Learner centered activities take an important place in modern learning approaches. These activities are both setting the student to work and increasing the teacher’s guiding properties in learning environment. Moreover the classes which have classically learning environment turn into training workshops. Reflection of technological improvements to education have an important place for being this approach is successful. In the reversed classes which have learner centered, there are accessorily used computer, printer, internet and internet based networks for providing students self-access. In Turkey, Education Information Network (EIN) which is developed by MEB contributes high for this issue to educators and students. But, there is a lack of knowledge in educators about filipped classrooms. And therefore, this research is that flipped classrooms and flipped learning on information while Education Information Network (EBA) provides location-based usage. This study is a qualitative research in education based on literature review. In this study was conducted literature review with the help of keywords. Sources achieved by this method was used to support the research and concluded. ÖzetModern öğrenme yaklaşımlarında öğrenen merkezli eğitim faaliyetleri önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Bu faaliyetler öğrenciyi aktif olarak işe koştuğu gibi öğretmenin öğrenme ortamındaki rehberlik etme özelliklerini artırmaktadır. Ayrıca klasik anlamda öğrenme ortamı olan sınıflar, eğitim atölyesine dönüşmektedir. Bu yaklaşımın başarılı olabilmesinde ise teknolojik gelişmelerin eğitim alanına yansımaları önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Öğrenen merkezli anlayışa sahip ters yüz edilmiş sınıflarda öğrencinin bireysel öğrenmesini sağlamak için; bilgisayar, yazıcı, internet ve internet tabanlı ağlar yardımcı olarak kullanılmaktadır. Türkiye’de MEB tarafından geliştirilen Eğitim Bilişim Ağı (EBA) bu konuda eğitimcilere ve öğrencilere önemli katkılar sağlamaktadır. Ancak ters yüz edilmiş sınıflar ve ters yüz öğrenme hakkında eğitimcilerde bir bilgi eksikliği bulunmaktadır. Bu nedenle bu araştırma ters yüz öğrenme ve ters yüz sınıflar hakkında bilgi vermeyi amaçlarken ters yüz edilmiş sınıfların Eğitim Bilişim Ağı (EBA) tabanlı kullanımına yer vermektedir.  Literatür taramasına dayanan nitel bir eğitim araştırması olan bu çalışmada anahtar kelime yardımıyla literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Bu yöntemle ulaşılan kaynaklar, araştırmanın desteklenmesi ve sonuca ulaşmasında kullanılmıştır.

The publication presents a picture of modern steelworks that is evolving from steelworks 3.0 to steelworks 4.0. The paper was created on the basis of secondary sources of information (desk research). The entire publication concerns the emerging opportunities for the development of the steel producers to Industry 4.0 and the changes already implemented in the steel plants. The collected information shows the support environment for changes in the steel sector (EU programs), the levels of evolution of steel mills, along with the areas of change in the steel industry and implemented investment projects. The work consists of a theoretical part based on a literature review and a practical part based on case studies. The work ends with a discussion in which the staged and segmented nature of the changes introduced in the analyzed sector is emphasized. Based on the three case studies described in the paper, a comparative analysis was conducted between them. When we tried to compare methods used in the three analyzed steel producers (capital groups): ArcelorMittal, Thyssenkrupp, and Tata Steel Group, it can be seen that in all organizations, the main problem connected with steelworks 4.0 transition is the digitalization of all processes within an organization and in the entire supply chain. This is realized using various tools and methods but they are concentrated on using technologies and methods such as artificial intelligence, drones, virtual reality, full automatization, and industrial robots. The effects are connected to better relations with customers, which leads to an increase in customer satisfaction and the organizations’ profit. The steel industry will undergo further strong changes, bringing it closer to Industry 4.0 because it occupies an important place in the economies of many countries due to the strong dependence of steel producers on the markets of the recipients (steel consumers). Steel is the basic material needed to make many products, and its properties have been valued for centuries. In addition, steel mills with positive economic, social, and environmental aspects are part of the concept of sustainability for industries and economies.

Background: Burnout among postgraduate medical trainees is common. It is a syndrome characterised by emotional exhaustion, depersonalisation and reduced personal accomplishment. Burnout is seen as an organisational problem rather than the result of an individual’s ability to cope with the stress at work. The educational environment can play a pivotal role in the prevention of burnout among postgraduate medical trainees. This narrative literature review is aimed at assessing the effect of the educational environment on burnout in postgraduate doctors-in-training. Methods: A search of the databases Medline and PscyInfo for articles published between 2015 and 2020 was performed with the key words ‘burnout’ and ‘educational environment’ or ‘clinical learning environment’ or ‘postgraduate medical education’ or ‘learning environment’. Results: A total of 27 studies were identified and reviewed by the author. The prevalence of burnout reported varied widely between studies, ranging from 10% to 62%. Many of the factors that contribute to burnout form part of the educational environment, for example, hours worked, mistreatment, harassment and perceptions of injustice. Residency itself is a stressful period wherein trainees have to balance their responsibilities towards their patients with their responsibilities at home, all while furthering their studies and taking on new responsibilities. Interventions to prevent burnout and tackle existing burnout are multiple but very little solid evidence exists to attest to their efficacy. More research is needed to identify the most effective ways to deal with burnout in postgraduate medical trainees.

The objective of this article is to undertake a literature review to familiarize ourselves with the knowledge base; to summarize information about some psycho-hygienic aspects of teaching and visually impaired adolescents, including features of communication, learning environment, psycho-emotional stress in specialized educational institutions, as well as individual psychological characteristics of personality, emotional and volitional state of visually impaired and general patterns of physiological and psychological characteristics and health of adolescents with vision pathology. To examine the system of security measures in order to optimize the learning environment for the promotion of mental health of the studied contingent and the nature and impact of the learning environment on functional status and health of adolescents with vision pathology. To investigate the impact of current patterns of complex sanitary and regime-organizational factors of training on functional status and health of adolescents with vision pathology. A thorough literature review helps to lay the foundation for a study, and can inspires new research ideas.

Group development is the first and most important step for the success of collaborative problem solving (CPS) learning in the digital learning environment (DLE). A literacy study is needed for studies in the intelligent agent domain for group development of collaborative learning in DLE. This paper is a systematic literature review (SLR) of intelligent agents for group formation from 2001 to 2019. This paper aims to find answers to 4 (four) research questions, namely: 1) What components to develop intelligent agents for group development; 2) What is the intelligent agent model for group development; 3) How are the metrics for measuring intelligent agent performance; and 4) How is the Framework for developing intelligent agent. The components of the intelligent agent model consist of: member attributes, group attributes (group constraints), and intelligent techniques. This research refers to Srba and Bielikova's group development model. The stages of the model are formation, performing and closing. An intelligent agent model at the formation stage. A performance metric for the intelligent agent at the performance stage. The framework for developing an intelligent agent is a reference to the stages of development, component selection techniques, and performance measurement of an intelligent agent.

Understanding mathematical concepts is many-folded. Traditional mathematics mostly emphasizes the algebraic/analytical aspect of a problem with minimal reference to its graphical aspect and/or numerical one. In a modern learning environment, however, multiple representations of concepts are proving to be essential for the teaching of mathematics. The availability of user-friendly dynamical software programs has paved the way for a radical yet smooth way for changing the way mathematical concepts are perceived. This chapter presents some of the author’s attempts for employing innovative methods in teaching topics in calculus, in differential and difference equations. The focus is on the use of dynamical programs that boost the visual component of the topics being investigated, hence contributing to a more complete understanding of these topics.

This chapter presents a suggestion for design-based research (DBR) as a methodology for organizational studies. Although DBR was developed for investigating classroom training, this chapter discusses the methodological issues that are involved when DBR is employed for investigating learning in the context of work. DBR seems to be suitable in this complex context as it is an authentic learning environment. The purpose of this chapter is to provide new perspectives on DBR, including suggestions for guidelines regarding how to conduct DBR for studying learning from experience in the context of work. The research question is: What is needed to utilize DBR to explore learning from experience in the context of work? The theoretical framework is based on Yrjö Engeström and John Dewey's work on learning, and the exploration of DBR is based on a literature review and findings in a seven-year DBR study on learning from experience in the context of work.

Using the four lenses of the How People Learn (HPL) framework, this chapter reviews research on the use of computer simulations for pedagogical purposes. Deciding when and how to support effective learning with simulations requires careful consideration of learner-centered, assessment-centered, knowledge-centered, and community-centered issues. By reviewing educational research on simulations from these four perspectives, one may then be better equipped to incorporate simulations into instruction and training in a manner that can align and balance all four perspectives, resulting in a more effective learning environment.
