Aiming at the problems of low success rate, delay, and high communication cost in distance English teaching resource sharing, this paper puts forward a method of distance English teaching resource sharing based on Internet O2O mode. Based on the model of distance English teaching resource sharing, this paper designs four processes: query, reply, resource substitution, and resource sharing optimization. Experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve high success rate of resource sharing, low latency, communication cost, and high transmission efficiency. Therefore, it is an effective method.

Accompanying the development of the computer technology and network technology, the sharing of teaching resources is achieved by exploiting the network resources in most schools. The traditional network model for the sharing of teaching resources is likely to result in information island, that result in links among the islands not smooth, it is also difficult to achieve the needs of users. So research approach of the teaching resource sharing system based on cloud computing is given in this paper. The design of this approach combines cloud computing and web development technology, makes full use of the characteristics of cloud computing, and reaches the purpose of the elimination of the information island.

In cloud computing era, establishing a unified, open, flexible education informatization platform has significant influence in realizing resource sharing and narrowing education informatization gap. This paper presents the advantage of cloud computing and problems existing in the construction of teaching resource platform, puts forward exploiting and constructing teaching resource platform based on cloud computing, and analyzes the application function of cloud service.

Cross-cultural communication is a field of study that looks at how people from differing cultural backgrounds communicate. It is applied in college English teaching more and more. Cloud computing has an important value and significance to solve the problem of college education resource sharing and construction. The construction of cloud platform in universities is to integrate all sorts of educational resources and it can provide rapid and convenient resource storage, sharing, learning and computing services. In this paper we analyse the advantages of cloud platform in the college English teaching, further build a college network English teaching system based on cloud computing, and probe into the construction of an autonomous learning mode in the light of the problems existing in across-cultural communication.
