This research study was designed to explore the English language competency of teacher educators and its effect on their job satisfaction and motivation in order to maintain their position at their departments of Education at Universities of Sindh province of Pakistan. As, languages are generally taught and assessed in terms of four skills such as listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Where listening and reading are known as receptive skills while speaking and writing as productive skills, which are directly concerned and connected with the cognitive development of the teachers  educators and its proper utilization to become satisfied and motivated faculty members. The data was collected and analysed through narrative analysis technique, the qualitative research design and method. The findings of this article would be found suitable, reliable, strong resource and a rich addition in to the existing literature, which provides a suitable insight to all stakeholders to understand the real position and phenomenon of language competency and its effects.

The study was conducted to explore the factors of motivation of teacher educators of the departments of Education at universities of Sindh province of Pakistan. The data was collected and analyzed through narrative analysis technique, the qualitative research design. The total sixteen factors of motivation were found as five intrinsic and eleven extrinsic respectively. The findings of the article would be suitable and reliable addition in to the available literature to understand the phenomenon of motivation in organizational setting to support their students’ to work for the betterment of society.

This study was designed to explore the perception and experiences of motivation of teacher educators of the universities of Sindh province of Pakistan. The data was collected and analysed through case study approach, the qualitative research design and thematic-narrative analysis technique. The total twenty-one teacher educators revealed their stories in the form of narratives about their motivation. The findings of this article would be found suitable, authentic and reliable resource, which would be an excellent addition in to the existing literature of motivation in order to understand the phenomenon, its process and causations.

This study was conducted to explore the dimensions of quality education in teacher education departments at universities of Sindh province of Pakistan. The qualitative research approach was employed for data collection and then analysed through thematic-narrative analysis technique. The total eight dimensions of quality were found, as two were concerned with pre-sage, four as process and two as product dimensions, known as 3Ps. The findings of this article would be found reliable resource and an addition in to the existing literature of quality education to understand the phenomenon in existing organisational setting of teacher education departments and institutions in Sindh, Pakistan. The radical reforms for educational and economic development can be brought through better understanding of the phenomenon of the quality education, which support the teacher educators, students and the heads to maintain peace and prosperity for humanity in their respective societies through quality teaching-learning process.

The present study was conducted to investigate the relationship between time management, job satisfaction and motivation among teacher educators in university departments, institutes and faculties of education in the Sindh province of Pakistan. Using an interview approach, the researchers recorded the professional stories of 40 teacher educators. The interviews and the analysis focused particularly on teacher educators’ skills, routines and characteristics related to time management, job satisfaction and motivation. This article advances current knowledge by revealing the values of narrative analysis including, especially, qualitative research methods as a means for disseminating the evidence-based information. In so doing, it offers teacher educators and heads of universities, faculties, institutes and departments a reliable resource for understanding how teacher educators improve their time management skills to increase job satisfaction and motivation and make their professional and personal lives more meaningful.

This article deals with the particularities two pre-service English language teachers have due to they have dyslexia. This study’s main intention was to understand how the participants constructed their identities as English teachers while dealing with discrimination, negative feelings, and not understanding teachers. We collected the data through interviews that served to write the two pre-service teachers’ narratives. The narrative analysis showed that pre-service English language teachers who suffer from apparently superficial difficulties must hide most of the time to avoid discrimination. We conclude that teacher educators’ role is essential in identity construction processes, especially when pre-service teachers face certain conditions that may affect their performance as language learners and as language teachers. Additionally, it was evident that resilient teachers can make strength from their weaknesses.

This research paper is a reflection of the results of collected data from Teacher Educators (TEs) regarding their skills and expertise in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Seven themes were inductively identified and called, 7Es like as: (a). Expertise in use of windows programmes; (b). Expertise in use of security measures; (c). Expertise in use of hardware instruments; (d). Expertise in use of internet; (e). Expertise in creating accounts; (f). Expertise in installation of softwares; and (g). Expertise in use of softwares. All extracted themes reveal the utility of the study and thematic analysis.

The aims of this study was to explain the effect of employee engagement and work stress on job satisfaction and turnover intention at Aman Villas Nusa Dua-Bali. The type of data used in this study is qualitative and quantitative data, with data sources namely primary and secondary data. Data collection method is interview, distributing questionnaires to respondents and library research, while the data analysis technique used Smart PLS 3.2.8. The results of this study showed that employee engagement had a positive effect and significant on job satisfaction, work stress had a negative effect but not significant on job satisfaction, employee engagement had a negative effect and significant on turnover intention, work stress had a positive effect and significant on turnover intention, job satisfaction had a negative effect but not significant on turnover intention, employee engagement had a positive effect but not significant on turnover intention trough job satisfaction, work stress had a positive effect but not significant on turnover intention trough job satisfaction at Aman Villas Nusa Dua-Bali.

Abstract: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a variable that can be influenced by job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction variables on Organizational Citizenship Behavior OCB alumni level IV leadership training in Banten Province. This research uses a quantitative approach through survey methods. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The population in this study were 40 respondents and the sample used was 40 respondents. Determination of the sample using total sampling techniques or samples taken from the entire study population. The results of the analysis and interpretation of research data show that the value of the regulatory coefficient of influence on job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) alumni of leadership training level IV is 0.740 thus it can be concluded that job satisfaction has a direct positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior alumni training, meaning that improvement of satisfaction in IV level leadership training is 0.740. work has an impact on improving Organizational Citizenship Behavior for training alumni, So Organizational Citizenship Behavior for training alumni can be achieved through job satisfaction.Keywords: Job satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Leadership Training Alumni Level IV
