Aiming at the problems of low success rate, delay, and high communication cost in distance English teaching resource sharing, this paper puts forward a method of distance English teaching resource sharing based on Internet O2O mode. Based on the model of distance English teaching resource sharing, this paper designs four processes: query, reply, resource substitution, and resource sharing optimization. Experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve high success rate of resource sharing, low latency, communication cost, and high transmission efficiency. Therefore, it is an effective method.

The Assistance of Hybrid Orchid Agribusiness in Matesih District Karanganyar Regency. Matesih District of Karanganyar Regency is known as the center of ornamental plants including orchids. However, most of the farmers grow orchids by raise the juvenile orchids into adult orchids which are then sold. Farmers have not been able to produce seedlings as well as to transfer plantlets from tissue culture bottles to media in pots. These community service programs aim to provide knowledge and increase the skills of partner farmers in acclimatizing hybrid orchids. Therefore they can transfer orchid seeds with a high success rate and earn higher profits from their orchid agribusiness. The program was carried out in Plosorejo Village, Matesih District, Karanganyar Regency from April to October 2020. Partner farmers consist of two farmer groups, namely the farmer group of RT 002 RW XIII and Tani Rejo IX. This program has succeeded in increasing the knowledge and skills of partner farmers in acclimatizing hybrid orchids. In terms of business, this program is profitable because based on the calculation with a capital of Rp869.000, 00 generates a profit of Rp1.311.000,00 per four months with a BC ratio of 1.5.

Background: Knowledge of clinical outcomes and return to artistic activities after endoscopic shelf acetabuloplasty (ESA) for acetabular dysplasia in artistic athletes is lacking. Hypothesis: Hip arthroscopic surgery including ESA will enable artistic athletes to return to their activities with a high success rate, significantly improved acetabular coverage, and preserved joint cartilage. Study Design: Case series; Level of evidence, 4. Methods: We reviewed 28 hips in 23 female artistic athletes (14 ballet, 9 rhythmic gymnastics, 4 dance, and 1 baton twirling) who underwent arthroscopic labral preservation, capsular plication, and ESA. Their mean age was 25.8 ± 10.2 years. Preoperatively, all patients had generalized joint laxity (Beighton score, 7.1 ± 1.8). We evaluated preoperative and postoperative radiographs and outcome scores including the modified Harris Hip Score (mHHS), Nonarthritic Hip Score (NAHS), International Hip Outcome Tool 12 (iHOT-12), Vail Hip Score (VHS), and Hip Outcome Score–Sports (HOS— Sports). Statistical analysis was performed using paired t tests and Bonferroni correction. Results: The mean follow-up was 32.5 ± 12.5 months. The mean lateral center-edge angle significantly increased from preoperatively (15.7° ± 5.3°) to postoperatively (39.8° ± 8.2°; P < .001) and at the final follow-up (33.7° ± 8.6°; P < .001). The vertical-center-anterior angle significantly improved from preoperatively (16.2° ± 8.8°) to final follow-up (33.6° ± 8.0°; P < .001). All hips maintained a Tönnis grade of 0 or 1 at the final follow-up. Overall, 20 patients (87%) were able to return to their preinjury level. All outcome scores improved from preoperatively to postoperatively: mHHS, from 68.5 ± 18.1 to 88.3 ± 18.5; NAHS, from 50.8 ± 17.7 to 69.0 ± 11.4; iHOT-12, from 36.9 ± 19.3 to 75.2 ± 19.8; VHS, from 53.8 ± 13.7 to 79.4 ± 19.4; and HOS--Sports, from 59.9 ± 17.0 to 79.6 ± 21.3 ( P < .001 for all). In total, 3 patients could not return to artistic activities as the result of postoperative deep gluteal syndrome. Conclusion: ESA concomitant with labral repair, cam osteoplasty, and capsular plication to treat dysplastic hips in patients with joint laxity enabled artistic athletes to return to their activities with a high success rate.

Background: Non Scalpel Vasectomy (NSV) is being widely used by Family Planning Sector of Bangladesh for male sterilization. But when young persons with NSV needs reversal of the procedure (recanalization), they become frustrated hugely affecting the family harmony. Aims and Objectives: To see the efficacy of recanalization of Vas Deferens of Non Scalpel Vasectomy (NSV) Individuals. To establish confidence on national NSV program by assuring the scope of future reversal if needed. Materials and methods: During the period of January 2017 to November 2019, we have analyzed the outcome of recanalization surgery of all cases of NSV individual which were referred to our urology team at Rangpur of Bangladesh. We excised the involved segment of Vas Deferens and stented it internally by No-1 prolene (Ethicon). Then end-to-end anastomoses were done by 7/0 vicryl (Ethicon). We collected articles from Hinari, Pubmed and Banglajol with extensive searches. We have compared our findings to the previously published articles. Result- We found 91.9% success rate in this study with positive semen production. Pregnancies were achieved in wives of 72.9% of recanalized individuals. The most common causes of unsuccessful recanalizations are more than 7 years of NSV, knot in close proximity to epididymis, two or more knots and cord like Vas Deferens. One patient had significant hematoma leading to a failed outcome, otherwise there was no mentionable complication in this series. Conclusion- Recanalization of Vas Deferens of NSV individuals can be done with high success rate and other centers of Bangladesh may take steps for further evaluation. Chronic total occlusion recanalization still represents the last frontier in percutaneous coronary intervention. Retrograde recanalization is one of the most significant amendments of the technique, and has recently become an essential complement to the classical antegrade approach. It has a high success rate with a low complication profile, despite frequent utilization in the most complex patients. Since its initial description, important iterations have occurred and made the technique safer, faster and more successful.

Background: Atrial fibrillation is the most frequent cardiac arrhythmia encountered in general medicine and cardiology practice. Synchronized direct current shock is a known safe and effective procedure to revert long standing persistent atrial fibrillation into sinus rhythm. Patients and Methods: Patients with long-standing atrial fibrillation who were seen at the author’s private clinic and Al-Hassani Heart Center in Sulaimanya from April 2018 to December 2020 were chosen for rhythm control subjected to synchronized direct current cardioversion under heavy sedation applying a modified anterolateral paddles position with 200J and 300J successively according to the reversion dose required. Objectives: The Objective of current study was to assess the efficacy of synchronized direct current shock in reverting long-standing persistent atrial fibrillation into sinus rhythm and recognizing factors that help in achieving high success rate. Results: In this case series study 61 patients were included thirty-one males 30 females The success rate was 89%. Even patients with atrial fibrillation duration more than 2 years showed a success rate of 84%. The recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation was 30% within a follow up period of one month to 2 years. The modified paddles position has helped in achieving high reversion rate where success increased from 62% to 85% and failure rate decreased from 38% to 15%. The shock dose needed for reversion ranged from 200J to 300 J. There was no correlation between the needed dose for reversion and body weight where patients with body weight of 71-80kg, more than 80% reverted with 200J. Pre shock antiarrhythmic drugs did not facilitate the conversion, the reversion rate in patients with or without antiarrhythmic drugs were 85% and 82% successively. No per procedure complications were seen. Conclusion: Electrical cardioversion of atrial fibrillation with modified paddles position is a safe, effective and smooth procedure with significantly high success rate and very low incidence of complications even with very long-standing atrial fibrillation.
