This study aims to analyze of good corporate governance and financial performance influences to disclosure Islamic Social Reporting (ISR). Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) is a social responsibility disclosure index accordance to the sharia principles. Populations in this study are all companies that listed in Jakarta Islamic Index exchange in 2011-2015. The sampling method in this tudy is puposive sampling. The total number of samples in this study were 55 research samples. The disclosure of ISR is obtained by content analysis through scoring method from corporate annual reports. The analytical techniques was conducted by descriptif statistic and classical assumption test and also hypothesis was tested using multiple liniear regression method, Adjusted R2 test, F test and t test. The analysis showed that audit committee size, liquidity and profitability significantly affect the disclosure of ISR. Meanwhile, commissioners board size and leverage does not affect the disclosure of ISR. This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance to financial performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2011-2015. Good Corporate Governance in this study is proxied in the Proportion of Independent Commissioner Board, Audit Committee Size, Size of Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners size. The financial performance of proxies in ROA. The sampling method using purposive sampling method. The population of 143 companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015, then obtained a sample totaling 56 companies, so the amount of data used as many as 280 data. The analytical tool used (1) Descriptive statistics (2) Classical Assumption Test: Normality Test, Test Linearity, Test multicoloniarity, Autocorrelation test and test Heteroskidastity (3) Regression Analysis: The coefficient of determination (R²), Test Statistic F, and test statistics t. The results showed that the variable proportion of independent board has no effect on the financial performance measured by ROA. The size of the variable audit committee has no effect on the financial performance is measured using ROA. The size of the variable board of directors affect the financial performance is measured using ROA. The size of the variable board of directors has no effect on the financial performance is measured using ROA. Based on the results of the F test analysis showed that the proportion of independent board, the size of the variable audit committee, the size of the board of directors and board size together not significant effect on ROA, or it could be concluded that good corporate governance is not a significant effect on the financial performance of the company.

Sharia issuers are determined by considering Islamic principles and it is expected that company activities will be in harmony with Islamic law and framework. ISR is part of corporate social responsibility that should be disclosed by Islamic issuers. However, ISR disclosure is still voluntary, so the level of disclosure of each sharia issuer still varies. This study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR). The total samples used in this study is 65 annual reports from 13 companies registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the period 2013-2017. The measurement of ISR disclosure is done by means of content analysis through scoring methods on the annual reports of each sharia issuer. Data analysis was performed with descriptive statistics and classic assumption tests and hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression, F test, R2 test, and t test. The results showed that the frequency of board of commissioner meetings had a significant positive effect on ISR disclosure. The size of independent commissioners, the size of the audit committee, and public ownership have a significant negative effect on ISR disclosure. Institutional ownership and managerial ownership have no effect on ISR disclosure.

Abstract Bank Indonesia has ever imposed sanctions against several banks in Indonesia for not implementing good corporate governance. This case will certainly affect the public perception of the value of banking companies in Indonesia. The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance on Company Value on the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in a period of 2012-2014. The components of good corporate governance used in this study are the Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Audit Committee, and Independent Commissioner. The Company Value is measured by Tobin’s Q. The sampling method in this research is a purposive sampling method. This study uses secondary data in the form of annual reports obtained from the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results show that good corporate governance does not affect the company value in the banking sector companies. Nevertheless, this study may indicate that good corporate governance is essential for the company, though not enough to affect the value of a company. Keywords: Good Corporate Governance (GCG); Company Value

<em>Bond ratings are a scale of risk of all bonds traded, which indicates how safe a bond is. The security of a bond is indicated by its ability to pay interest and repay the loan principal. The purpose of this study is to find out empirical evidence that good corporate governance has an effect on bond ratings. This study uses secondary data. The population in this study are non-financial companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2018. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling method. After subtraction with several criteria, as many as 20 companies were set as the sample. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership and audit committee have a significant effect on bond ratings. Meanwhile, the independent board of commissioners has no significant effect on bond ratings</em>

This study was conducted to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on Financial Performance and Company Value in State-Owned Corporation in Indonesia in the era of 4.0 and society 5.0. Research subjects are state-owned corporation listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2013-2017 period. The samples taken are 10 State-Owned Corporation (BUMN) that are included in the criteria. The method used to analyze the relationship between variables in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis test results show that the Independent Board of Commissioners and Audit Committee have an effect on the Return on Assets (ROA) with a significance value of 0.012. The results of testing the second hypothesis Independent commissioners and audit committees have no simultaneous effect on Company Values with a significance value of 0.082. Partially the independent Board of Commissioners has an effect on Return On Assets (ROA) and company value. While the second variable of the Audit Committee does not affect the Return on Assets (ROA) and company value.

This study aims to examine the effect of implementing good corporate governance as measured by an independent board of commissioners, board of directors, and audit committee on financial performance measured using Return of Equity (ROE). This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors that consistently publish financial reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018. Based on the purposive sampling method, a sample of 11 companies is obtained each year to obtain 33 observational data. The data in this study use warpPLS 6.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the independent board of commissioners, the board of directors affect the financial performance, while the audit committee has no effect on financial performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, leverage and company size on the financial performance of state-owned companies listed on the IDX. The data in this study use secondary data. The population in the study of all BUMN companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period. The sample used in this study was 9 samples of BUMN companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period, with the sampling method using purposive sampling method. The test method in this study uses multiple linear regression test. The results show that good corporate governance, leverage and company size affect the financial performance of BUMN companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period, on the other hand, corporate social responsibility does not affect the financial performance of BUMN companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period. had no effect on the financial performance of BUMN companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period.

This research was conducted to find out effect of independent commissioner, audit committee, and corporate social responsibility on financial performance at Index Kompas 100  in in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016-2018. Index Kompas 100 company has high market capitalization value, so it is suitable for use as a population. Samples were determined using the purposive sampling method. Research using multiple linear analyses. This research prove that independent commissioner, audit committee, corporate social responsibility have a influence on  financial performance.

This research aims to know the effect of Good Corporate Governanceon earnings management. This research uses audit committee, managerialownership, institusional ownership, and independent commissionersas an indicator of good corporate governance. This research uses 19 samplesof SOE’s company non-financial listed on the IDX in the periode 2015–2019. The sample selection is used by a purposive sampling method. Analysiswas carried out by multiple linear regressions. The result indicated thatinstitusional ownership has a negative effect on earnings management, managerialownership and audit committee has a positive effect on earnings management,and independent commissioners have no effect on earnings management.

AbstractThis research aims to study the effect of good corporate governance on financial distress directly and mediated by financial performance. The study population was a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016. The study sample was determined using the purposive sampling method, which produced 137 companies that met the requirements. The research data uses secondary data in the form of financial statements and annual reports of manufacturing companies obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analytical tool to test the research hypothesis is Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS).
