Abstract. Narcotics in unattended use can have a negative impact. The impact is potential to destroy the youth generation. It is necessary to hold the drug prevention programs, especially in schools as one of ways to prevent the widespread negative impact. The prevention can be through the role of parents, teachers and stakeholders as part of the community. The teachers’ role is divided into four sub-role, namely as educators, as advisors, as mentors, and particularly as problem solvers. The role of teachers certainly will not have power if it is not supported by the role of schools. Effots that are conducted by school stakeholder are as follow: a) compose the school rules; b) conduct inspections intensively and spontaneously; c) cooperate with related institutions for counseling and socialization; d) utilize extracurricular activities as means of prevention; e) integrate drug awareness into learning curriculum; (f) maximize the tasks as the effort of drug abuse prevention. Expectedly, these drug prevention efforts can be implemented by all schools as one of ways to prevent the destruction of the nation through NAPZA. Family is an important institution to build a person's personality, morality, value and attitude. When this institution communicates properly, it shows the impact e.g. a boy or a girl becomes social human being. Unfortunately in our family gender biasness is reinforced continuously by starting to behave differently with boys and girls from the childhood. Parents communicate with them in a different way which constructs the traits of “masculinity” and “femininity”. Girls are compelled to learn the feminine role with politeness, submissiveness and their mobility is restricted in public world. It is a family which trains a girl to be a good mother, wife, sister or daughter, on the other hand a boy learns to be social, intellectual, able to run the world and strong. This different formation of role and behavior results in the ongoing discrimination everywhere in the society. This reinforcement is sort of relief from social stigmatization but has overall negative impact on life and through this family can be counted as the main birthplace of discrimination against women. Girls and boys must be raised neutrally to eradicate the gender differences and ensure the equality.

Whether Puritanism gave rise to a “work ethic,” and, if so, what the nature of that ethic was, has been a source of controversy since Max Weber published The Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalism more than seventy years ago. Experienced polemicists have waged international wars of words over its terms, and tyros have won their spurs in the battle. With repect to England, there is at present no agreement either about the reality of a peculiarly Puritan work ethic or about the impact, if any, that such an ethic might have had on the attitudes and behavior of the emerging capitalist bourgeoisie, if such a species indeed existed as a distinctive social class or group in the early modern period. In fact, since perfectly sane and competent historians have questioned on the one hand, whether “Puritanism” is more than a neo-idealist reification of a nonentity, and on the other, whether the early modern middle class is more than a myth, it might be the better part of wisdom to inter the remains of these vexed questions as quietly as possible. What follows is not a perverse attempt to flog a dead horse, if it is dead and a horse, but rather on the basis of a different perspective and different evidence to resurrect a part of what Timothy Breen has called “the non-existent controversy.”
