In the competition among organization on the global market, no organization will tolerate losses. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) overall is a new process in which the efficiency of a system is calculated and complicated manufacturing issues are truly simplified to simple and intuitive knowledge delivery. It thinks about the exceptionally important measures of productivity. An endeavour has been done to measure and analyse existing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) at company Kirino in hope to reduce unplanned downtime losses on equipment failure and tooling damage to maximize the productivity. The methods used to analyse these various causes were analysis tools and Intelligence Systems. After knowing the causes of various activities that leads to high rates of defects, then recommendations for improvements that could be used by company Kirino were ready to be made using intelligent system as a medium of solution.

Central Sterilization Units (MSU) in our country are insufficient in terms of planning, operation, management, infrastructure design and technological aspects. This negatively affects the work of health institutions and causes the spread of hospital infections threatening public health. A business plan to be adopted throughout the country is standardized by supporting the operation processes of MSUs which have an important place in terms of the health of the health institutions in our work in terms of community health, with the technological infrastructure. In this report, a smart system model is presented in order to improve the productivity of the business processes belonging to the Central Sterilization Unit of health institutions and to improve their performance. With the new process model unveiled, standardization is realized in the processes applied in the MSUs. In this direction, firstly the functioning of the MSU of a medium-sized health institution was examined, the causes of the inefficiency in the current operation were determined, and a new process modelling was carried out to improve the system. In the second stage of the project, the center's productivity and performance changes were measured if an information system was included in the operation of the MS. Business processes and writing processes are reconfigured in line with the outputs obtained and made suitable for the health institution. In addition, with the barcode-optical reader system added to the information system, the error-free and efficient operation of the system has been ensured by minimizing the user interaction in line with the internet principles of the objects.

Crankshafts, connecting rods, gears and forks are basic components made by the forging machine. According to statistics data, more than 60% of the automotive components in weight are produced by forging, more than 80% of which are manufactured by hot forging. With the development of the automobile industry and the increase of market competition, the forging production of automotive components is becoming more complex, sophisticated and efficient. Moreover, in order to reduce the labor costs and improve the efficiency, flexibility, automation and intelligence of the forging equipment and process, research and development of the hot forging intelligent production system will be inevitable. Based on this background, an intelligent production system of a typical hot forging for automotive components is introduced in this paper. It includes the intelligent high precision hot die forging press, intelligent transport devices, the intelligent control system, the operation management system and intelligent interfaces. Moreover, it also can be linked into the smart factory of industrial 4.0. This intelligent system has been developed and been used for the production of the third generation hub bearing, which has shown that the production efficiency is improved and the labor costs are reduced.

The project deals with the environmental problem of water consumption. The aim of this work is to experiment the recycling of dishwasher wastewater through its reuse in growing edible vegetables or ornamental plants; this can also accomplish the valorization of nutrients present in the wastewater. This new process allows to ensure washing functions coupled with vegetables production and to affect users’ environmental awareness and habits, following a user-centered system design approach to understand the users and involve them actively in the system development. The presented work is also aimed to experiment a multidisciplinary approach in order to face environmental problems.
