This chapter has two important objectives (a) introduction of structural equation modeling for a beginner; and (b) empirical testing of the validity of the information system (IS) success model of DeLone and McLean (the DM model) in an e-learning environment, using LISREL based structural equation modeling. The following section briefly describes the prior literature on course delivery technologies and e-learning success. The next section presents the research model tested and discussion of the survey instrument. The structural equation modeling process is fully discussed including specification, identification, estimation, testing, and modification of the model. The final section summarizes the test results. To build e-learning theories, those untested conceptual frameworks must be tested and refined. Nevertheless, there has been very little testing of these frameworks. This chapter is concerned with the testing of one such framework. There is abundant prior research that examines the relationships among information quality, system quality, system use, user satisfaction, and system outcomes. This is the first study that focuses on the testing of the DM model in an e-learning context.

<p align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p class="Isiabstract">As for this research aims to determine the level of satisfaction of myindihome mobile application users. As a service provider, PT. Telkom, Tbk is required to be able to provide service, a fast respons, precise and accurate to customers. Even though it has several facilities to accommodate all customer complaints in Indonesia, but in reality there are still many customer complaints that have not been resolved properly which need attention. In this study, measurement of user satisfaction toward service responsiveness uses a combination of ServQual method and WebQual method. The combination of both theories, effectively addresses multicollinearity (if many variables are highly correlated). In connection with that condition, based on the theory of service quality (ServQual) is used to determine satisfaction with the application, is there an influence of variables of reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and tangible toward user satisfaction both individuals and groups. While based on the website quality (webqual 4.0) instrument identify quality based on three variables, namely usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. PLS (Partial Least Square) model of calculation which is one of the Structural Equation Modeling is used to test research hypothesis. Reliability and validity have also been tested. Sedangkan berdasarkan instrumen </em><em>website quality (</em><em>webqual 4.0</em><em>)</em><em> mengidentifikasi kualitas berdasarkan tiga variabel yaitu usability, information quality, dan service interaction quality. </em><em>Perhitungan model PLS (Partial Least Square) yang merupakan salah satu Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Reliabilitas dan validitas juga telah diuji. A questionnaire is one method that is very widely used for social research and is an essential stage in an information system survey in this case the instrument adopted from previous research. Research in the field of information systems today is highly developed by the context ranging from industry, education, and other areas that are not limited. The objectives of this study were to assess the nature of the psychometric properties of users, in this case, is the level of readiness of users in adopting information technology in SMEs. Respondents were chosen randomly and were active computer users in SMEs, and the questions and statements given could be responded to and understood well so that the perceptions between researchers and respondents were the same. The population used is by taking several SMEs industries in Jakarta. The survey was conducted by interviewing and distributing questionnaires to employees at SMEs. Data processing is done using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results obtained are 13 of the 70 questions were recommended to be rejected. Besides, the findings can be used by other parties in terms of testing a questionnaire as a reference for consideration, and the confirmation results can be used as a reference in revising the questionnaire questions

Websites is important for services industries, such as hopitals, because it help to deliver the information of services provided by the hospitals to their customers. However, Rumah Sakit Darmo Surabaya has not measure the performance of its website yet. Several studies related to measuring the success of information systems in hospitals use the Delone and McLean model as a measuring tool. Those researchs have a vary results. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to assess the performance of the Rumah Sakit Darmo Surabaya website and to understand the factors that influence it by adapting Delone and McLean success model. Respondents of this researh are 130 website visitors. The data obtained through questionnaires were processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. Out of nine hypotheses proposed, only three can be accepted. This research prove that system quality and service quality affect user satisfaction and that usage affects net benefits.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to propose an integrated model based on expectation-confirmation model (ECM) and technology acceptance model (TAM) to examine whether environmental, human, organizational and technology factors as the antecedents to physicians’ beliefs can affect their satisfaction and continuance intention of the cloud-based hospital information system (HIS). Design/methodology/approach Sample data for this study were collected from physicians at six hospitals in Taiwan. A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed, and 471 (78.5 per cent) usable questionnaires were analyzed using structural equation modeling in this study. Findings This study proposes a solid research model that is based on ECM and TAM, four types of factors, environmental factor, human factor, organizational factors and technology factors, as antecedents to physicians’ continuance intention of the cloud-based HIS have been examined. This study’s results strongly support the research model with all hypothesized links being significant, and control variables have no confounding effects on physicians’ continuance intention of the cloud-based HIS. Originality/value This study contributes to physicians’ continuance intention toward the cloud-based HIS based on ECM, TAM, technology-organization-environment framework and human-organization-technology fit framework, and reveals deep insights into the evaluation of determinants in the field of physicians’ continuance intention of the cloud-based HIS. Accordingly, it is particularly worth mentioning that IS and non-IS determinants are simultaneously evaluated and taken into consideration in this study’s theoretical development of physicians’ continuance intention of the cloud-based HIS to acquire a more comprehensive and robust analysis.

INTISARIAplikasi web merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang menggunakan teknologi browser untuk menjalankan aplikasi dan diakses menggunakan jaringan komputer. eRapor SMK merupakan salah satu aplikasi web yang disediakan oleh Direktorat Pembinaan SMK (PSMK) Kemendikbud untuk membantu mulai dari pengolahan nilai hingga pencetakan rapor di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Salah satu sekolah yang menggunakan aplikasi eRapor SMK yang dirilis oleh Direktorat PSMK adalah SMK Negeri 1 Pacitan, yang telah memanfaatkannya sejak akhir tahun 2016. Pihak SMK Negeri 1 Pacitan maupun Direktorat PSMK belum pernah melakukan pengukuran mutu aplikasi web eRapor SMK meskipun muncul keluhan dari beberapa pengguna, sehingga dirasa perlu untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas aplikasi tersebut. Setelah dilakukan pembandingan dengan beberapa metode pengukuran kualitas aplikasi, maka diputuskan untuk menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0 untuk mengetahui variabel dari instrumen WebQual yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan (user satisfaction), dan indikator apa saja yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan pada aplikasi eRapor SMK, serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan secara teknis. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), memanfaatkan alat bantu aplikasi SmartPLS 3.2.8 yang berbasis metode pemodelan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil survei terhadap 102 responden didapatkan nilai R Square adjusted untuk variabel user satisfaction sebesar 0,722 yang mengindikasikan bahwa variabel user satisfaction dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel usability, information quality, dan service interaction quality sebesar 72.2%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 27,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak terdapat pada penelitian ini. Hasil dari analisis data nilai outer loading tiap instrumen WebQual didapatkan 8 indikator WebQual 4.0 yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan.Kata kunci: mutu aplikasi web, eRapor SMK, WebQual 4.0, PLS-SEM, user satisfaction  ABSTRACTWeb application is an application that needs web browser technologies to run, and accessed through computer networks. eRapor SMK is a web application provided by Direktorat Pembinaan SMK (PSMK) Kemendikbud to aid the process of assessment processing to grade reports (rapor) printing in Vocational High Schools (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan). SMK Negeri 1 Pacitan is among the schools already using eRapor SMK application released by Direktorat PSMK since late 2016. Neither SMK Negeri 1 Pacitan or Direktorat PSMK have conducted any quality assessment on eRapor SMK web application, even though complaints have emerged among users, thus it is felt needed to assess the factors influencing the quality of the application. After comparing among other methods to assess application quality, it is decided to use WebQual 4.0 method to find out which variables from WebQual 4.0 instruments are affecting user satisfaction, and which of the indicators need to be fixed on eRapor SMK web application, and also giving technical recommendations for improvements. This research is using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis technique with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.8 application, which based on Partial Least Square (PLS) modeling method. According to a survey conducted to 102 respondents, resulting in  the R square adjusted value for user satisfaction of 0.722 indicating that user satisfaction variable can be explained by usability, information quality, and service interaction quality by 72.2%, while the rest 27.8% is influenced by other variables not stated in this research. While the development of information systems in workplaces with the aim of achieving cost-effectiveness, efficiency and quality of service delivery remain sacrosanct, issues of effective utilization and its resultant implications on organizational performance remain critical from one context to another. Unfortunately, few studies had considered focusing on these causal relationships among information system deployments in the construction industry especially in developing countries like Nigeria. This work modelled the interactions causal relationships associated with task technology fit, system usage and performance variables using the TUSPEM model. Through convenience and stratified sampling techniques, the views of 136 senior staff including top level management staff, sectional heads and other senior staff of a construction firm in Nigeria were sought. Smart PLS structural equation modeling software was used for the analysis of the dataset. The result showed significant relationships between causal variables in the TUSPEM model such as Application utilization to performance (t-value 2.44, P< 0.02), utilization to user satisfaction (t-value 2.87, P< 0.01). TTF to performance (t-value 2.86, P< 0.06), satisfaction (t-value 4.40, P< 0.00), User attitude to utilization (t-value 5.40, P< 0.00). Computer 2self-efficacy to utilization (t-value 4.47, P< 0.00). User satisfaction to performance (t-value 2.47, P< 0.01). Critical appraisal and integration of quality feedback on information system usage and its resultant effects on the numerous information systems being deployed must not be sideline if the sustainability of information system is anything to go by. Other implications are discussed.

This article discusses the effect of e-collaboration capability and information system maturity on knowledge sharing and SMEs marketing performance. This study was conducted at SMEs in Central Java which had used information system and technology in collaborating with partners and customers. There were 160 respondents in this research who were the owners or managers of SMEs in Central Java, Indonesia. This research used structural equation modeling analysis. AMOS version 21 was used to process the data. The result of this research showed that all proposed hypotheses were accepted. First, e-collaboration capability has positively and significantly influenced knowledge sharing. Second, knowledge sharing has positively and significantly influenced SME marketing performance. Third, e-collaboration capability has positively and significantly influenced SME marketing performance. Fourth, information system maturity has positively and significantly influenced knowledge sharing. Fifth, information system maturity has positively and significantly influenced SME marketing performance.
