Resumen. One of the tasks of content managers is to automatically perform the technical tasks of publishing on the web, which allows to control the content management for a website. This work is a compilation of the thesis of degree of its same name developed in the ESPOCH in him a performance analysis was implemented; comparing two prototypes one developed in PLONE and another in JOOMLA. The study establishes benefits, disadvantages and similarities between them. The method used was the scientific inductive method that was applied to obtain and measure the results of the performance variables. The result obtained in the comparative study, shows that the content manager PLONE allows to obtain a yield of 99.92% of fulfillment, in comparison with JOOMLA with a percentage of 89.09%. Therefore, the study points to PLONE as the most efficient technology.

This study proposes a dynamic web-based information system using a content management system (CMS) osCommerce with PHP programming language and MySQL database. Utilization of a dynamic web Content Management System has advantages of easy and friendly in content management. Realtime information dissemination network using the Internet will bring up a quick response from the customer as the target market so that the main goal of entrepreneurial activity is achieved. With the implementation of web commerce information system is expected to be a solution for students as a means of self-employment training that has relevance to the subject so that students will have confidence in the start up of entrepreneurial activity as an effort to create their own jobs for students.

In this chapter, we present the usage of a modeling language, WebML, for the design and the management of dynamic Web applications. WebML also makes easier the analysis of the usage of the application contents by the users, even if applications are dynamic. In fact, it makes use of some special-purpose logs, called conceptual logs, generated by the application runtime engine. In this chapter, we report on a case study about the analysis of conceptual logs for testifying to the effectiveness of WebML and its conceptual modeling methods. The methodology of the analysis of the Web logs is based on the datamining paradigm of item sets and frequent patterns, and makes full use of constraints on the conceptual logs’ content. As a consequence, we could obtain many interesting patterns for application management such as recurrent navigation paths, the most frequently visited page’s contents, and anomalies.

The development of modern Information Technology has greatly changed the paradigm of the delivery of learning materials to learners, ranging from changes in methods that make teachers no longer as the only source of information to the use of learning media using the internet. One of the Content Management System that has been available for free that is easy to use in the medium of learning via the internet is WordPress. While the plugin used to display Math notation is Mathjax. MathJax is a plugin created by the American Mathematical Society (AMS) and the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM) aimed at displaying high quality math and scientific notations that can run on all browsers. support for LaTeX, MathML and other equations markup directly in the HTML source. an extensible, modular design with a rich API for easy integration into web applications.

Web applications are the most widely used software in the internet. When a web application is developed and deployed in the real environment, It is very severe if any bug found by the attacker or the customer or the owner of the web application. It is the very important to do the proper pre-analysis testing before the release. It is very costly thing if the proper testing of web application is not done at the development location and any bug found at the customer location. For web application testing the existing systems such as DART, Cute and EXE are available. These tools generate test cases by executing the web application on concrete user inputs. These tools are best suitable for testing static web sites and are not suitable for dynamic web applications. The existing systems needs user inputs for generating the test cases. It is most difficult thing for the human being to provide dynamic inputs for all the possible cases. This paper presents algorithms and implementation, and an experimental evaluation that revealed HTML Failures, Execution Failures, Includes in PHP Web applications.

Entrepreneurship is one of the subjects that must be taken by students of Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP), including students from Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality. Students sometimes have less interest and motivate in taking entrepreneurship courses in practice because they still only use conventional methods. The purpose of this research is to create a web commerce application that will be used by students as an entrepreneurship practices space. The method that used in making this application is the waterfall model with the SLDC method or a simple software life flow approach. Web commerce application that produced then tested using black box to find out the success of the flow that has been designed, and the black box test results show that the application can run well. The result of this research is a dynamic web-based e-commerce application using the PHP programming language, osCommerce Content Management System (CMS), and MySQL database. This application can be a solution to the problems of conventional entrepreneurial methods and can make students who take entrepreneurship courses more interested in entrepreneurship practices.
