The spread of the Corona virus that has spread to various parts of the world has an impact on the Indonesian economy, both in terms of trade, investment and tourism. In Indonesia, the spread of this virus began on March 2, 2020, many sectors of the economy were affected by this pandemic. Thousands of companies were forced to temporarily close to limit the spread of the virus, resulting in reduced levels of activity in the arts, entertainment and recreation, as well as in real estate agencies and IT companies, however, there are some sectors of the economy that are still able to survive. If we compare it in the gold trading sector, the data shows a large increase in the estimated price for 2020 ytd of US $ 1,830 / troys ounce, even the prediction of the average price in 2021 also shows a constant increasing number. This is what has made the gold business popular because many people consider the price of gold to be more stable during this pandemic. Now the government is trying to open several business sectors and continues to encourage SMEs to carry out online activities, but still in the regions and gradually increase tax revenue. In order to maintain business continuity that saves the national economy, the government has implemented various socio-economic policy programs, including incentive policies and tax facilities that can be utilized by taxpayers. The government has also provided a policy on interest rates and airplane ticket prices so that people are still interested in visiting several discount cities for tourist destinations due to the existence of Covid-19 which has greatly impacted the tourism sector. The crisis due to Covid-19 is currently occurring simultaneously, so that the impact is felt by vulnerable groups who are getting worse, including business groups that need mass crowds, groups of casual daily workers, street vendors, workers affected by layoffs, farmers, the community poor, and so on.

This study discusses the relationship between profitability ratios, leverage and dividend policy on firm value in the banking sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The banking sector was chosen because the banking sector is one of the fastest growing sectors and has promising long-term business prospects. The high value of the company will affect the level of prosperity of shareholders. Several factors affect firm value, namely profitability, leverage, and dividend policy, which are factors that can be controlled by the company. This study uses Dividend Irrelevance Theory and Bird in The Hand Theory as the main theory in explaining the importance of profitability ratios, leverage ratios and dividend policies in increasing firm value. The analysis technique uses the Path Analysis estimation technique. The results of the study found that leverage has a negative and significant effect on firm value and leverage has a negative effect on dividend policy.

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the influence of motivation, work environment, and work morale mediation on employee performance at Metro Kampus Yogyakarta. The sample in this study is part of the target population is 100 employees of Metro Yogyakarta Campus, where the sample is determined by the Slovin formula. The data was collected using a questionnaire or questionnaire collection method. The data analysis technique used is the regression technique which is supported by t-test and classical assumptions, the data that has been obtained are processed using SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on morale or performance in accordance with the significance test carried out by the test. -t and obtained tcount> ttable (6.089> 1.67722) and (2.987> 1.67722) with a  = 0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on morale or performance according to the significance test which was carried out by t-test and obtained tcount> ttable (4.273> 1.67722) and (2.037> 1.67722) with a  = 0.05 so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, morale had a positive and significant effect on performance in accordance with the test. The significance was carried out by t-test and obtained tcount> ttable (2.560> 1.67722) with a  = 0.05 so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted.

Bali Villa Construction can continue to exist in competition, so the company must have quality human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career and organizational commitment on employee performance, the effect of career development on commitment, and organizational commitment as mediation for career development on employee performance. The number of samples used was 45 people using the census method. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used SEM-PLS. The results showed that career development and organizational commitment have a positive effect on employee performance. Career development has a positive effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment can mediate the influence of career on employee performance.

The purpose of this research is to study the marketing strategy model of the Gunung Kawi Cliff Temple in Tampaksiring. The main target of tourism development must be to improve the welfare of the community, especially the people of Tampaksiring Gianyar. Respondents were 74 tourists. The research was conducted by sampling. This study uses descriptive analysis to determine inferential by evaluating the measurement model (outer model) and the structural model (structural model / inner model). The results show that the attributes of tourism objects have a positive and significant effect on the image, the promotion has a significant effect on the image, and individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on the image, but the image itself has a positive and significant influence on the decision of tourists to visit tourist objects. Tebing Gunung Kawi Temple, Tampasiring.

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the influence of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and organizational culture on employee performance at Bento Kopi Yogyakarta. In this study, the target population is all employees of Bento Kopi Yogyakarta, both permanent and contractual. The sample of this study is part of the target population is 100 employees of Bento Kopi Yogyakarta, where the sample is determined by the Slovin formula. The data was collected using a questionnaire or questionnaire collection method. The data analysis technique used is the regression technique which is supported by the t test and classical assumptions, the data that has been obtained are processed using SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in accordance with the significance test carried out by the test- t and obtained tcount> ttable (61.695> 1.66055) sig. amounting to 0.000 / 0.0 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in accordance with the significance test carried out by t-test and obtained tcount> ttable (38.241> 1.66055) sig. 0.00 / 0.00 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in accordance with the significance test carried out with the t-test and obtained tcount> ttable (35.798> 1.66055) sig. 0,000 so that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.

This research aims to determine the effect of generativity, experience expectation, and motivation on visit intention. The object that we use here is Mojokerto Mojopahit Museum. Data processing was carried out using the IBM SPSS 24 program, in addition, researchers used IBM AMOS 22 which will be used for the SEM method or Structural Equation Model. The data in this study will use primary data obtained from online questionnaires. Respondents in this study were 200 people who have an interest in coming to the Mojopahit Museum in Mojokerto and have a generative nature. Sampling used non-probability sampling techniques and convenience sampling. The results of this study will indicate a significant positive effect of generativity on experience expectation, then experience expectation on motivation, and the influence of motivation on visit intention at the Mojopahit Museum in Mojokerto.

Indonesia is not only rich in natural resources but because of its exotic landscape, consisting of forests, oceans and rivers that can generate extraordinary natural tourism potential. The development of tourism has two possible impacts on the local community, namely tourism will improve the welfare of the community or on the contrary, tourism will marginalize society in all fields. The activities of developing tourist objects cannot be separated from social, economic and environmental conditions. Tourism is an industry whose survival is largely determined by the merits of the environment. This research, it examines and analyzes how the attitudes and concerns of the community towards the development of tourist objects towards sustainable development. The goal is to find out how people's attitudes and concerns affect the development of tourist objects and sustainable development. This study uses an explanatory study with literature studies to identify the impact of people's attitudes and concerns towards sustainable development. Attitudes and behaviors are the formation of perceptions, so a correct perception of an object is needed. With the existence of public concern from the beginning for tourism development, it will further ensure the success and continuation of this tourism development. Continuing development for Bali considers not only the sustainability of natural resources as a basic necessity for life, but also the sustainability of cultural resources.

LPD is one of the institutional elements of Customary Villages that carry out the functions of customary village finance to manage village financial potential. The purpose of the activities carried out are to determine the impact of lowering lending rates on lending, knowing the causes of lowering lending rates on lending, and knowing the solutions used to overcome the impact of reducing lending rates on lending. The method used in this street vendor activity is in the form of a review method where the review begins with the stage of searching for the title and location, searching for data, and conducting an analysis to find out how the impact of lowering lending rates on lending. The results obtained from the implementation of this activity are the impact of a decrease in lending rates on lending that is decreasing lending in Kuta LPD, the cause is due to the absence of the public or customers who do credit during Pandemic Covid-19 or in other words the demand declining credit, and delaying interest payments and socializing the importance of saving into a solution that must be done.

This study discusses analyzing the marketing mix and service quality of purchasing decisions at PT. Indomarco Pratama Denpasar Bali. This research method is quantitative descriptive using questionnaires as a method of data collection and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results showed that the promotional mix involved a partial purchase decision of consumers at PT Indomarco Pratama Denpasar Bali by 0.002 <0.05, with a dominant product, price, and promotion indicators, starting to look for indicators of other places, people, physical evidence, processes. PT. Indomarco Pratama Denpasar Bali is 0.003 <0.05, with dominant Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness indicators, then tangibles indicators, guarantees accepted. Simultaneously the marketing mix and service quality influence the purchasing decision of 0,000 <0.05. These results also answer the three hypotheses of this study. The results show that the marketing mix and the quality of services offered are positive and significant for purchasing decisions. The results have the meaning of increasing marketing mix and service quality, so the purchasing decisions at PT Indomarco Pratama Denpasar Bali will also increase.
