One example of the growing information technology today is mobile learning, mobile learning which refers to mobile technology as a learning medium. Mobile learning is learning that is unique for each student to access learning materials anywhere, anytime. Mobile learning is suitable as a model of learning for the students to make it easier to get an understanding of a given subject, such as math is pretty complicated and always using formulas.The design method that I use is the case study method, namely, learning, searching and collecting data related to the study. While the development of engineering design software application programs that will be used by the author is the method of Rapid Application Development (RAD), which consists of 4 stages: Requirements Planning Phase, User Design Phase, Construction Phase and Phase Cotuver.

Sistem informasi merupakan hal penting yang perlu dimiliki oleh lembaga, baik itu perusahaan-perusahaan maupun institusi pendidikan tinggi dalam mengolah data-data mereka. Seperti perancangan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pembuatan sistem infomasi manajemen pengelolaan data-data proposal penelitian dan pengabdian dosen IKIP Mataram. Karena selama ini penerimaan hibah penelitian dan pengabdian dosen IKIP Mataram masih dilakukan secara manual, untuk itu perlu dalam penelitian ini mengangkat judul melakukan pengambangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Penelitian Dan Pengabdian Masyarkat Lppm Ikip Mataram Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Riset Dosen Internal, rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah sistem informasi manajemen penelitian dan pengabdian dapat meningkatkan motivasi riset dosen IKIP Mataram. Tujuannya adalah mempermudah proses pengusulan dan laporan penelitian dan pengabdian dosen IKIP Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan pendekatan fenomenologi yang memfokuskan untuk memperoleh jawaban atas pertanyaan mengapa? dan bagaimana?. Dengan metode studi kasus (case study). Sedangkan untuk pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen menggunakan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development), mulai dari pengamatan (Observasi), kepustakaan (Libarary Research) dan laboratorium (Laboratorium Research). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produk berupa website SIM LPPM sudah bisa manfaatkan karena dari hasil observasi dan pengamatan bahwa (1) sistem mampu melakukan valiadsi terhadap penamaan username untuk masuk ke dalam aplikasi, (2) sistem mampu melakukan validasi akan password yang dimasukkan tidak sesuai maka login tidak akan berhasil, (3) sistem mampu melakukan valiadsi terhadap penamaan kategori proposal, Judul, Abstrak dan upload File Proposal untuk menyimpan ke dalam aplikasi, (4) sistem mampu melakukan edit, update, tambahkan revisi dan unapproved saat akan melakukan perbaikan isi proposal kembali dan dosen-dosen bisa memanfaatkan produk tersebut sehingga ada peningkatan motivasi penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bagi dosen IKIP Mataram.

The registration of new students is one of the routine activities which are carried out by all universities every year and data processing system assistance is needed to make easier the work of universities in processing data for the new students’ registration. The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based new students’ registration information system which is expected to make easier for the new students registratlion committee in managing the data and also make easier for new students to register and get information. The development method used in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The RAD method has several stages, namely Requirements Planning, RAD Design Workshop, and Implementation. The development of this information system starts from collecting data using observation and interview methods, making system design, development, and testing. The trial was carried out using black box testing which focused on functional testing. The results of the blackbox test show that there is no error in the new student registration information system.

Abstract—The need for information system development in a company is a basic requirement that must be met by each company in order to run its business processes properly. Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) merupakan suatu kegiatan usaha menghasilkan suatu produk komoditi yang berada pada level menengah kebawah, dimana sektor usaha ini lebih menyentuh langsung dalam hal peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat luas yang pada umumnya adalah masyarakat menengah kebawah, sektor usaha UKM mampu memberikan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang signifikan walaupun pertumbuhannya tidak cepat seperti sektor perekonomian yang lain. Rancang bangun model perangkat lunak UKM Kota Palembang diharapkan mampu memberikan stimulus yang pesat terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi khususnya sektor UKM Kota Palembang serta membantu pihak – pihak yang terkait baik instansi yang membutuhkan, masyarakat luas dan para inventor, dimana dalam mengembangkan rancang bangun model perangkat lunak UKM Kota Palembang meggunakan 2 metode yaitu metode Database Lifecylce untuk pengembangan Database sebagai media penyimpanan data melalui beberapa proses antara lain Design Database secara Konseptual, Design Database secara Logikal serta Design Database secara Fisikal dan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) untuk pengembangan User Interface sebagai rancangan tampilan terhadap rancang bangun model perangkat lunak UKM Kota Palembang.

 Aplikasi Penentuan Jenis Suara pada Paduan Suara merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang dikembangkan untuk mengetahui jenis suara seseorang dengan memanfaatkan handphone Android. Penentuan Jenis Suara biasanya dilakukan secara manual dengan mengikuti beberapa tahap seperti tes jangkauan suara, dan warna suara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah aplikasi Penentuan Jenis Suara berbasis mobile yang dapat digunakan pada smartphone Android dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan aplikasi RAD(Rapid Application Development). Metode RAD ini terdiri dari 4 fase yaitu fase analisis persyaratan, fase analisis modeling, fase desain modeling, dan konstruksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat membantu menentukan jenis suara untuk orang/masyarakat umum yang ingin bergabung di paduan suara.
