The objective of the research is to find out the effect of personality and teamwork on instructor’s job performance. This research was conducted at Teaching Hospital in East Jakarta. This research was using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis and 67 samples selected by simple random sampling. The research technique is analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research are: (1) there is a positive direct effect of personality on job performance; (2)  ) there is a positive direct effect of teamwork on job performance; (3) ) there is a positive direct effect of personality on teamwork.

The objective of the research is to find out the effect of reward and job involvement on teacher’s task commitment. The research was conducted at elementary school in Kecamatan Menteng. The research was using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis and 67 sample selected by simple random sampling. The research techniques is analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research are: (1) there is a positive direct effect of reward on task commitment ; (2) there is a positive direct of job involvement on task commitment ; (3) there is a positive direct of reward on job involvement.

The objective of the research is find out the effet of workload and burnout on the teacher’s intention turnover.the research was conducted at Buddhist junior high school in Jakarta.  The research  was using a survey method with path analysis applied in the hypothesis and 92 sample selected by simple random sampling. The research techniques is analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research are: 1) there is a positive direct effect of workload on turnover intention; 2) there is a positive direct effect of burnout on turnover intention; 3) there is a positive direct effect of workload on burnout.

The objective of this research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of communication and trust toward the effectiveness of teacher’s teamwork. Data collection done toward 80 from 100 teachers of teacher’s teamwork Dewi Sartika in the district Koja, North Jakarta. The methodologhy of this research used the survey method. Respondents were chosen by simple random sampling technique. The data were collected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result of this analysis is concluded that (1) there is the postive direct effect of communication toward team effectiveness, (2) there is positive direct effect of trust toward team effectiveness, and (3) there is positive direct effect of communication toward trust.

The objective of this research is to know the effect of gender relation and decision making toward job performance of the teachers at State Junior High School at south Bekasi district, Bekasi City. The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 201 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 134 teachers using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the gender relation have positive direct effect to job performance; (2) the decision making have positive direct effect to job performance; (3) the gender relation have positive direct effect to decision making. The performance can be improved through improvement of gender relation and the decision making.

This study aim at determining the effect of learning culture, empowerment, and cyber skill competence on the employee’s self-engagement. The research used quantitative approach with survey method and path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The research was conducted at Directorate General of Defense Potential with a sample of 150 employees selected through simple random sampling. The research found: (1) there is positive direct effect of learning culture on self-engagement, (2) there is positive direct effect of empowerment on self-engagement, (3) there is positive direct effect of cyber skill competence on self-engagement, (4) there is positive direct effect of learning culture on cyber skill competence, (5) there is positive direct effect of empowerment on cyber skill competence, and (6) there is positive direct effect of learning culture on empowerment. The conclusion showed that learning culture, empowerment, and cyber skill competence are important determinants to increase the employee’s self-engagement at Directorate General of Defense Potential Ministry of Defense RI

The objective of this research is to know the effect of motivation and leadership effectiveness to productivity at vocational school in the subdistrict of West Cikarang Bekasi district. The research was conducted using survey method with path analysis technique. Research samples were selected as much as 74teachers using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on this research of data obtained the following conclusions: First, the motivation have positive direct effect to productivity. That is, improvement of motivation will lead to increased productivity. Second, the leadership effectiveness have positive direct effect to productivity. That is, improvement of leadership effectiveness will lead to increased productivity. Third, motivation have positive direct effect to the leadership effectiveness. The productivity can be improved by increasing motivation and leadership effectiveness.

The objective of this research is to obtain information on the effect of recruitment and motivation toward job performance of Military Personnel Submarine Unit in Eastern Fleet Command of Indonesian Navy. This research  using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of research is 80 military personnel and sample involving 67 personnel as respondents were selected through simple random sampling. This research findings are (1) there is a positively direct effect recruitment on job performance. (2) there is a positively direct effect motivation on job performance (3) there is a positively direct effect recruitment on motivation. Therefore, the job performance of Submarine Unit military personnel can be improved through improvement of recruitment, and motivation.

The research was conducted at Vocational High School in North Jakarta.  The research  was using a survey method with path analysis applied in the hypothesis and 98 sample selected by simple random sampling. The research techniques is analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research are: 1) there is a positive direct effect of self efficacy on employee engagement; 2) there is a positive direct effect of job satisfaction on employee engagement; 3) there is a positive direct effect of self efficacy on job satisfaction.

This study aims to prove the relationship between leadership and teacher motivation on performance. . This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach that explains causal relationships or correlations commonly called path analysis. The survey was conducted from February to May 2019 involving 124 Ambon State Vocational School teachers. The sample in this study used the Slovin formula with an instrument trial of 60 teachers. The sampling technique is determined randomly or simple random sampling. The findings of the research results are as follows (1) The influence of leadership style has a positive direct effect on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.262 and a path coefficient of 0.233. A good leadership style will have a positive influence on improving teacher performance. (2) Work motivation has a positive direct effect on teacher performance, the correlation coefficient value is 0.179 and the path coefficient value is 0.124. This means that the higher the work motivation that a teacher has will improve his performance. (3) The influence of leadership style has a direct positive effect on work motivation with a correlation value of 0.233 and a path coefficient value of 0.233. This means that a principal's leadership style that is positively constructive will have an impact on increasing the motivation of the work of the teachers. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan motivasi guru terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menjelaskan hubungan atau korelasional kausal yang biasa disebut analisis jalur. Survey dilakukan sejak Februari sampai Mei 2019 dengan melibatkan 124 orang guru SMK Negeri Ambon. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan uji coba instrument sebanyak 60 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel ditentukan secara acak atau simple random sampling. Temuan dari hasil penelitan sebagai berikut (1) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,262 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,233. Gaya kepemimpinan yang baik akan memberi pengaruh yang positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. (2) Motivasi kerja pengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru, nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,179 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,124. Hal ini berarti semakin tingginya motivasi kerja yang dimiliki seorang guru akan meningkatkan kinerja. (3) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi kerja dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,233 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,233. Hal ini memberi arti bahwa gaya kepemimpinan seorang kepala sekolah yang positif membangun akan memberi dampak kepada peningkatan motivasi kerja para guru.
