The objective of this research is to be able to identify the organization silence attitudes of the employees working at the hotels being operated in the city of Rize. For this purpose, questionnaire was applied to 228 employees functioning at the hotels. The data obtained have been analyzed with LISREL program. As a result of confirmatory factor analysis oriented towards determining the organizational silence behaviors of those who have taken part in the survey, favorable significant differences have been identified among the factors of organizational silence behavior. In this context, it has been determined that the most effective variable of "I think that my managers would not listen to my ideas" at a rate of .84 on the factors of Managerial and Organizational Reasons; at a rate of .83 on the factor of the Work – Related Topics "Public speaking can lead to loss of my job" variable; at the rate of .84 on the factor of Lack of Experience of “Since my position I am in is a lower level, my notification of an idea is disregarded” variable; at a rate of .84 on the factor of Isolation Factor “Reporting an issue may reduce confidence and respect felt to me" and at a rate of .87 on the factor of Fear Regarding Harming the Relationships “When I tell the problems, my relationships are damaged” variable. In addition, it has been observed that the Work – Related Topics factor had an influence at the rate of .93 between the factors of Fear of Isolation and Fear of Damaging the Relationships and the factors of Lack of Experience and Fear of Damaging the Relationships had an impact at the rate of .93 between each other.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh inovasi konsumen dengan beberapa faktor yang menjadi penentu niat berperilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini berupaya mengetahui pentingnya inovasi konsumen, dengan mempertimbangkan rasa terima kasih konsumen, citra restoran dalam berinovasi, dan kewajaran harga sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan survei. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen di wilayah Surakarta. Sampel ditentukan sebanyak 130 responden dengan metode convenience sampling, yaitu konsumen yang melakukan pembelian di SFA Steak & Resto Surakarta. Pengujian validitas menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), dan Cronbach’s Alpha untuk uji reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan program Amos. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi konsumen berpengaruh terhadap ucapan terima kasih dan citra restoran, tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kewajaran harga; ucapan terima kasih berpengaruh terhadap kewajaran harga dan niat berperilaku; citra restoran berpengaruh terhadap kewajaran harga dan niat berperilaku; kewajaran harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat berperilaku. Implikasi penelitian hendaknya SFA Steak & Resto Surakarta perlu mempertimbangkan pembuatan menu-menu baru supaya semakin variatif pilihan konsumen, selain itu karyawan perlu mengucapkan terima kasih setelah memberikan pelayanan kepada konsumen.Kata kunci: inovasi konsumen, rasa terima kasih, kewajaran harga, citra restoran, dan niat berperilaku

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin menguji model teoritik hubungan antara kelekatan dengan orang tua dan kelekatan sahabat dengan kekuatan karakter mahasiswa DKI Jakarta. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 902 dari universitas yang ada di sekitar DKI Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan inventory dalam bentuk skala.  Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kelekatan orang tua dan sahabat, dan skala kekuatan karakter. Untuk menganalisis validitas alat ukur, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Pengujian model fit dan uji hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan program software Lisrel 8.8.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa; terdapat kesesuaian model teoritik - hubungan antara kelekatan orang tua dan kelekatan sahabat serta kekuatan karakter mahasiswa- dengan data.  Purpose of this study was to assess the theoretical model of relationship between attachment to parents and attachment close friend with the character strengths students college in Jakarta.Respondents in this study amounted to 902 from universities around Jakarta. The sampling technique using cluster random sampling. Methods of data collection in this study using the inventory in the form of scale. Measuring instruments used in this study is the scale of attachment of parents and close friends and the scale character strengths. To analyze the validity of the measuring instrument, this study uses Analysis Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Testing the model fit and test the hypothesis of this study using the technique of Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of a software program lisrel 8.8.Based on the results of the study, found that; there is a fitness model theoretical- relationship between parental attachment and attachment to close friends and character strengths student college- with data.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui keunggulan bersaing. Keunggulan bersaing adalah aktivitas memproduksi, memasarkan, dan menyerahkan produk. Orientasi pasar diharapkan mempunyai komitmen untuk terus berkreasi dalam menciptakan nilai unggul bagi konsumen, sehingga orientasi pasar berperan penting bagi UMKM usaha kuliner sebagai suatu proses dan aktivitas yang berhubungan dengan penciptaan dan pemuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei. Populasi penelitian adalah UMKM kuliner yang ada di pusat jajanan Kota Solo. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik sampling dengan metode purposive sampling, yaitu UMKM yang ada di Galabo, Jagalan dan Manahan. Sampel ditentukan sebanyak 67 responden. Pengujian validitas menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), dan Cronbach’s Alpha untuk pengujian reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Orientasi pasar efektif untuk mendapatkan dan mempertahankan keunggulan bersaing dimulai dari perencanaan dan koordinasi dengan semua bagian untuk memuaskan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen, sehingga orientasi pasar akan meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran bagi UMKM.

This paper aims to answer whether there is a difference in the choice and consumption of domestic and imported fruits at supermarkets in Ho Chi Minh city and if yes, whether it can be measured. To answer these questions, we employ the structural equation model (SEM) with four variables, including product quality and feature, brand, price, and personal behavior of consumers. The model is subsequently checked using the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Data is obtained from surveys on the fruit consumers in HCMC’s supermarkets conducted from October to December, 2013. Conclusions and suggestions are also offered in the paper.

Human capital (HC) plays an important role in modern agriculture. The difference in efficiency of assets explains only about a half of the economic performance of agricultural farms, while the other half relies on HC. Although education and training are the main components of HC, it may also be viewed from the perspective of behavioral theories that were taken under consideration in this study. The role of HC in sustainable farming has not been sufficiently explained when it comes to contractual governance (CG). In this study, the meaning of contractual governance was extended and the eco-contractual governance (ECG) concept was proposed, which stands for CG induced by agri-environmental contracts. The main objective of the article is to confirm the latent concepts of HC and ECG and to verify their correlation in view of the standards imposed by the agricultural policy. To achieve this goal, a structural equation model was developed and simultaneous confirmatory factor analysis with ordinal variables was carried out based on the sample of 674 small farms in Poland. The analysis has confirmed a relatively strong correlation between HC and ECG. It was revealed that training plays a crucial role in this relationship, while economic dependence on agricultural policy weakens the effectiveness of both HC and ECG.

To improve the efficiency of 21st century learning and promote achievements, this paper studies the influence of the growth mindset on students and teachers. This study aims to develop the growth mindset scale with the evidence of structural validity, the measurement of direct and indirect effects of the Chinese context. To achieve the research objective, this study investigated 654 participants, including 321 students at different learning stages and 266 teachers from primary and secondary schools. In the investigation, using SPSS 25.0 and Mplus8.3, we conducted exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), structural equation model (SEM), mediation analysis, and one-way ANOVA method to achieve the study aim. <br>

This study focuses on determining the impacts of Leadership Empowerment (LP) on the Psychological Empowerment (PE) and Work Outcomes (WO) of employees at financial institutions in Ho Chi Minh City. Based on the investigation forms of 361 employees working at financial institutions in Ho Chi Minh City, statistical methods, reliability assessment of Cronbach's Alpha scale, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation model (SEM) are used for the analysis. The results show that the LP positively affects the PE and WO of employees, and the PE positively affects the WO of employees. Keywords: Leadership, Empowerment, Psychology, Finance, Outcomes.

The increasing drastic competition between tourism destinations decides on only the sites with good reputation can attract more and more tourists. The tourism destination reputation will affect tourists’ choices before traveling and consumption behavior during traveling. In order to analyze tourist consumption behavior during traveling, this article initially builds a theoretical model of tourism destination reputation, tourist enjoyment, tourist memorability, and tourist consumption behavior. Then, 490 valid questionnaires are collected based on a field survey. Meanwhile, a basic sample information collection, reliability, and validity testing (confirmatory factor analysis) and testing analysis based on structural equation model are conducted on the collected data. The result of the confirmatory factor analysis shows that the tourism destination reputation is measured by five factors: catering, accommodation, landscape, culture, and recreation and entertainment; tourist enjoyment is measured by the feeling of joy and relaxation; tourist memorability is measured by emotional memory, expectation memory, benefit memory, and interest memory; tourist consumption behavior is represented by five indexes: willing consumption, urgent consumption, guided consumption, repeated consumption, and recommended consumption. The hypothesis testing shows that the heritage tourism destination reputation not only directly and positively influences tourist consumption behavior but also indirectly affects tourist consumption behavior through tourist memorability and the chain relationship between tourist enjoyment and memorability. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the tourism destination reputation and tourist enjoyment and memorability.
