The purpose of this research is to comprehensively understand about the effect of perceived organizational support and affective commitment to public junior high school teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in District of Cakung, East Jakarta. The research methodology was survey which was selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of the data indicate that (1) perceived organizational support has a positive direct effect in OCB, (2) Affective commitment has a positive direct effect in OCB, (3) perceived organizational support has a positive direct effect in affective comitment.

The purpose of this research was to study the effect of organizational culture and perceived organizational support (POS) on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of the SDK PENABUR Jakarta teachers. The method used in this research is a survey method, using a quantitative approach. This research was conducted on SDK PENABUR teachers, with a population of 320 people, and a sample of 178 people. Sampling uses random sampling technique. Based on the research data, it can be concluded that, first there is a positive direct effect of organizational culture on OCB. Second, there is a positive direct effect of POS on OCB. Third, there is a positive direct effect of organizational culture on POS.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of empowerment and motivation on organizational citizenship behavior in this teacher primary school south bekasi. The research methodology was survey which were selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of the data indicate that (1) empowerment has a positive direct effect in organizational citizenship behavior, (2) motivation has a positive direct effect in organizational citizenship behavior, (3) empowerment has a positive direct effect in motivation.

This research aims to test the mediation of organizational citizenship behavior between rewards and recognition toward task performance and the mediation of perceived organizational support between feedbacks from job toward task performance. This research performed on SMEs craft employee in Kasongan, Bantul, with total of 114 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling only to employee with two years work experience and concurrently did not work as an owner. The result showed that organizational citizenship behavior did not mediate rewards and recognition toward task performance, but only perceived organizational support mediated between feedbacks from job toward task performance.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMP Yayasan Budi Mulia Lourdes Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian adalah survei yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. The performance of the employees and productivity of each individual, in general, have been badly affected because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Organizational citizenship behavior is regarded as an interpretation of the performance of the employee which is essential to contribute more to the organization’s processes and success. Therefore, to increase the organizational effectiveness and achieve its goals, it is crucial to understand the factors affecting the organizational citizenship behavior of the employees. This study aims to examine the impact of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior with the mediating role of employee engagement and affective commitment. To collect the data for this study, a linear snowball sampling method was used, and 380 foreign employees working in different service companies in Hungary participated in the survey. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test the proposed hypothesis. The results of the study revealed that perceived organizational support positively associated with organizational citizenship behavior and this relationship is also strongly mediated by employee engagement. On the other hand, employee engagement and affective commitment pose a direct positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior. This study has theoretical and practical implications as it will provide a comprehensive framework to better understand the factors influencing the organizational citizenship behavior of the employees.
