems faced are the insight and knowledge of the Pojok community about clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) is still limited and has not been implemented as a whole, and family welfare program (PKK) activities related to clean and healthy living behavior and the number and skills of Health Cadres are still limited. To realize PHBS in Pojok, Community Service activities was conducted in the form of KKN PPM, for 6 months starting from January to June 2020. To achieve the goal, community service was conducted with several stages, i.e. KKN student training, coordination and socialization to the community, implementation of the field consisted as extension, training, facilitation, and assistance. The results of community service show that the activity has been going well with several activities, i.e. coordination, socialization, counseling, training and facilitation of supporting equipment, assistance, and monitoring and evaluation. The community of Pojok, Wonokerto, Turi gave a good response by participating in activities and implementing PHBS in their daily lives well. The community feels they have gained insight, experience and skills in the application of PHBS. The community service program of KKN PPM has provided more benefits, when the Covid-19 pandemic occurred, the community was ready to do a clean and healthy lifestyle

Pandemi covid-19 sudah berlangsung sejak ditemukannya kasus pertama pada tanggal 2 Maret 2020 lalu di Indonesia. Diterapkannya kebijakan “Study From Home” banyak menuai kontroversi antar kalangan masyarakat. Kurang adanya inovasi dalam menjalankan kegiatan belajar mengajar seringkali menimbulkan keresahan. Banyaknya tugas yang diembankan pada siswa menghasilkan berbagai keluhan diantaranya; siswa menjadi malas belajar, tidak disiplin waktu, bosan, bahkan dapat menimbulkan stres. Melihat kondisi tersebut, program “Belajar dan Berkarya” diharapkan menjadi sebuah alternatif belajar anak di masa pandemi Covid-19 sekaligus membangun kecakapan hidup sejak dini.
