As for most systemic connective tissue diseases, in rheumatoid arthritis the questions of etiology have not yet been resolved; therefore, pathogenetic therapy is considered to be reasonable. Since inflammation is the most constant clinical and anatomical manifestation of rheumatic diseases, the anti-inflammatory effect can be generalized as the main goal of anti-rheumatic treatment.

The Chinese folk medicine Dianbaizhu, consisting of Gaultheria species, is widely used for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by several minority nationalities. The species and plant parts of this genus used as Dianbaizhu in clinical application are confused. In order to elucidate the species and the medicinal parts, as well as to ascertain the effective components and the probable optimal source of Dianbaizhu, the different plant parts and polarity fractions of its mainstream species, G. leucocarpa var. yunnanensis were investigated. The inhibition of nitric oxide and tumor necrosis factor produced in macrophage J774 were used to assess the anti-inflammatory effect of those samples. G. leucocarpa var. yunnanensis may be the preferred species for anti-RA effect. The underground parts of this taxon showed the best anti-inflammatory and anti-RA activities; the n-butanol and water fractions of the underground parts may be the most anti-RA active.

Various exogenous and endogenous stimuli incite a complex reaction in vascularized connective tissue called inflammation. Non sterodial antiinflammatory drugs are used to reduce inflammation Preferential COX-2 inhibitors namely diclofenac and aceclofenac was taken for my present work and anti inflammatory effect was compared with control and with each other. Student-t-test-was done to compare result. It was found that inflammation varied significantly across the three groups (P=000) compared to control, in~lammation was less in both diclofenac and aceclofenac (P=00). Reduction of inflammation with diclofenac was less, in comparision to aceclofenac at end. Aceclofenac is more efficacious than diclofenac. Keywords: Aceclofenac, diclofenac, Anti inflammatory effect

The article developed criteria for early diagnosis of cerebrovascular disorders, one of the complications of antiphospholipid syndrome in patients with systemic connective tissue, and proposed diagnostic methods to prevent this process’s exacerbationand developsevere irreversible complications. This will help stop the development of antiphospholipid syndrome from the urgent problems of modern medicine and manage the effectiveness of treatmentand improve patients’quality of life. Keywords:cerebrovascular pathology, rheumatic diseases, antiphospholipid syndrome, anticardiolipid antibodies
