Economic integration in various countries impacts fluctuations in and out of capital and multiple economic cooperation between countries. The investment that is one form of implementation of economic integration positively influences a country's capital reserves. The study analyzed the influence of macroeconomic variables and proxied institutions with corruption variables and government regulations on foreign portfolio investment fluctuations in the twenty Asian and EU countries with the largest funds flows. The data used in this study is a data panel with a period from 2002-2019. The analysis method used in this study uses two methods at once, namely the Generalized Method of Moment (GMM) and the Panel Vector Error Correction Model (PVECM), to analyze the cost of the analysis results. The study found that macroeconomic instruments projected with GDP variables had a positive and significant influence on foreign portfolio investments, while exchange rate variables negatively affected foreign portfolio investments. Important findings in this study that corruption consistently negatively and significantly affects foreign portfolio investments are based on both GMM test results and PVECM tests in the long term. In contrast, the results of PVECM tests in the short term do not have any macroeconomic variables or institutions that significantly affect foreign portfolio investment. This means that investors' consideration in investing in Asian countries and Europe is based on a long-term perspective than on short-term economic dynamics. In addition, regulatory variables have a positive and significant effect on foreign investment portfolios in twenty Asian countries and the European Union with the largest portfolio investment fund flow.

This study is based on secondary data and looks at the activities of Multinational Corporation and its impact on global governance from the protests movement point of view. Available data show that multinational corporations derive at least a quarter of their revenue outside their home countries. However, the debate is how significant do they contribute to development or involve in activities that lead to human and economic deprivation of host communities. The study reveals that the benefits are not enough compared to the damages. The multinational corporation uses global governance institutions to back up their interests and always get preferred treatment. The host communities who feel exploited are not happy but the multinational corporations are always innovative so, there is hope towards finding solutions. In this regard therefore, the relevant stakeholders should be engaged towards collective decision making and problem-solving in a participatory manner for effective global governance.

The research data used are primary data using a questionnaire, the analysis tool used is descriptive statistics supported by SPSS software and analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel. Hypothesis test states that: Hotel services do not have additional value, even though they are 3-star services still have to be adequate. The consumer loyalty of 3-star hotels in South Sumatra is not yet high, this is because the brand image has not been able to increase consumer loyalty, even though it has been able to give a positive impression on the Customer Value and has a positive impact on Customer Satisfaction. CEM 3-star hotels in South Sumatra are still implemented simply because implementing CEM is expensive. This study examines the relationship between financial sector development and human development in Nigeria for the period of 1986 to 2018 using Non-linear Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (NARDL) and Toda Yamamoto Granger non-causality approaches. Empirical findings that emanated from the study reveal the existence of nonlinear relationship between financial sector development indices and human development in Nigeria. Further, feedback from the Toda Yamamoto Granger non-causality test shows that money supply constitutes the only variable exerting bidirectional nexus with human development. Conversely, bank deposit appeared to have a unidirectional relationship with human development whereas other indicators like domestic credit to GDP and bank penetration have no causal relationship with human development within the period of study. Prominent policy implication derivable from the empirical analyses suggests the need for the monetary policy authority to place more emphasis on quantity-based monetary tools such as liquidity ratio and reserve ratio for managing the economy.
