Conclusions. A conceptual solution to this problem can be achieved by organizing a continuous, systematic process of detection and registration of children with overweight and obesity, analysis of the environment where the child is from the standpoint of social characteristics and behavioral characteristics.

Abstract. The purpose of the article is to identify the main factors that constrain lending to enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine, to suggest ways to improve their lending system. A systematic approach was chosen as the methodological basis of the study, which provides for a comprehensive study of the bank lending system of the agro-industrial complex. Historical and structural-functional approaches were also used in its analysis. Methods of comparative analysis were used to consider some problems of bank lending to the agro-industrial complex. Of the general scientific methods in this study, methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction were used. The article examines the dynamics and structure of loans to the agro-industrial complex in Ukraine for 2015-2020; the dynamics of interest rates on loans to the agro-industrial complex and the dynamics of agricultural production by UAH 1. credit provision of the agro-industrial complex in Ukraine for 2015-2020. During the analyzed period, these indicators increase or decrease proportionally, as evidenced by the importance of the efficiency of credit support of the agar sector. In 2020, the efficiency of credit provision of the agricultural sector amounted to UAH 11.64, which is UAH 0.4 more than in 2015. The analysis revealed that the agro-industrial complex today has a high need for financial resources. The characteristic of the main problems of the mechanism of crediting of an agro-industrial complex is given. The need to ensure the availability of bank loans has been identified. Stimulating investment lending to agricultural enterprises will have a positive impact on the development of the industry, as well as improve the existing economic situation of rural residents. High demand for credit resources from agricultural producers, the current state and dynamics of lending to the agro-industrial complex in Ukraine allow us to conclude that it is necessary to improve the mechanism of bank loans, develop effective credit products for the agro-industrial complex and strengthen state support for agricultural lending. The purpose of the article is to develop proposals for intensifying the development of innovative entrepreneurship in Ukraine. The importance of intensifying innovative entrepreneurship is recognized by any business entity, because new innovative ideas, solutions embodied in a particular product can provide competitive advantages. The presence of entrepreneurial initiative by business entities, the use of effective tools to stimulate innovation, creativity and effectiveness of innovation can significantly enhance innovation entrepreneurship and overall efficiency of the innovation process. The methodological basis of this work is the synthesis of general scientific methods of theoretical and empirical research (method of cognition, analysis and synthesis, generalization and systematization of information). Results. Innovative entrepreneurship covers all stages of the innovation cycle: from the initiation of a new idea to obtaining specific results from the market use of the product. The main subjects of innovative entrepreneurship can be any enterprises and organizations that carry out innovative activities or are innovatively active. To develop effective measures to intensify innovative entrepreneurship, first of all, it is advisable to focus on identifying the strengths and weaknesses of innovative entrepreneurship, as well as opportunities and threats for its intensification in Ukraine. In this sense, it is important to assess the current level of innovation process, its staffing and financial resources, the level of innovation infrastructure, the establishment of integration relations between the main participants in the innovation process, the effectiveness of innovation, demand for innovative products and more. Practical implications. The analysis allowed us to reveal certain results. The strengths of the possible activation of the innovative enterprise include: the presence of a high level of personnel component of scientific potential, which characterizes the ability to generate new ideas; accumulated experience of successful innovation, cooperation between science and business, as evidenced by the main indicators of innovation, the number of innovationactive enterprises and enterprises in industry that implement innovations. Weaknesses for the intensification of innovative entrepreneurship should be highlighted: insufficient funding for science and education; declining trends in almost all performance indicators of innovation, which requires rapid implementation of measures to curb their further development in the field of innovation. Thus, in order to intensify innovative entrepreneurship in the near future, it is advisable to implement a number of measures, the tasks of which cover the following main areas of change: clear awareness of the national economy’s ability to innovate, create conditions for new products, increase its competitiveness; ensuring diversification of sources of financing of innovative activity of enterprises in order to reduce the costs of acquisition and use of innovative products; establishing close and productive interaction of the main participants of innovative entrepreneurship. Value/originality. The use of comprehensive analysis allows to identify the main problems of hidden entrepreneurship, taking into account the specifics of its manifestation in modern conditions.

Systemanalyse und Programmentwicklung; Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing (SAP) Labs India is a very good example of innovativeness in products and attractiveness as an employer in a rapidly changing business environment. Especially the lack of an innovative culture in SAP Germany is compensated by SAP Labs India. The purpose of this study is to understand how SAP Labs India employees and scholars are perceiving innovation processes to which they contribute. A case study was conducted by using public available blog entries and discussing these within the concepts of perceptions, innovation and nudging. Being close to customers and feeling self-empowered are the consensus points; the latter one is reached by ‘nudge’. These perceptions can give new insights on successful innovation management, especially in absence of hierarchies. Furthermore, the study gives new ideas on how nudging is used in an innovative process.

Responding to a stimulus that had to be ignored previously is usually slowed-down (negative priming effect). This study investigates the reaction time and ERP effects of the negative priming phenomenon in the auditory domain. Thirty participants had to categorize sounds as musical instruments or animal voices. Reaction times were slowed-down in the negative priming condition relative to two control conditions. This effect was stronger for slow reactions (above intraindividual median) than for fast reactions (below intraindividual median). ERP analysis revealed a parietally located negativity of the negative priming condition compared to the control conditions between 550-730 ms poststimulus. This replicates the findings of Mayr, Niedeggen, Buchner, and Pietrowsky (2003) . The ERP correlate was more pronounced for slow trials (above intraindividual median) than for fast trials (below intraindividual median). The dependency of the negative priming effect size on the reaction time level found in the reaction time analysis as well as in the ERP analysis is consistent with both the inhibition as well as the episodic retrieval account of negative priming. A methodological artifact explanation of this effect-size dependency is discussed and discarded.
