Objectives: Smart city is the product of a new round of information technology reform and the further development of knowledge economy. It is a manifestation of the deep integration of industrialization, urbanization and informatization and the progress towards a higher stage. The standardization of smart city construction must be combined with the reality of smart city construction and carry out the standardization work pertinently. Intelligent city construction is accelerating step by step. Internet technology, mobile communication technology and intelligent terminals are combined to infiltrate into all areas of social life. This paper makes full use of the concepts and technological achievements of smart city construction. From the aspects of data regulation and results building, conflict detection and contradiction coordination, results management and resource sharing. Research on the construction of multi-information information fusion visualization system for sharing, unified, efficient and dynamic updating. The open big data teaching mode is used to conduct theoretical study and practical exercises online. Let learners master the necessary knowledge and skills as soon as possible, and provide sufficient and excellent big data talents for enterprises in a timely manner.

Smart City, whose main characteristics are intelligence and interconnection capability, has become an important goal of some cities’ development. This paper, based on urban three-dimensional geographic information characteristics, analyses 3D geographic information requirements in the Smart City construction and development process, proposes construction and management methods for 3D geographic information. Furthermore, this paper takes Shanghai Geographic Information Public Service Platform as an example, discusses 3D geographic information application in multiple fields, and proves that it is an effective ways to promote Intelligent City construction.

<p>With the development and application of Internet technology, cloud computing, big data technology, Internet of things technology and other new generation information technology, smart city has gradually become the focus of global urban development. Remote sensing technology big data is the combination of remote sensing technology and big data technology. Remote sensing technology has the characteristics of long-distance, non-contact detection and wide coverage. And the data information collected by remote sensing equipment is analyzed by using big data technology to improve the application value of remote sensing technology. This paper first describes the characteristics of remote sensing big data and the connotation of smart city, and that the remote sensing big data technology can promote the intelligent supervision of urban pollution, urban planning, urban traffic intelligent response, and construction more reasonable and humanized, then it can help realize the development of urban traffic intelligent.</p>

With the application of engineering management in smart city construction under Industry 4.0, the intelligent design of urban street landscape has attracted extensive attention. Affected by the low intelligent level of traditional landscape design, the existing urban landscape composite system has difficulty in meeting the needs of smart city construction. Therefore, this paper proposes the construction of street landscape big data-driven intelligent decision support system based on Industry 4.0. Based on the complex network theory, this paper analyzes the structure, links, nodes, driving forces, and functional requirements of urban street landscape and then puts forward the construction content and implementation method of urban street landscape intelligent decision support system. The system consists of four aspects: intelligent infrastructure, service, protection and maintenance, and management and evaluation system. Its implementation not only reflects the cooperation and effective application of intelligent technology in each stage of street landscape construction, but also provides reference for the application of engineering management in other fields under Industry 4.0.

<p>This article investigates <em>Smart City</em> program with the utilization of internet technology that government assumes as means to solve problems every city encounters, such as traffic jam, retribution, public security, and trash dumping. To provide public service, <em>Smart City</em> collects and manages personal data information of citizens from the intended city and puts it into a Big Data base. This program with <em>Big Data</em> technology has been successful addressing problems in cities. On the other hand, a consequence on how to protect public’s electronic-based personal data should be taken into account as well. Collecting, Processing, and Saving Information of public personal data may carry on particular risk, including violation on individual’s rights and privacy, when it is not well managed and set under a very clear policy, especially when its <em>big data </em>server is outside the territory of Indonesia. In general conclusion, the government needs to enact a regulation in constitutional and national level and/or regional regulation which specifically sets on how to prevent the misuse of electronic-based personal data and what law that regulates any violation against individual rights and privacy, as well as a regulation called <em>privacy by design</em>.</p>
