This paper proposes a big data query system for customized queries based on specific business needs. This paper introduces the components and structure of the query system. ANTLR tools are used as language recognizer to design and implement a customized SQL dialect. The system builds a simpler and easier query interface on Spark SQL, which satisfies the query requirements of the Internet user behavior analysis platform.

The General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) has become a standard to extend the services provided by the Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM). Through the introduction of packet switching technology, GPRS supports the use of packet data transmission, allowing a more efficient usage of the radio resources with a consequent improvement in the quality of service of subscribers. This paper presents some observations of the real operational GPRS network in a certain city by analyzing the characteristics of the data which was captured by monitoring system deployed in the Gn interface of GPRS core network. The distributions of the activated users and on-offline users were analyzed in this paper, as well as the online duration characteristic of mobile users. At last, the distribution of users and sessions was discussed, and finally some valuable conclusions were concluded for the mobile network operators.

In order to enhance the capabilities of knowledge service in product innovation design service platform, a method of acquiring knowledge resources supporting for product innovation from the Internet and providing knowledge active push is proposed. Through knowledge modeling for product innovation based on ontology, the integrated architecture of knowledge resources network is put forward. The technology for the acquisition of network knowledge resources based on focused crawler and web services is studied. Knowledge active push is provided for users by user behavior analysis and knowledge evaluation in order to improve users’ enthusiasm for participation in platform. Finally, an application example is illustrated to prove the effectiveness of the method.

In education, for educational instruments scientific writing is a very important thing. It requires an information management skill, information management is a library search, which can be done through a computer and guided by the internet. It can also be through the quality of reading used as a reference for scientific writing. In addition, in producing a paper also must know the management of writing, not only required to pay attention to the rules of standard language, but also must be able to convey ideas and ideas well and meet scientific criteria, such as making a quote or reference list used. This paper was written with the aim of improving the quality of research through reading material, making notes and avoiding plagiarism, references using the Harvard system for journals, books, and articles. Management of citing articles either CD or internet, writing, editing, storing references electronically, writing bibliography, and quotations.

Political conversation is at the heart of democratic societies, and it is an important precursor of political engagement. As society has become intertwined with the communication infrastructure of the Internet, we need to understand its uses and the implications of those uses for democracy. This chapter provides an overview of the core topics of scholarly concern around online citizen deliberation, focusing on three key areas of research: the standards of quality of communication and the normative stance on citizen deliberation online; the impact and importance of digital platforms in structuring political talk; and the differences between formal and informal political talk spaces. After providing a critical review of these three major areas of research, we outline directions for future research on online citizen deliberation.
