Renal retinopathy is a severe late microvascular complication of CRF and one of the causes of blindness in the world among people of working age. OCT-A makes it possible to detect microvascular changes in the retina even in the absence of clinical manifestations of renal retinopathy on the fundus. Markers of changes in the microcirculatory bed of the retina in renal retinopathy arequalitative and quantitative changes in the foveal avascular zone and a decrease in the density of the capillary network, which increase with the progression of the disease. Keywords:Renal retinopathy, CRF, OCT, angiography, retinal changes

The article examines and analyzes the comparative anthropometric indicators of various parts of the spinal column, 329 boys and girls aged 8 to 12 years, living in rural and urban conditions ofthe Khorezm region. Anthropometric studies of the spinal column were carried out. The age-related features of the absolute sizes of various parts of the spine are analyzed. When analyzing the anthropometric parameters of the spinal column of 8-12-year-old boys of the rural population, slight lengthening of the spinal column was revealed in girls of the urban population.

To study the features of the course of myocardial infarction in older people who have undergone COVID-19. Analysis of the prevalence of concomitant pathologies in elderly patients who have had myocardial infarction showed that most of them belong to the group of patients who have undergone COVID-19. Patients with concomitant CVD and / or traditional cardiovascular risk factors, especially in old age, belong to a particularly vulnerable cohort, characterized by a severe course of COVID-19, and exposure to the SARS-CoV-2 virus and other pathogenic factors with toxic, pro-inflammatory pro-inflammatory effects, can lead to decompensation of concomitant CVD, including the development of myocardial infarction

This work is based on the results of a study of the assessment of physical parameters of the electroencephalogram in adolescents with autonomic dysfunction, depending on gender and the presence of perinatal pathology in the anamnesis. We examined 87 adolescents 12-18 years old with clinically and laboratory-instrumental confirmed dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system -autonomic dystonia syndrome (ADS). The average age of the clinical manifestation of ADS in girls was 12.2 ± 1.8 years, in boys -13.5 ± 2.1 years. As a result of the study, it was revealed that adolescents with a history of perinatal pathology have the maximum risk of disturbances in the processes of myocardial repolarization at the end of the recovery period after physical exertion, especially in females

This article discusses the functional status of the heart in patients after ischemic stroke. The widespread introduction of cardiological diagnostic methods into angioneurological practice not onlyexpanded the understanding of the causes of ischemic stroke, but also demonstrated the fact that a number of serious cardiac diseases can be asymptomatic for a long time and manifest as a stroke. Therefore, the study of the state of the cardiovascular system (CVS) is one of the main conditions for improving the treatment of patients in the post-stroke period and improving the immediate and long-term prognosis

In recent years, there has been an increase in car injuries, and the proportion of acetabular fractures continues to grow steadily. Moreover, this type of injury is characterized by high mortality and disability. The problem of diagnosis and treatment of acetabular fractures has been the subject of many works, at the same time, the currently existing methods of conservative treatment are insufficiently effective and have many disadvantages. There are also shortcomings in the diagnosis of acetabular fractures and there are no clear indications for the use of modern diagnostic methods. Keywords:acetabulum, arthroplasty complications, trauma.

80 school-aged children with low-grade myopia were examined at the pediatric department of the Republican Specialized Scientific-Practical Medical Center of Eye Microsurgery as research material. The average age of the diseased children was 7-17 (15 + 0.6) years. 42 (52.5%) were girls and 38 (47.5%) were boys among the patients. During the examination of patients, we divided all children with mild degree myopia into 2 groups. Keywords: myopia, accommodation, autorefractometry, dispensary examination of school-aged children, McDel

The principles of glaucoma diagnostics are based on the triad of symptoms -the excess of IOP over the tolerant level, changes in the visual field, primarily in the Bjerrum zone, and also on glaucomatous excavation of the optic nerve head. It should be recognized that the IOP level is the only proven risk factor for the progression of glaucomatous optic nerve atrophy and, at the same time, the only factor that we can influence. That is why the determination of IOP is of great importance in diagnosis and is the basis for evaluating the effectiveness of glaucoma treatment. Keywords: IOP (intraocular pressure), tonometry, glaucoma, primary open-angle glaucoma, glaucomatous optic neuropathy, tonometer, pneumotonometer

In order to achieve an optimal fit between the crown and the margin formed below the gingival margin, a good mapping of the space behind the margin is required. This can be accomplished in a variety of ways. At various stages, general dentists and prosthodontists apply gum retraction across the board on a daily basis. Gum retraction was first described in 1941 by Thompson. Today, a large assortment of retraction cords is presented on the material market. One of the main requirements forhigh-precision impressions is a clear display of the gingival sulcus around the abutment teeth. To obtain high-quality impressions, it is necessary to ensure the unimpeded position of the impression material in this area, which is ensured by retraction. With the generalized form of increased abrasion of the hard tissues of the teeth, all teeth or most of them are subject to restoration of the anatomical shape, therefore it is important to choose a retraction method that would not only allow obtaining ahigh-quality impression, but also minimize its negative effect. Since 1975, PubMed and Google Scholar have searched for studies on gingival tissue management prior to impression creation on fixed dentures. The conclusions were extracted and summarized by us. Gingival retraction methods are divided intomechanical, chemical or surgical types. This article discusses the various methods of gingival retraction for subsequent double-layer impressions.
