The objective of this research was to understand the effect  of Leader Member Exchange (LMX and job satisfaction on productivity. It was a quantitative research was conducted in sixteen schools located in Jakarta Centre . The research uses a survey method with path analysis was applied in testing hypothesis. It was conducted to 153 Teachers at Private Catholic Elementary Schools as the respondents which were selected in a simple random way. The result of this study are: (1). There is a positive direct effect of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) on productivity. (2). There is a positive direct effect of job satisfaction on productivity, and (3). There is a positive direct effect of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) on job satisfaction.

The objective of this research was to understand the effect of supervision and intrinsic motivation to the crativity of private catholic elementary schools teachers in east Jakarta. The research uses a survey method with path analysis was applied in testing hypothesis. It was conducted to 187 teachers at Private Catholic Elementary Schools as the respondents which were selected by random sampling technique. The result of the research as follows: (1). Supervision of a positive direct effect on crativity, (2). Intrinsic motivation positive direct effect on creativity and (3). Supervision positive direct effect on intrinsic motivation .

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh locus of control (loc) dan motivasi intrinsic terhadap kepuaaan kerja guru. Dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Pada 4 lokasi  Madrasah Tsanawiyah di Kecamatan Klapanunggal, Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian menggunakan metode survey dengan analisis jalur untuk menguji hipotesis. Terdapat 106 guru sebagai responden yang ditentukan secara acak sederhana. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif locus of control terhadap kepuasana kerja. (2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif antara motivasi instrinsik terhadap kepuasaan kerja, dan (3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif locus of control (loc) terhadap motivasi instrinsik.KATA KUNCI: locus of control (loc), motivasi intrinsic, kepuasan kerja, guru THE EFFECT OF LOCUS OF CONTROL AND INTRINSIC MOTIVATION ON JOB SATISFACTION TEACHERABSTRACTThe objective of this research was to understand the effect of locus of control (loc) and intrinsic motivation on job satisfaction teacher. It was a quantitative research in 4 schools located in the middle school at district Klapanunggal, Bogor regency. The research used a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hyphotesis. It was conducted to 106 teachers as the respondents which were selected in a simple random way. The result of this study are: (1). There is a positive direct effect of locus of control (loc) on job satisfaction. (2). There is a positive direct effect of intrinsic motivation on job satisfaction, and (3). There is a positive direct effect of locus of control (loc) on intrinsic motivation.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) and procedural justice toward State Vocational School teacher’s organizational commitment in North Jakarta. The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 186 teachers. Research samples as much as 127 teachers were selected using simple random sampling technique. The data was obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of the data analysis in this research, it is concluded that: (1) the Leader Member Exchange (LMX) has a positive direct effect to organizational commitment; (2) the procedural justice has a positive direct effect to organizational commitment; (3) the Leader Member Exchange (LMX) has a positive direct effect to procedural justice. Therefore, the organizational commitment can be improved through the enhancement of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) and procedural justice.

The objective of the research is to find out the effect of personality and teamwork on instructor’s job performance. This research was conducted at Teaching Hospital in East Jakarta. This research was using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis and 67 samples selected by simple random sampling. The research technique is analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research are: (1) there is a positive direct effect of personality on job performance; (2)  ) there is a positive direct effect of teamwork on job performance; (3) ) there is a positive direct effect of personality on teamwork.

The objective research is to obtain information concerning effect  capability tester team composition and job satisfaction toward Job performance or outcomes Indonesian navy western fleet exercise command. The research was conducted by using survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis.In this research 90 from 100 personel Indonesian navy western fleet exercise command selected random sampling.The research was focused on three aspect : composition team and job satisfaction toward  outcomes. The data were collected with questionare and analyzed with path analysis result on the analysis it is calculated that (1) there the positive direct effect of team composition toward job satisfaction (2) there is the positive job satisfaction toward outcomes (3) there is positive direct effect of team composition toward outcomes.

This research aims to understand the effect of trust and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior. It was quantitative research in twenty-two senior high schools in Medan city, Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. The research used a survey method with path analysis applied in the testing hypothesis. It was conducted on 292 teachers as the respondents who were selected in a simple random way. The results of this study are: (1) There is a positive direct effect of trust on organizational citizenship behavior. (2) There is a positive direct effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, and (3) There is a positive direct effect of trust on job satisfaction.

The objective research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of environment and self efficacy toward teacher’s work stress. The research was conducted by using survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis. In this research, 203 from 135 teacher’s selected random sampling. The research was focused on tree aspect; environment and self efficacy toward teacher’s work stress. The data were colected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result on the analyisis it is concluded that (1) there  the negative direct effect of environment towards work stress, (2) there is  negative direct effect of self efficacy towards work stress and (3) there is positive direct effect of  environment towards self efficacy.   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai efek dari lingkungan dan kemanjuran diri terhadap stres kerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur dalam pengujian hipotesis. Dalam penelitian ini, 203 dari 135 guru dipilih sampel acak. Penelitian difokuskan pada aspek pohon; lingkungan dan kemanjuran diri terhadap stres kerja guru. Data yang colected dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil pada analyisis itu disimpulkan (1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap stres kerja, (2) Self efikasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap stres kerja, dan (3) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap self efikasi. Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Lingkungan dan Kemanjuran Diri
