This study aims to determine the effect of ease of transaction and service quality on customer satisfaction in purchasing decision making. In this study using a sample of 100 respondents using convience sampling non profitability. Data obtained through questionnaires, the data collection process in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0 program to determine the relationship between the effect of Ease of Transaction, Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions and Consumer Satisfaction as a mediating variable. The results of the hypothesis that there are 4 accepted and 3 rejected after being tested by hypothesis testing is done using the probability value and the t statistic. So in the hypothesis acceptance criteria t-statistic> t-table. Ease of transaction affects customer satisfaction, so the hypothesis is accepted. Service quality affects customer satisfaction, so the hypothesis is accepted. Ease of transaction affects purchasing decisions, so the hypothesis is accepted. Service quality affects purchasing decisions, so the hypothesis is accepted. Consumer satisfaction has no effect on purchasing decisions, so the hypothesis is rejected. The service quality on purchasing decisions is not mediated by consumer satisfaction well so that the hypothesis is rejected. Ease of transaction on purchasing decisions is not mediated in consumer satisfaction well, so the hypothesis is rejected. In this study, it is explained that the purchasing decision is not well mediated by consumer satisfaction so that consumers who do not reach their expectations feel dissatisfied, which leads to not making purchasing decisions on Okeped.

This study aims to determine to what extent price, brand image, and product quality affect the increase in purchasing decisions for Le-Minerale mineral water. The research conducted is by distributing questionnaires, while the research method used is by using descriptive methods. In conducting this research the authors used correlation coefficient analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and F test and t test. From the results of the analysis the authors obtained the following results. From multiple linear analysis, the equation Y = 5.163 + 0.626X1 + 0.279X2 + 0.207X3 is obtained. From the results of the F model test, the value is 941,516 where the value is greater than the F table, namely 2.45, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. In the t test, it is known that the t count for Price (X1) is 12,120, the results for Brand Image (X2) are 6,634, and for product quality (X3) is 4,014

This research uses Moderated Multiple Regression (MMR) as an analysis tool. The finding from the results of multiple linear regression tests which resulted in a significance value on the packaging variable of 0.005 while the information transparency variable was 0.000, which means that packaging and information transparency had an effect on the intention to try. The effect of moderation has a significance value of 0.030 and an increase in the coefficient of determination, which means that endorser capability is able to moderate the relationship of information transparency to intention to try Cikake's.

The number of samples used was 6 companies with research data conducted from 2014 to 2018 so that 30 observational data were obtained. In testing the hypothesis in this study carried out in six ways, namely the regression model test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), and test the coefficient of determination. From the results of this study it can be concluded that simultaneously all variables have a significant effect on firm value. The results of the regression analysis show an adjusted value of 0.486599, which means that the variation of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margi, Return on Equity and Earning per Share can explain 48.66% of the variation in firm value. The purpose of this research is to see price, service quality, and promotion partially (individually) or simultaneously (jointly) against the decisions of online transportation service users (Grab) in Jakarta. The research was conducted by spreading questionnaires, while the research method was using Simple Random Sampling. The independent variables in this study are price, service quality, and promotion, while the dependent variable in this study is the decision of online transportation service users (Grab) in Jakarta. The analysis method used is direct questionnaire analysis. Online transportation service users (Grab) in Jakarta are 300 online Grab service users in Jakarta. The analytical method used in this study uses the coefficient of determination analysis, multiple regression analysis of the F test and t test, using SPSS Version 25 which is based on data from online Grab transportation service users of 300 people. The t test shows that the price variable (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect (the t count of price is 2,452 > t table 1,65 and 0,015 < 0,05) on decisions of online transportation service users (Grab) in Jakarta. Service quality (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect (the t count of service quality is 9,286 > t table 1,65 and 0,000 < 0,05) on the decision of online transportation service users (Grab) in Jakarta. Promotion variable (X3) partially positive and significant effect (the t count of promotion is 5,431 > t table 1,65 and 0,000 < 0,05) on the decision of users of online transportation services (Grab) in Jakarta. The F test results obtained the F count is 72,020 with a significance value is 0,000 so that the value of F count > F table or 72,020 > 3,87 or the level of significance (sig) 0,000 < 0,05, it can be shown that the effect is simultaneously (together) between price, service quality, and Decision Users Transportation Online (Grab) in Jakarta and the R Square in this study means that variance in decision making can be taken by price, service quality, and promotion through a model of 42,2% and the remaining 57,8% comes from other variables excluding price, service quality, and promotion variables.

This study discusses the perception of security, ease of transaction, and ease of shopping for purchasing decisions, as well as the implications of purchasing decisions on Geraipedia customer satisfaction. This research discusses some of the problems that Geraipedia has experienced. The first problem is related to security, namely the leakage of Geraipedia user data circulating in the media. This has been acknowledged by Geraipedia, that it was true that 91 million customer data has been leaked. The data includes encrypted customer passwords, customer names, e-mail addresses, date of birth, and telephone numbers. Second, Geraipedia itself had a problem with an error payment system. Transactions made by customers are considered unsuccessful. However, the solutions provided by Geraipedia are unclear, not detailed, and unresponsive so that the customer shopping experience is not good. If the above problems are not resolved, then other problems arise related to transaction security, ease of transactions, and customer shopping experience. These problems will affect customer purchasing decisions on Geraipedia, so this customer purchase decision will affect Geraipedia customer satisfaction. The first hypothesis in this study is the influence of security perceptions on purchasing decisions on Geraipedia. The results showed that the security perception variable had no effect on the purchasing decision variable with a t-statistic of 0.318 <1.96 and a significance value of 0.750> 0.05. The second hypothesis in this study is the effect of ease of transaction on purchasing decisions on Geraipedia. The results showed that the variable transaction ease had an effect on the purchasing decision variable with a t-statistic of 5.843> 1.96 and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. The third hypothesis in this study is the influence of shopping experience on purchasing decisions on Geraipedia. The results showed that the shopping experience variable had a positive effect on the purchasing decision variable with a t-statistic of 7.898> 1.96 and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. The fourth hypothesis in this study is the influence of purchasing decisions on customer satisfaction in Geraipedia. The results showed that the purchasing decision variable had an influence on the customer satisfaction variable with a t-statistic of 12.197> 1.96, with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05.
