ABSTRACT This paper argues that Sans-titre, by the choreographer Raimund Hoghe (2009), proposes that it is through a movement of release from the static forces of cultural representation that the subject may become closer to others as humans. In other words, the subject may thus build a relationship based on ethics. The analysis draws on a subjective interpretation that unfolds according to the narrative sequence of the performance, therefore trying to free itself from the neutral (and potentially simplistic) look commonly associated with traditional academic models, while at the same time raising new critical possibilities around reception aesthetics.

ABSTRACT This article aims at deepening the possibility of utilizing the art of photography that is rich of sig- nificance of the socio-cultural representation. The visual ethnographic field or photo-ethnography, which is relatively new, can provide assistance and answer for this. Therefore, the author has tried a form of collaboration between the photo-ethnographic approach and the sense approach in doing his research on the subject in order to obtain the deep understanding and the truth significance attached to them. The method of digital photography art creation which is intuitively the basis of the art cre- ation in digital domain, then was tried to be formulated, based on heuristics research in the process of the art of digital photography. This concept was developed from the experience in the field of digital photography and visual anthropology, guided by the basic theories of creativity, quantum theory in art, and theory of artistic creation that has existed before. Through emotional approach as a method, along with the structured systematic approach of photo-ethnography and with the deep awareness of the environment and social life of the subject leads to the creation of the image that tends to be better and more meaningful, more productive in a social sense, and offers a credible empiric documentation. Keywords: photo-ethnography, photography art works  ABSTRAK Artikel ini dibuat dalam upaya melakukan pendalaman mengenai kemungkinan peman- faatan seni fotografi yang kaya makna representasi sosio-kultural.

SUBJECTIVE INTERPRETATION OF THE REPRESENTATION OF THE EMPLOYERThe way that employers are represented in the literature and court decisions in labour law is the subject of lively discussion. Its foundation is the unclear content and structure of article 3 of the Labour Code. While in the case of organizational units it seems that the regulation is complete, for individuals with employer status it is problematic. Regardless of this problem, a question arises concerning the contradictory meaning of the employer’s representation described in the provisions of the Civil Code. This issue becomes even more signifi cant if we take into account that article 3 § 1 of the Labour Code uses ambiguous terms such as “person or governing body” and “other designated person”. This leads to subjective interpretation of the representation of the employer.

Reception theory or aesthetics is the name which takes part in the literary world, gives reader responsibility as well as an author about meaning or interpretation of author's works and analyze reader's function in this field. It's a matter of debate or study, who give a meaning to the work. When does the work have a meaning? Who constitutes the meaning? Reader or author? In the context of our subject, in what way does the reception process realize for theater audience and children's theater audience? Is there a difference between adult theater and children's theater? The subject of this study is to answer this question "In what way does the reception of the children's theater audience group realize among the children 4 aged and older in our country? " in the light of the cognitive development theory of Piaget and the reception aesthetics of W. Iser and we grounded the observations that were made during the children's plays and the interviews made after the play.

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of verbalization of perceptual experience in the syntactic constructions that actualize indefinite-temporal taxical relation. In the author opinion, this meaning is always realized in coordinative constructions, correlative asyndetic compound sentences and simple sentences with homogeneous predicates when the latter are expressed by verbs in the imperfective aspect and the subject – by a noun or pronoun in the plural. Incidentally, it is specially emphasized that the subject need not be explicit. The communicative effect of such sentences is in the fact that giving a precise description of the actual or imaginary sequence of actions is not very important for the speaker: what really matters is the speaker’s own, subjective interpretation of a complex event. That is why the speaker builds syntactic constructions of a particular kind, choosing specific lexicogrammatical means.

The subject of the article is the aesthetic reception of concrete poetry and the possibility of its use in foreign language classes. Reception aesthetics concentrates on the reception of the work and not its production. Concrete poetry works on sight and hearing, combines decoding of letters with visual perception and creates special opportunities for aesthetic reception in foreign language classes. The article draws attention to the phenomenon of text communication. The historical background and the first attempts to experiment with concrete poetry are discussed. Works of concrete poetry bring together aesthetics and didactics, which justifies their use in class. The functions and objectives of working with concrete poetry in the lesson are discussed and examples of works included in textbooks and examples of lesson scenarios are given.

Straipsnyje aptariamas Danielio C. Dennetto pasiūlytas heterofenomenologijos metodas, pretenduojantis sąmonės patirtis tirti iš trečiojo asmens perspektyvos, ir analizuojamas argumentų už šio metodo pranašumą autofenonomenologijos, arba Edmundo Husserlio fenomenologijoje taikomo introspekcijos metodo iš pirmojo asmens perspektyvos atžvilgiu, korektiškumas. Dennettas, įvesdamas trečio asmens perspektyvą, heterofenomenologijos metodui siekia suteikti gamtos mokslų metodams būdingo objektyvumo, kurio nepavyko pasiekti Husserlio autofenomenologijos projektui dėl neišvengiamo subjektyvumo veiksnio. Todėl Dennettas subjektų pranešimams apie sąmonės patirtis suteikia įsitikinimų statusą, kurį legitimuoja jau ne pats subjektas, o stebėtojas (heterofenomenologas), šitaip atlikdamas mokslinį subjektų įsitikinimų apie sąmonės patirtis tyrimą. Bet ar subjektų pranešti įsitikinimai gali būti neutralūs, be subjektyvios interpretacijos apvalkalo, kaip to tikisi Dennettas? Straipsnyje tvirtinama, kad ambicingas Dennetto heterofenomenologijos metodas neišvengia Husserlio fenomenologijai būdingo subjektyvumo, nes Dennettas nekorektiškai interpretuoja Husserlį, iškreipdamas, bet neišvengdamas autofenomenologijai priskiriamų trūkumų.Pagrindiniai žodžiai: heterofenomenologija, autofenomenologija, sąmonė, metodas, intencionalumas, patyrimas.Does Heterophenomenology Surmount Autophenomenology?Ernesta Molotokienė SummaryDaniel C. Dennett’s heterophenomenological method for analyzing the experiences of one’s consciousness using the third person approach, as well as an analysis of the argument correctness of its superiority over the autophenomenology or introspective method of the first person approach applied in Edmund Husserl’s phenomenology are presented. By introducing the third person perpective, Dennett seeks to bestow the impartiality which is typical of the nature sciences, to heterophenomenological method. The Husserl autophenomenology project had failed in this field because of its inevitable subjectivity. Therefore, Dennett provides the subject’s messages about experiences of consciousness with the conviction status, which is legitimated not by the subject but by the observer (the heterophenomenologist), and in this way he carries out the scientific research of the subject’s convictions about the experiences of consciousness. But can the subject’s convictions be neutral, without a shell of subjective interpretation, as Dennett expects them to be? The article argues that the ambitious heterophenomenologic method of Dennett is unable to avoid the subjectivity typical of Husserl’s phenomenology, because Dennett interprets Husserl incorrectly by twisting his ideas, but is unable to elude the drawbacks of autophenomenology. Keywords: heterophenomenology, autophenomenology, consciousness, method, intentionality, experience.

THE germ of that which follows came into being many years ago in the days of my youth as a university instructor and assistant professor. It was generated by the then quite outspoken attitude of colleagues in the “exact sciences”; the sciences of which the subject-matter can be exactly weighed and measured and the force of its movements mathematically demonstrated. They assured us that the study of languages and literature had little or nothing scientific about it because: “It had no domain of concrete fact in which to work.” Ergo, the scientific spirit was theirs by a stroke of “efficacious grace” as it were. Ours was at best only a kind of “sufficient grace,” pleasant and even necessary to have, but which could, by no means ensure a reception among the elected.

In this paper an orbit computation program for artificial satellites is presented. This program is operational and it has already been used to compute the orbits of several satellites. After an introductory discussion on the subject of artificial satellite orbit computations, the features of this program are thoroughly explained. In order to achieve the representation of the orbital elements over short intervals of time a drag-free perturbation theory coupled with a differential correction procedure is used, while the long range behavior is obtained empirically. The empirical treatment of the non-gravitational effects upon the satellite motion seems to be very satisfactory. Numerical analysis procedures supporting this treatment and experience gained in using our program are also objects of discussion.

Rule: I'd like at this point to bring up the subject of cables and wireways around the telescope. We've touched upon this twice during previous sessions: the cable wrap up problem, the communications problem, and data multiplexing problem. I think we'll ask Bill Baustian if he will give us a brief run down on what the electrical run problems are, besides doubling the system every year.

The Mesozoic-Cenozoic coral Order Scleractinia has been suggested to have originated or evolved (1) by direct descent from the Paleozoic Order Rugosa or (2) by the development of a skeleton in members of one of the anemone groups that probably have existed throughout Phanerozoic time. In spite of much work on the subject, advocates of the direct descent hypothesis have failed to find convincing evidence of this relationship. Critical points are:(1) Rugosan septal insertion is serial; Scleractinian insertion is cyclic; no intermediate stages have been demonstrated. Apparent intermediates are Scleractinia having bilateral cyclic insertion or teratological Rugosa.(2) There is convincing evidence that the skeletons of many Rugosa were calcitic and none are known to be or to have been aragonitic. In contrast, the skeletons of all living Scleractinia are aragonitic and there is evidence that fossil Scleractinia were aragonitic also. The mineralogic difference is almost certainly due to intrinsic biologic factors.(3) No early Triassic corals of either group are known. This fact is not compelling (by itself) but is important in connection with points 1 and 2, because, given direct descent, both changes took place during this only stage in the history of the two groups in which there are no known corals.
