In order to realize the technical performance of high speed, high precision, high stability and high reliability for conjugated indexing mechanism with periodic intermittent rotary motion, a two cams structure has been designed, and its geometry size and profile curve was carefully determined. Also the calculation formula of the contour curve for CAM was deduced. Research achievement has been applied to new equipment of enterprise development, the working performance is stable and reliable, the production efficiency raised by 30% compared to the domestic industry. The mechanism has characteristics of simplified structure, improved transmission performance and low cost.

This research aims to determine the effect of interpersonal relation and self monitoring toward employee performance of Kanwil PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) in Banda Aceh. This research conducting in the certain conditions the relationship between individual  is difficult to connecting among employees (peer). Likewise self monitoring were often miss communication to each other between employees.Sample of 80 employees of the bank were taken by the convenience sampling method. Data collection using questioner, and then the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results found that the simultaneously and partially positive impact on the employee performance of Kanwil PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) in Banda Aceh. Relation between the performance of Bank employees with the ability of the interpersonal relation and self monitoring closely pertained, which is shown by koefisien corralation ® is 0.732 or 73.20 percen.. Statistical using the F test and T test showed that both simultaneously, and the partial correlation between individual ability and self monitoring is a significant (real) on employee performance of Kanwil PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia. So that Ha  hypothesis is accepted and the other way Ho hypothesis is rejected. Therefore the leadership of the institutions must improve the capacity of employees to build relationship in the lead employees work environment and educate employees to be able and willing to make their own monitoring, this providing a direct and undirect effect with working performance will going better in accordance with the company vision and mission. Keywords: the effect of interpersonal relation,  self monitoring toward employee performance, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia

Abstract For in-vessel composting of garden waste, the selection of reactor is an important factor for efficient degradation. The present study evaluates working performance of rotary drum reactor (RDR) and aerated in-vessel (AIV) for composting of garden waste. 100 kg garden waste was mixed with 10 kg cow-dung slurry and 5 kg compost and feed into both the reactors for 45 days composting period. The reactors vary in their system configuration, shape and orientation, blade design, rate of aeration, odour control, leachate production and energy requirements. Rotary drum was rotated daily six times in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction and AIV was rotated daily for 3–5 minutes using motor. Rise in temperature started within 24 hours of composting and reached 65°C and 59°C on second day itself and thermophilic phase continued for 7 and 5 days for RDR and AIV respectively. Moisture content reduction after composting period was 15.25 and 18.45 %, C/N ratio was 16.14 and 13.33, TVS reduction was 23.74 and 29.78 % and CO2 evolution rate was 6.18 and 4.14 mg/g VS/day in RDR and AIV respectively. Reduction of hemicellulose, cellulose, and lignin was more in AIV. The percentage reduction of acid insoluble lignin was 36.10 and 29.01 % and the percentage reduction of acid soluble lignin was 48.85 and 43.3% in in AIV and RDR respectively after 45 days. AIV gave better performance for composting of garden waste.

Availability of quality power has become an important issue for industrial utilities due to frequent performance variations in process industries. Increase in the generating capacity has not kept up pace of power demand, which results into shortage of power supply and power system network is normally subjected to varying and unequal loads across the three phases. Continuous variation of single-phase loads on the power system network leads to voltage variation and unbalance, most importantly; the three-phase voltages tend to become asymmetrical in nature. Application of asymmetrical voltages to induction motor driven systems severely affects its working performance. This paper presents the effects of voltage variation and unbalance on the performance of an induction motor driven centrifugal pump with a case study.
