TransactionEvent is one of the five events defined in EPCGlobal standard. As TransactionEvent lasts for a long period and processes large data, it has a higher demand of real-time. The process of the TransactionEvent in the Internet of Things is complex. In order to overcome these disadvantages, this paper proposes a non-integrated program. This program will ensure the TransactionEvent processing efficiency, reliability and real time. In the end of this paper, the article will implement a prototype system of a commercial IoT to verify this method.

The fourth industrial revolution represents smarter systems, faster and more optimized system of artificial intelligence, which involves control systems and sensors networks. In this paper, the concept of the Internet of Things (IoT) was applied preliminarily to create the connection between machine and the user, using a sensor, a processor such as Raspberry Pi, and IoT platform application such as Blynk in the smartphone. The simple IR 4.0 prototype system and IoT apps were developed in order to create a connection between sensors and user through the internet consisting of a temperature and humidity sensor, which is DHT11 and a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B. The smartphone application would be developed through the Blynk application for this simple prototype system. The graphical user interface GUI was built within the Blynk app and link it to the sensor which is already connected to the Raspberry Pi. The analysis that was done upon the system is by varying the stimuli to the sensors, which is a hairdryer with three levels of heat and observe the relative change of the reading of temperature and percentage of humidity on the apps. Therefore, the preliminary result shows an increase in temperature as the heat level increases. On the other hand, the percentage of humidity becomes lower as the temperature goes higher. Based on the results and the analysis, it had shown that the IR 4.0 prototype system of IoT monitoring can connect between the sensor and the smartphone application with real-time monitoring through the internet.

In the trials of utilization of technology for the society, efforts have shown benefits of the ICT use in facilitating education from different perspectives based on different waves of technological change. The recent development in technologies has also resulted in change of user behavior and usage patterns towards different areas of life, and consequently in the area of education. A new wave of change has started and is expecting to proliferate with stronger connectivity and interoperability of various devices, named as the Internet of Things (IoT). The internet of things is expected to give strong impacts on different areas of life including healthcare, transportation, smart homes, smart campus, and more. Consequently, there are inherent benefits to the education environment that are not yet well established in literature. The paper studies the potential benefit and impact of the IoT evolution concept in both the physical and the virtual learning environment and suggests a paradigm with use case scenarios. The results of an experimental evaluation on the aspects of applying IoT technology in education are presented and discussed in order to verify the set of related hypotheses.

The Internet of Things (IoT), a network of objects, has been regarded as the next revolution for the global information industry after the Internet. With IoT, many intelligent applications can be accomplished or improved. This paper presents a framework for dangerous goods management in container yard using IoT technology. The framework consists of three layers: perceptual layer, transport layer, and application layer. It offers an infrastructure for management and data analysis and utilization. According to the features of dangerous goods, the framework can be enhanced for container information forecast, container gate-in and gate-out management, environment parameters monitoring, and fire control as well. In order to verify our method, a prototype system is developed, which shows good performance. With our method, safe operation of dangerous goods in container yard can be accomplished.

Unauthorized resource access represents a typical security threat in the Internet of things (IoT), while distributed ledger technologies (e.g., blockchain and IOTA) hold great promise to address this threat. Although blockchain-based IoT access control schemes have been the most popular ones, they suffer from several significant limitations, such as high monetary cost and low throughput of processing access requests. To overcome these limitations, this paper proposes a novel IoT access control scheme by combining the fee-less IOTA technology and the Ciphertext-Policy Attribute-Based Encryption (CP-ABE) technology. To control the access to a resource, a token, which records access permissions to this resource, is encrypted by the CP-ABE technology and uploaded to the IOTA Tangle (i.e., the underlying database of IOTA). Any user can fetch the encrypted token from the Tangle, while only those who can decrypt this token are authorized to access the resource. In this way, the proposed scheme enables not only distributed, fee-less and scalable access control thanks to the IOTA but also fine-grained attribute-based access control thanks to the CP-ABE. We show the feasibility of our scheme by implementing a proof-of-concept prototype system using smart phones (Google Pixel 3XL) and a commercial IoT gateway (NEC EGW001). We also evaluate the performance of the proposed scheme in terms of access request processing throughput. The experimental results show that our scheme enables object owners to authorize access rights to a large number of subjects in a much (about 5 times) shorter time than the existing access control scheme called Decentralized Capability-based Access Control framework using IOTA (DCACI), significantly improving the access request processing throughput.

In recent years, an intelligent vibratory roller with adjustable mode has become the leading direction for the development of compaction equipment that can obtain the state of the pressed material during the compaction operation and then control the working parameters and the excitation mode of the whole machine according to the condition of the pressed material. The intelligent vibratory roller can better meet today’s requirements for compaction. This paper proposes a compaction operation monitoring system for an intelligent vibratory roller based on the Internet of Things. Firstly, a hardware system for real-time compaction operation monitoring was established, including the selection of a sensor module and signal conditioning module. Secondly, a method for real-time compaction monitoring data evaluation and analysis of compaction was proposed and a detailed analysis process of the compaction data was designed. Finally, the compaction operation monitoring prototype system based on the Internet of Things technology was designed and constructed.

Nowadays, the development and innovation of tennis have basically been integrated with the Internet, and the penetration of big data is accelerating the development of tennis. Collect data and statistics about tennis matches, analyze the key winning factors of the game, assign players’ gains and losses, and assign points. Fully understand the game’s tactics and various key technical functions of the player and enhance the influence of the game’s attention. Therefore, as the era of the Internet of Things is about to come, the development of sports events in my country should seize the opportunity of innovation in the application of Internet of Things technology, accelerate the process of upgrading informatization and intelligence, and achieve leapfrog development. This article is aimed at studying the use of the Internet of Things security technology, research, and design a monitoring system for the key technical characteristics of male tennis players. This paper proposes to develop a novel real-time video semantic analysis prototype system for tennis matches, taking the video from the monitoring perspective of tennis matches as the analysis object. The experimental results in this article show that from Wimbledon to the Australian Open, the Australian Open is very slow, and finally, to the French Open, the speed of the ball slows down and improves the accuracy of the tennis crisis system. The average level and the correct answer rate are 61.37%. Eventually, it rose from the highest 86.13% to 86.92%, and the highest was the lowest. It seems that a monitoring system for the basic technical characteristics of male tennis players is more feasible.
