Applying green supply chain coordination management is an important strategy for battery manufacturing enterprises, which can effectively develope the campaign of "green industrialization" and promote to recycling of resources. Aiming to improve the green supply chain performance well, firstly this paper constructs a collaborative management model to evaluate the performance of battery manufacturing enterprise from the internal and external supply chain, based on the theory of supply chain. After that, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the system efficient and green performance of the enterprises’ green supply chain. As TIANNENG is the largest electric bicycle enterprise in China, here we take it as an example. The results show that the overall green performance of China's electric bicycle battery manufacturing enterprises is well, but with obvious fluctuation. The internal green performance is relatively stable, and there needs new power to get improvement; the external green performance fluctuates fiercely. The results also show the battery manufacturing enterprises should improve the level of waste collection and recovery, increase the efficiency of residual heat recovery and utilization, and improve the organization of green supply chain.

Abstract The introduction of green supply chain coordination management is an important strategy for battery manufacturing firms that can effectively grow the Green Industrialization Movement and encourage resource recycling. First, this paper builds a collaborative management model to analyze the efficiency of the battery manufacturing business from the internal and external supply chain, based on the supply chain principle, in order to enhance the performance of the green supply chain well. After that, this paper makes an empirical study of the productive and green system efficiency of the green supply chain of companies. Since TIANNENG is the largest electric bicycle company in China, we take it as an example here. The results show that the overall green output of Chinese industrial companies in the field of electric bicycle batteries is strong, but with obvious fluctuations. The internal green output is reasonably constant, and change requires new power; the external green performance fluctuates heavily. The findings also show that industrial battery companies can increase the level of collection and recycling of waste, improve the efficiency of recovery and reuse of residual heat, and improve the organization of the green supply chain.

On the basis of investigation and research, we firstly determined factors that impact manufacturing enterprises to implement green supply chain. Then, based on data of Parts of manufacturing enterprises in Shandong Province implementing green supply chain, the influencing factors of manufacturing enterprises implementing green supply chain is analyzed by factor analysis. The conclusion show that the influencing factors mainly concentrates in seven aspects that is raw material purchase, the enterprise internal management, the worn recycling, the product design, the enterprise prestige, the enterprise energy consumption, the reject processes.

Today, Green supply chain management (GSCM) has become a multidisciplinary concept by constructing environmental management practices in the context of various supply chains including waste management services. Environmental issues have become an important integration into the supply chain management, so that each step from organization’s materials management and transportation functions to the end customer can be structured to include environmental awareness. The authors analyze the levels of application of GSCM in waste management value chain of Ghana and use our house-to-house waste collection model as case. Review of the social, environmental and economic impacts made by waste EcoCare and other solid waste management companies that incorporate circularity – at least a recovery and recycling channel at some point – into their service shows are setting a pace for understanding, adoption and replication of green supply chain management (GSCM) into waste management in the country. The authors recommend that private-public-partnerships for waste management in Goaso and other cities would be greener if they replicated the circular economy model implemented by EcoCare Waste Initiative and its H2H Waste Collection model.

The study explores the main drivers that affecting the level of participation in green supply chain management of Vietnamese electronics manufacturing enterprises. The research team divided into two groups of factors, which are internal and external pressures. With primary data obtained from 544 electronics manufacturing enterprises in the Red River Delta and Southeast regions of Vietnam, the team applied two modeling software, SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 25.0. Combined with secondary data, the research team found that business type, size, environmental regulations, market pressures, and efficiency-oriented motivations all affect the level of management involvement. green supply chain. Since then, the research team has developed recommendations based on these groups of variables with the goal of promoting the participation of enterprises in the green supply chain management model.

Abstract Water demand backlogging and delivery loss have important impacts on the operational decisions and efficiency of the inter-basin water transfer (IBWT) green supply chain. This paper formulates, analyzes, and compares three IBWT green supply chain coordination decision models considering water delivery loss with lost sales, fully backlogging and partial backlogging under random precipitation, conducts the corresponding numerical and sensitivity analyses, and summarizes the corresponding managerial insights and policy implications. The research results show that: first, a two-part tariff contract can effectively coordinate the IBWT green supply chain and improve operational performance; second, the fully/partial backlogging strategy can effectively improve the operational performance of the IBWT green supply chain; third, fully backlogging is the first-best strategy and partial backlogging is the second-best strategy for the IBWT green supply chain.
