Iklim komunikasi organisasi merupakan persepsi pegawai mengenai peristiwa yang terjadi di lingkungannya. Kantor Desa Cibalung, Kecamatan Cijeruk, Kabupaten Bogor merupakan salah satu kantor desa yang memiliki berbagai prestasi. Prestasi yang sudah diraih tentu saja tidak lepas dari peran kinerja aparatur pemerintahan desa dan masyarakat yang terlibat dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan kepuasaan kerja yang dirasakan. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan iklim komunikasi organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja dan hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja aparatur pemerintahan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei dengan kuesioner yang didukung oleh data kualitatif melalui teknik wawancara mendalam dan studi literatur dengan responden sebanyak 36 orang. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan nyata antara iklim komunikasi organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja dan hubungan sangat nyata antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja aparatur pemerintahan desa.Kata Kunci: iklim komunikasi, kepuasan kerja, kinerja, komunikasi organisasi=====ABSTRACTOrganizational communication climate was the employee's perception of events that occurred in their environment. The Cibalung Village Office, Cijeruk Subdistrict, Bogor District was one of the village offices that had various achievements. The achievements that have been achieved certainly could not be separated from the role of the performance of the village government apparatus and the community involved in creating a productive work environment and perceived job satisfaction. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the relationship of organizational communication climate with job satisfaction and the relationship of job satisfaction with the performance of village government officials. This study used a quantitative approach through a survey method with a questionnaire supported by qualitative data through in-depth interview techniques and literature studies with 36 respondents. The results obtained indicated that there was a real relationship between organizational communication with job satisfaction and the very obvious relationship between job satisfaction by the performance of the village government apparatus.Keywords: communication climate, job satisfaction, performance, organizational communication

Social scientists have examined the problem of attachment to the New England fisheries in terms of two interacting influences: work satisfaction, based on questionnaire interviews, and attachment to kin and community, based on ethnographic field research. There is a paucity of equivalent information for the Maritimes. This study replicates the New England work satisfaction studies, and includes additional questions concerning community attachment. We demonstrate that fishermen in southwest Nova Scotia are, in contrast with their New England counterparts, satisfied with all questions about their work (save for the common dissatisfaction with government officials found in both the Nova Scotia and New England samples). In particular, although offshore fishermen in southwest Nova Scotia tend to be somewhat less satisfied than those who fish inshore or both inshore and offshore, they have, by comparison with the New Bedford fishermen, scores that are over the "neutral value" on all time and adventure questions. The underlying factors of job satisfaction are comparable with those in the New England studies, except that the factors in our data are more numerous and simpler to interpret. High job satisfaction is combined with strong community attachments in southwest Nova Scotia.

This study aimed to examine effects of three intervening variable directly and indirectly, that are job relevant information, budget goal commitment, and job satisfaction on relationship between budgetary participation and apparatus performance. The inconsistencies of the previous research of the effect of the budgetary participation on the performance become the motivation of the present research. The present research is a survey in which data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to the SKPD Structural Officials of consisting of Echelon II, Echelon III and Echelon IV at the Regional Government of West Lombok Regency. The populations are 673 persons structural officials of Echelon II, Echelon III and Echelon IV. Respondents was selected by purposive sampling method in which officers involved in the budgeting process, of the 122 distributed questionnaires, all questionnaires were returned. The analysis method was variant-based SEM using SmartPLS Version 2.0 M3. The instruments have been examined for its validity and reliability. The results show that the budgetary participation has influence with the apparatus performance but not significant, the budgetary participation has significant effect on job relevant information, job relevant information has significant effect on the apparatus performance, budgetary participation has significant effect on budget goal commitment, budget goal commitment has significant effect on the apparatus performance, budgetary participation has significant effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has significant effect on the apparatus performance. The research could prove the budgetary participation has correlation with the apparatus performance through job relevant information, budget goal commitment, and job satisfaction. The implication of this research that the increased performance of the apparatus can be done by increasing the budgetary participation through job relevant information, budget goal commitment, and job satisfaction.
