Abstract This study aims to assess the household diversification of coastal fishing on the welfare of coastal communities in the District of Kabila Bone, Bolango District, for 5 months, from August 2019 - November 2019. Samples of the coastal community of 200 people, making do with a survey method. The data collected are primary data and secondary data were done by using observation, interview techniques, documentation techniques. Based on the model developed from the relevant theory, then tested on a model using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on SMART PLUS. The results of the analysis of business diversification models suggest that the utilization of environmental services does not affect the welfare of coastal communities. Keywords: diversification; SEM-PLS; welfare; environmental sustainability.

Customer loyalty is ‘suspected’not been able to optimizationrepetition of transactions, customer recommendation and durability with the establishment relationship quality of the trust, customer satisfaction and commitment. Therefore, research conducted on Bank CIMB Niaga aims to determine the extent of the trust, and commitment to customer satisfaction can increase X-tra and TabunganKU savings customer loyalty. This research is verification and the method of research is explanatory survey method, the sample is 160 customer X-tra and tabunganKU savings in the branch office Bank CIMB Niaga Bintaro. The analytical method used is structural equation model. The results showed loyalty can be achieved with relationship quality for customers through the establishment of trust, and commitment to customer satisfaction, which all three have a positive influence. Therefore, the management of Bank CIMB Niaga need to improve their ability in trust, satisfactionand commitmentwith the bank's customers to become increasingly favored customers.

Bifactor models are commonly used to assess whether psychological and educational constructs underlie a set of measures. We consider empirical underidentification problems that are encountered when fitting particular types of bifactor models to certain types of data sets. The objective of the article was fourfold: (a) to allow readers to gain a better general understanding of issues surrounding empirical identification, (b) to offer insights into empirical underidentification with bifactor models, (c) to inform methodologists who explore bifactor models about empirical underidentification with these models, and (d) to propose strategies for structural equation model users to deal with underidentification problems that can emerge when applying bifactor models.

For a bank, the depositors are the primary assets. Therefore, the bank should maintain a good relationship with them to be loyal to all efforts. If they are faithful, they will always keep putting their money in the bank. Therefore, the bank can execute the intermediate function properly. This study intends to examine the effect of perceived value and service quality on depositor loyalty. Consequently, the depositors of commercial bank H at branch F in Bandung become the population and the samples. This study also uses the Slovin formula, simple random sampling, and survey to calculate the samples, grab them, and accumulate the primary data. Moreover, the gathered data get analyzed by the structural equation model (SEM) based on variance. To sum up, this study proves that the perceived value and service quality positively affect depositor loyalty after examining the proposed hypotheses. To increase depositors to be loyal, the bank has to focus on elevating their perceived value and giving them superior service.

Library in the university is known as the centre of knowledge. University library offers learning support, research requirement and also teaching materials. The objective of this study is to identify the most (and least) factors that contribute to students satisfaction towards university library. A case study on selected respondents consist of 266 undergraduate students was conducted. Their opinion on the library services has been recorded. Questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. Structural Equation Model was developed to display their responses. The finding concluded that online services and collections have significant relationship with the overall satisfaction towards the library, whereas facilities and library staffs do not have significant contribution to the satisfaction. As a suggestion, the library management should improve their service quality by upgrading the online services such as wireless access, library website service,  and online book renewal process to mentioned a few, which might be effective in improving the students’ satisfaction towards the library.

This study aims to assess the household diversification of coastal fishing on coastal communities' welfare in the District of Kabila Bone, since August 2019-November 2019, 184 respondents, with a survey method. The data collected are primary and secondary data was done by using observation, interview techniques, documentation techniques. The lives and livelihoods of coastal fishing communities are very vulnerable to climate change and the environment. Diversification of fishermen's income sources outside of fisheries can be an effective way to overcome environmental change's adverse effects. This study aims to analyze the effect of business diversification on welfare, environmental sustainability, and welfare on environmental sustainability. The data collected are primary and secondary data, which is done using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The independent variable is selected according to considerations based on the empirical conditions of the coastal area, the researcher's ability and the availability of supporting theories, and the characteristics of the research area. The researcher's ability and the availability of supporting theories, and the characteristics of the research area. The independent or exogenous variables chosen are fishery business (X1), livestock business. Based on the model developed from the relevant theory, the endogenous variables are welfare (Y1) and environmental sustainability (Y2); the model is tested using the PLS-based Structure Equation Model (SEM). This study aims to determine the effect of financial and non-financial performance, capital expenditure, budget management on regional competitiveness. Second, this study also determines the impact of financial and non-financial performance on regional competitiveness through capital expenditures and budget management in the Bungo Regency. Primary data were collected through direct interviews with respondents with predetermined criteria and processed using Structural Equation Model analysis with PLS. The results study found only financial and non-financial performance and budget management had a significant effect on regional competitiveness, while capital expenditure had no effect. This study also found that financial and non-financial performance affects regional competitiveness through budget management, but it had no effect if capital expenditures were intervening.

This study aims to test and  prove empirically about the effect of professionalism to audit quality wich is moderated by integrity. This study is quantitative study with associative approach. Survey method was used by giving questionnaires to the auditors who work in public accounting firm in Medan. Probability sampling was chosen to by 60 persons as sample. The Data was analyzed by structural equation model partial least square (SEM-PLS).  The results showed that the competence has no effect on audit quality.  Professionalism has no effect on audit quality.  But integrity could moderated the effect of professionalism to audit quality

In this research, four factors influence the behaviour of consumers, namely: Cultural, Social, Personal and Psychological; researchers include another variable that is the education variable which is one of the functions of communication (television). This study aimed to analyze how much influence partial and simultaneously of consumer behaviour toward watching decision. The research was conducted, and watched the Kick Andy program that came to Grand Studio Metro TV. This study collected primary data by sending questionnaires directly to the audience—a cumulative sample size of 135 respondents was used in this study. The analytical method used was the SEM (Structural Equation Model) and processed by AMOS software program 22. The results of the analysis show that the behaviour of consumers has an influence on the decision for watching with r-squares of 0.857 or 85.7%, which means that the variable decision for watching can be explained by the variables of Culture, Social, Personal, Psychological, and Education 85.7%, while the remaining 14.3% influenced by another variable outside this research.
