AbstractProject management is one of the analytical techniques used for planning, scheduling, and making decisions about activities. This is useful so that the project can be implemented optimally and efficiently. Project management can be done by optimizing the network. Network optimization is very important for the production of bottled drinking water (AMDK) "AETA" produced by the PDAM of Kota Madiun. The optimization of the bottled water production network in this study uses the Fuzzy Critical Path Method (FCPM) analysis technique. Optimization of this fuzzy network is carried out to find a critical path in the production of bottled drinking water in order to get an efficient time in the production of 4 types of bottled drinking water, namely glass, 1.5L bottles, 600mL bottles, and gallons. The results showed that gallon product packaging has a high level of efficiency. In this research, fuzzy data analysis uses trapezoidal fuzzy numbers for bottled drinking water production time. Meanwhile, CPM is used to obtain the most efficient critical path or time in the AMDK production. The combination of these two methods is very helpful in project management so that the scheduling of activity can be run optimally.Keywords: Critical Path method; fuzzy; optimization; project management; scheduling. AbstrakManajemen proyek merupakan salah satu teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk perencanaan, penjadwalan, dan pengambilan keputusan tentang kegiatan. Hal ini bermanfaat agar proyek dapat dilaksanakan secara optimal dan efisien. Manajemen proyek dapat dilakukan dengan mengoptimalkan jaringan. Optimalisasi jaringan sangat penting untuk produksi Air Minum Dalam Kemasan (AMDK) "AETA" yang diproduksi oleh PDAM Kota Madiun. Optimasi jaringan produksi AMDK dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis Fuzzy Critical Path Method (FCPM). Optimalisasi jaringan fuzzy ini akan dilakukan untuk mencari jalur kritis dalam produksi air minum dalam kemasan guna mendapatkan waktu yang efisien dalam produksi 4 jenis air minum dalam kemasan yaitu gelas, botol 1.5L, botol 600mL, dan galon. Hasil penelitian didapat pengemasan produk gallon memiliki tingkat efisien yang tinggi. Dalam penelitian ini, data fuzzy menggunakan bilangan fuzzy trapezoidal untuk waktu produksi AMDK. Sedangkan CPM digunakan untuk mendapatkan jalur atau waktu kritis yang paling efisien dalam produksi AMDK. Penggabungan antara dua metode ini sangat membantu dalam manajemen proyek sehingga penjadwalan suatu aktivitas bisa berjalan secara optimal.Kata kunci: Critical Path method; fuzzy; manajemen proyek; optimasi; penjadwalan.

Background: Bottled drinking water has become popular for consumption by customers. Bottled drinking water with pathogenic microbiological contamination is a public health concern. This study aimed to describe the current situation of microbiological contamination in bottled drinking water products, food safety conditions and some influencing factors in production facilities in Hau Giang province in 2020. Methods: A cross-sectional study has been conducted in 2020 using quantitative and qualitative methods. The evaluation was carried out at 54 bottled drinking water production facilities, 108 workers/owners and 54 samples collected from facilities for microbiological analysis in the province. In-depth interviews were conducted with local government officials on food safety, two owners of facilities and two workers. Results: It showed that the proportion of microbiological contamination in bottled drinking water accounted for 18.5%, of which P. aeruginosa contamination was 18.5%; and Coliform contamination was 3.7%; No drinking water samples were contaminated with E. coli. 79.6% of facilities met general food safety conditions. There were several factors affecting the proportion of microbiological contamination of bottled drinking water as follows: Bad compliance with food safety in production for the sake of profit by workers, affecting the quality of products such as trash cans without lids; No sterilization treatment before filling; Non-sterilization in filling room. Non-monitoring of UV lights for replacement; No regular cleaning of water pipes, tanks, and discharge valves; Difficulty in state management of food safety for facilities of bottled drinking water production, such as insufficient manpower, lack of equipment and funding for activities. Conclusion: The quality of bottled drinking water in Hau Giang province was not good. The important factors affecting the contaminated bottled drinking water products were identified. We recommend that: management agencies should frequently conduct sudden inspections and supervisions of facilities with no ensured food safety and strictly handle according to regulations. Owners of bottled water facilities should voluntarily comply with food safety. This study is particularly concerned with ensuring food safety conditions in the production of bottled drinking water to prevent products from microbiological contamination. Membrane fouling by natural organic matter (NOM), namely by humic substances (HS), is a major problem in water treatment for drinking water production using membrane processes. Membrane fouling is dependent on membrane morphology like pore size and on water characteristics namely NOM nature. This work addresses the evaluation of the efficiency of ultrafiltration (UF) and Coagulation/Flocculation/UF performance in terms of permeation fluxes and HS removal, of the water from Tagus River (Valada). The operation of coagulation with chitosan was evaluated as a pretreatment for minimization of membrane fouling. UF experiments were carried out in flat cells of 13.2×10−4 m2 of membrane surface area and at transmembrane pressures from 1 to 4 bar. Five cellulose acetate membranes were laboratory made to cover a wide range of molecular weight cut-off (MWCO): 2,300, 11,000, 28,000, 60,000 and 75,000 Da. Severe fouling is observed for the membranes with the highest cut-off. In the permeation experiments of raw water, coagulation prior to membrane filtration led to a significant improvement of the permeation performance of the membranes with the highest MWCO due to the particles and colloidal matter removal.

The Llobregat is a 156 km long river, which supplies 35% of the Barcelona's drinking water needs from the Sant Joan Despí Water Treatment Plant. Since the establishment of the Salt Mine Works in the Llobregat basin in 1923, a progressive salinization of the water sources has been recorded. The operation of the Brine Collector, as a public work carried out by Aigües de Barcelona (AGBAR), started in 1989; it enabled a very significant improvement in the quality of the surface water used for drinking-water production.

Работа посвящена системному анализу данных показателей исходной воды при производстве питьевой воды в системе центрального водоснабжения крупного населенного пункта. На сегодняшний день на фоне увеличивающегося негативного антропогенного воздействия на окружающую среду наблюдается ухудшение состояния многих источников питьевого водоснабжения в широком спектре показателей, в частности, таких как органолептические свойства воды. Как следствие, возникает проблема и для питьевой воды. В работе приводится процесс подготовки данных о параметрах исходной воды, забираемой из водохранилища, которые ежемесячно (с 2002 по 2014 год) учитывались на предприятии при дезодорации воды. Приведенные параметры оказывают существенное влияние на органолептические свойства конечной воды. Подготовка данных для анализа проводится методом главных компонент К. Пирсона. Данные, полученные в пространстве R9, переводятся в пространство меньшей размерности R3. Понижение размерности позволяет снизить автокорреляцию между компонентами. Отбор компонент в пространство R3 проводится по правилу Парето. В пространстве R3 методом сферической кластеризации данных «Форель» с постоянным радиусом группировки проводится кластеризация. Приводится пошаговое визуальное представление алгоритма кластеризации в пространстве R3. В работе показано, что в данных показателях качества исходной воды имеются кластеры. Проводится корреляционно-регрессионный анализ данных, представленных в главных компонентах. Строятся регрессионные зависимости показателей органолептических свойств от главных компонент из пространства R3.
