<table border="1" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"><tbody><tr><td width="618"><p align="center"> </p></td></tr><tr><td valign="top" width="618"><p>In the conditions of growing dynamics and complexity of the competitive world, the formation of loyalty is not an easy task, thus underscoring the need for companies to consider various strategic options and programs to survive and flourish. One such program is customer relationship management (CRM). Each organization seeks to maintain and use critical information about the needs and choices of customers to make them satisfied and loyal. This study suggests that customer relationship management generally affects customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty. The research population was a customer of the company "Business Event Network". The SPSS program was used for the analysis. The results of testing the study showed that 102 respondents were able to explain the relationship between customer relationship management (CRM), customer satisfaction and customer loyalty "Business Event Network" company.  The result shows that customer relationship management has a significant impact on customer satisfaction; customer satisfaction significantly impact on customer loyalty.</p></td></tr></tbody></table>

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between customer relationship management (CRM) system and customer satisfaction in branches of Ghavamin Bank in the capital city of Iran, Tehran. Design/methodology/approach – Based on the review of literature a questionnaire was designed. After the verification of its validity and reliability, the data were collected from statistical population, the customers of selected branches at Tehran city. The data were analyzed using inferential statistics and the SPSS software, and frequency distribution, distribution indexes, Pearson's correlation, and regression methods were also used. Findings – The results revealed that the four factors of CRM system, i.e. service quality, service characteristics, level of service access, and handling complaints have a positive effect on customer satisfaction in the surveyed branches of Ghavamin Bank. Research limitations/implications – The sample is restricted to only one city, so in generalizability of the obtained results caution should be taken. Originality/value – Given the ever growing importance of banking industry in Iran as a developing country, the results of this study could help policy makers of the surveyed bank to realize the importance of CRM's criteria and characteristics in increasing customer satisfaction.

Every company should be able to understand the behavior of consumers in the target market because the survival of the company as an organization that seeks to meet the needs and desires of consumers rely heavily on the behavior of consumers. Through an understanding of consumer behavior, the management company can develop appropriate strategies and programs to take advantage of existing opportunities and outperform their competitors. Therefore, the quality of good service and build relationships with customers able to accomplish the goals of the company. It certainly needs to be an active part of all employees and those involved in the provision of services. (MORA, 2017). Based on the analysis and discussion that has been described on the effect of customer relationship management, service quality, and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty in Corporate Travel Organizers Umrah and Hajj PT. Travel Albadriyah, it can be concluded that customer relationship management, service quality, and customer satisfaction proved to influence jointly on customer loyalty Corporate Travel Organizers Umrah and Hajj PT. Travel Albadriyah. As this study is descriptive and verification, using the survey method.

Objective - This aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dimensions on customer satisfaction and loyalty for cafés around Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta. Methodology/Technique - Convenience sampling method was used to collect the primary data. 140 respondents participated in this research and the data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling with AMOS software. Validity testing is conducted using CFA with a factor loading of > 0.05, whilst the reliability testing is conducted using a Cronbach alpha of > 0.07. Findings - The results of the hypothesis testing show that the influence of CRM on customer satisfaction is positive and significant with a CR value of 2.133 and a p-value of 0.033. In addition, CRM is also found to have an effect on customer loyalty with a CR value of 2.160 and a p-value of 0.031. The findings also demonstrate that the effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty is positive and significant with a CR value of 2.248 and a p-value of 0.025. The final conclusion in this study shows that CRM affects customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, with a value of 0.295. Novelty - this research departs from previous research and in its application to the restaurant industry, which has not been done before. Type of Paper: Empirical. In this era of globalization the fashion industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly because public awareness for personal appearance is increasing. From many fashion brands, companies must have a strategy to stay afloat in business. Companies from various fashion industries must stay in touch with customers, through CRM or Customer Relationship Management in order to increase customer satisfaction that will make loyal customers that can affect repurchase intention. This study was conducted to find information from Customer Relationship Management to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty and how it impacts repurchase intention in a clothing store. This research was conducted by spreading questionnaires to 200 respondents using nonprobability sampling, convenience sampling. This research uses Exploratory Factor Analysis to test its validity and cronbach alpha to test the reliability. This research also uses a Structural Equation Model to test the hypothesis by using AMOS. From 5 hypotheses, in this research, 4 hypotheses have a positive and significant influence.Keywords:  customer relationship management, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, repurchase intention.
