Due to competition and high expectations of customers, the construction sector is faced with several challenges while pursuing project outcomes. Generally, construction firms consist of various project teams with multipurpose, which necessitates participation and involvement of team members in an organised manner to complete the project effectively. The current research aimed to understand the essential factors that contribute to Effective Teamwork in the construction industry. The study is based on primary data via a questionnaire-based survey method. The data collected from 72 respondents comprises various construction team members like Engineers, Contractors, Owners, Architects from various parts of Tamil Nadu. The data collected were processed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM), which was employed in this research to understand the relationship among the successful outcomes and the factors determining the team's success. The analysis of the results and the model show that the integration between the project team brings about a uniquely positive effect on construction project outcomes at a R2 value of 0.733. This study provides empirical evidence that a successful construction project team will positively influence the outcome of construction projects.

To complete a construction project, it takes the cooperation and collaboration of stakeholder involved in construction projects to obtain optimum project performance. Problems that frequently occur in construction projects is the lack of cooperation, lack of trust, ineffective communication, lack of visualization of the planned buildings and different relationships between stakeholders that project performance is not optimal. To overcome these problems need to develop a model of collaboration between stakeholders in a construction project. The purpose of this research is to identify the critical success factors of the collaboration of design and build construction project team so that can understand the influence of collaboration model to collaboration performance with the geographic, professional, stakeholder, and ethnic cultural boundary spanners in design and build construction project in Indonesia. This research uses factor analysis and variable relation with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results found that geographical and ethical boundaries are influencing collaborative performance significantly.

The construction industry in Hong Kong has adopted relational contracting (RC) as a way forward to address frequent conflicts in construction projects and to promote sustainable development. Despite this effort, adversarial behavior of project team members is still prevalent, stemming from conflicting agendas, which hinders the successful implementation of RC. There is a need to improve collaborative attitudes and behavior among project team members in RC projects, but there is still a lack of understanding of factors that can promote this inter-organizational collaboration. Therefore, using the theory of planned behavior, this research investigates factors that form relational attitudes, collaborative intentions, and collaborative behavior, and their relationships in RC projects in Hong Kong. Quantitative data were collected from experienced practitioners in RC projects and were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results reveal that senior management commitment and relational norms are needed to nurture relational attitudes, which in turn influence the development of collaborative intentions. These intentions can eventually promote collaborative behavior, which is expressed by teamwork, affective trust, and extra-role behavior (striving beyond roles to maintain collaboration). The findings advance knowledge and contribute to practice by providing a structured process to nurture collaboration in RC projects for sustainable development.

Abstract This study aims to assess the household diversification of coastal fishing on the welfare of coastal communities in the District of Kabila Bone, Bolango District, for 5 months, from August 2019 - November 2019. Samples of the coastal community of 200 people, making do with a survey method. The data collected are primary data and secondary data were done by using observation, interview techniques, documentation techniques. Based on the model developed from the relevant theory, then tested on a model using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on SMART PLUS. The results of the analysis of business diversification models suggest that the utilization of environmental services does not affect the welfare of coastal communities. Keywords: diversification; SEM-PLS; welfare; environmental sustainability.

Customer loyalty is ‘suspected’not been able to optimizationrepetition of transactions, customer recommendation and durability with the establishment relationship quality of the trust, customer satisfaction and commitment. Therefore, research conducted on Bank CIMB Niaga aims to determine the extent of the trust, and commitment to customer satisfaction can increase X-tra and TabunganKU savings customer loyalty. This research is verification and the method of research is explanatory survey method, the sample is 160 customer X-tra and tabunganKU savings in the branch office Bank CIMB Niaga Bintaro. The analytical method used is structural equation model. The results showed loyalty can be achieved with relationship quality for customers through the establishment of trust, and commitment to customer satisfaction, which all three have a positive influence. Therefore, the management of Bank CIMB Niaga need to improve their ability in trust, satisfactionand commitmentwith the bank's customers to become increasingly favored customers.

The success of a construction project is a widely discussed topic, even today, and there exists a difference of opinion. The impact of communication and conflict on project success is an important, but least addressed, issue in literature, especially in the case of underdeveloped countries. Miscommunication and conflict not only hinder the success of a project but also may lead to conflicts. The focus of this paper was to examine the impact of communication on project success with the mediating role of conflict. By using SPSS, demographics, descriptive statistics and correlation were determined. Smart PLS version 3.0 was used for confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), internal accuracy and validity estimates, hypothesis checking and mediation testing. The results showed that formal communication has a negative impact on the success of a construction project, resulting in conflicts among project team members, whereas informal communication and communication willingness have a positive impact on project success because people tend to know each other, and trust is developed. Task, process and relationship conflicts were used as mediating variables. It was found that task conflict effects the relations positively because project team members suggest different ways to do a certain task, and, hence, project success is achieved. On the contrary, process conflict and relationship conflict have a negative impact on communication and project success. Both of these conflicts lead to miscommunication, and project success is compromised. Hence, it is the responsibility of the project manager to enhance communication among project team members and to reduce the detrimental effects of process and relationship conflict on project success.

Risks inevitably exist in all stages of a project. In a construction project, which is highly dynamic and complex, risk factors affect the expected achievement rates of the three main performance goals, namely schedule, cost, and quality. A comprehensive risk management procedure requires three crucial steps: risk confirmation, analysis, and treatment. Risk analysis is the core of risk management. Through structural equation modeling, this study developed a risk analysis model that takes a different perspective and considered the occurrence probability of risk events and the extent to which these events affect a project. The contractor dimension was discovered to exert the strongest influence on an overall project, followed by the subcontractor and design dimensions. This paper proposes a novel construction project risk analysis model, which considers the entire project. The proposed model can be used as a reference for risk managers to make decisions about project risks, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of saving resources and the sustainable operation of the construction project.

Building on the multifunctional perspective from current contract theory, we conceptualize contractual complexity as a three-dimensional construct to depict the explicitness and elaborateness of control, coordination, and adaptation provisions in a construction project contract. A 13-item scale with construction project features is developed for measuring the different aspects of contractual complexity following rigorous scale development procedures. Using the structural equation modeling technique, empirical testing results demonstrate that all of the three components contribute significantly to contractual complexity. Further analysis indicated that treating contractual complexity in the three-functional way outperforms the unidimensional one regarding power to explain satisfaction and strong-form opportunism.

For the emergency system in which the different stages of development, the corresponding measures to improve emergency response capabilities.

<p>The problem of this research was Turnover intention is a factor of discomfort experienced agent in a company. Turnover intention needs to get serious attention to the organization especially to leadership or manager so can applying force leadership proper and improve job satisfaction to reduce job stress in the company.<br />The purpose of this research was the effect of leadership style and job satisfaction toward Turnover intention throught job stress at customer service (frontline) PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE), Tomang Jakarta.<br />The methodology of this research was testing hypothesis. The data used were primary data collected from questionaire. The samples consisted of 164customer service (frontline)PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE), which were determined through purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed through Structural Equation Model (SEM) of AMOS version 23.0for Windows.<br />The results of the study showed that there have been negative effect and significant between leadership style and job satisfaction toward Turnover intention throught job stress. The role of job stress very dominant as a mediator the influence of leadership style and job satisfaction toward Turnover intention.<br />Implication of this research is expected to managers can increase the determinants job stress itself for example by raising job satisfaction (salary, reward, job promotion) and applying force leadership proper and able to adjust with all the work situation.</p>

Government construction projects are vital to the economic development of developing countries. However, although most of these projects suffer from abandonment, little evidence exists concerning the causes that account for this setback. This paper investigates the causes of government construction project abandonment in Ghana. We used a sequential data collection approach, in-depth semi-structured interviews, and questionnaire surveys to solicit the views of project management practitioners, contractors, and clients associated with Ghana government construction project implementation. Using factor analysis and structural equation modelling, we find that Ghanaian government construction project abandonment is influenced by five sets of causes: political leadership, culture, external forces, resources (including funding) and administrative/institutional bottlenecks. Three of these sets of causes – political leadership, cultural and external forces, are the primary causes, while resources (including funding) and administrative/institutional causes are secondary causes.
