A good logistics plan generates within companies an adequate development of their activities without having any inconvenience, which implies improving the quality of the company and its growth in the industrial and commercial world. The proposed project will generate a favorable performance and structuring in order to allow managers to direct and make decisions with greater efficiency in relation to the operation of the company and its logistics planning, orienting the processes to a better execution of the warehouses and the management of the distribution and storage of equipment, minimizing bottlenecks, reprocessing and actions that increase costs and waste the organization’s resources. On the other hand, the proposed methodology is based on the union of the different procedures carried out in the operational area and the interrelation with processes of the commercial and administrative area, to improve the execution of the procedures for the reception and dispatch of orders requested by distributors and stores, reducing the percentage level of errors made by mismanagement and control of the main Technology World Group warehouse. Lives at the borders of the present: from the attempt at curricular control to the difference ABSTRACT My goal in this text is the debate about the tensions surrounding the curriculum, tensions provoked in an arena of disputes between unequal forces. If, on the one hand, the curriculum is instituted based on policies that respond to conservative and neoliberal demands, whose attempts to silence the difference and control lives; on the other hand, it is the proper place of difference with real possibilities of ruptures. To guide the debate, I use the following question: what affects the curricula thought under the aegis of neoliberal/conservative principles affect the circularity of the existence of difference in the school event? In this movement of analysis, I choose to work with the post-foundational and post-structural perspectives as a methodological instrument, especially with the epistemology of butlerian philosophical thought with the notion of frameworking. Despite attempting at control, curricula thought based on conservative and neoliberal voices are subject to escape. Thus, the desired quality of education, via monocultural knowledge, is hardly to materialize. What the curricula continue to do, therefore, is to try to control the uncontrollable, desire of the neoliberal imagination to ensure its own hegemony. Keywords: Curricular control. Performance financial evaluation became a primary indicator for management, especially a bank. This research evaluated asset and liability management of PT Bank X to describe its risk and return, by using financial ratios. The results found that performance ratios of PT Bank X decreasingly, where interest margin and net margin decreased to negative. This because of interest expenses and other operational expenses increased. Risk evaluation based on liquidity ratio were also decreasing in 2006 – 2007, because of the most assets of the bank became illiquid assest and default credits. On the other hand, this conditions became worse because of “Rush”, many of their customers took their money out from the bank on the same period. In 2008, bank has reduced their default credits succesively and made its liquiditiy better than previous year. Bad quality of credit management and control made the bank budgets their bad allowances for default credits higher and made bank’s capital risk higher too. Finally, all of bank’s capital was financed with their liabilities. The other hand, bank’s operating risk were recovered slowly, by organzation rationalization to reduce number of employees, as efficiency also. But this effort, indeed, made employee expenses increasing because management must pay golden-shake hand costs to employees.

The Cloud storage is the most important issue today. This is due to a rapidly changing needs and a huge mass of varied and important data to back up. In this paper, we describe a work in progress and propose a flexible system architecture for data storage in the Cloud. This system is centered on the Data Manager module. This module provides various functions such as the dispersion of data in fragments, encryption and storage of fragments... etc. This architecture proves to be very relevant. It ensures consistency between different components. On the other hand, it ensures the security and availability of data.

In this article I review a series of artworks, artistic performances and installations that deal with the topic of surveillance. My aim is twofold. On the one hand, I want to look comparatively at how different artists interrogate, question, quote, or critise surveillance society. On the other hand, I take these artistic actions as themselves symptomatic of the ways in which surveillance interrogates contemporary society. In other words, my claim is that surveillance does not simply produce substantive social control and social triage, it also contributes to the formation of an ideoscape and a collective imagery about what security, insecurity, and control are ultimately about, as well as the landscape of moods a surveillance society like ours expresses.

Focusing on Early and Middle Byzantine (fourth-to-twelfth-century) objects, images, and texts, this essay explores the tension between, on the one hand, efforts of the Byzantine church and state to discourage and control bodily adornment and modification and, on the other hand, the extensive evidence of widespread and immoderate engagement with these practices. The enhancement and manipulation of Byzantine bodies is considered as both a real and a metaphoric phenomenon. Evidence culled from secular and sacred, written and material sources demonstrates the importance of bodily adornment and modification to our understanding of Byzantine material and visual culture.

Over the course of his 14-year career at Chicago's Field Museum of Natural History, artist and engraver John Conrad Hansen rendered hundreds of beautiful and accurate scientific illustrations of animals – mostly extinct fossil vertebrates. His principal media were oil paintings, pencil, pen-and-ink and wash drawings. Many of his illustrations have been published in the scientific literature. His oil paintings, on the other hand, were made for display alongside specimens in the Field Museum's exhibits. Despite the quality of Hansen's full-colour reconstructions, few of them have been seen outside the Museum. A small, representative sample of his work is reproduced here, along with a brief account of his troubled life and career.

Fourty-nine 12 months old children and their mothers were videotaped in Ainsworth's Strange Situation. Fourty-six of them were videotaped again in the same situation at 18 months with their fathers. Quality of attachment was determined by using Ainsworth's criteria. Fewer children had 'secure' relationships to their parents than in comparable U.S. samples. There was no correlation between infant-mother and infant-father quality of attachment relationship. The results are discussed in terms of parental attempts to cope with cultural demands imposed on them. These specific cultural demands may frequently interfere with the establishment of a securely attached relationship. On the other hand, they may be only transitory and appropriate from an adaptation to culture-specific expectancies point of view.

The recertification of the professional accounting qualification in Estonia: the requirements and quality of CPD As the purpose of a professional qualification should be to ensure quality to employers/customers, appro-priate requirements for professional training should not be too low. On the other hand, too high require-ments for the amount of training would lead to the situation where maintaining the level is expensive and if the labour market does not consider having a professional certificate necessary, recertification will be discarded. The purpose of the research was to identify the factors that influence an accountant’s decision whether to recertify his/her professional qualification or not. The conditions of recertification were ana-lysed and compared to other countries as were the requirements set up for auditors. The results of the survey revealed that in Estonia the decision not to recertify one’s professional qualification was mainly due to not having fulfilled the required number of qualification hours or not having certificates proving one’s participation in qualification training sessions. At the same time, compared to other countries, the requirements in Estonia are very low. So that the increase in the amount of training would not hinder recertification, alternative solutions for Estonia are proposed in the article.

The individual ways of the stutter correction group participants are considered in the article. We see this situation as difficult and even antinomical for participant because it requires the his partial rejection of self-control and a trust in handing over his consciousness to the group leader. We assume that this aspect of communication is expressed only stronger in the situation considered here, but is presented in all kinds of communication. On the other hand, not only psychology, but also our culture lacks in adequate measures for understanding and control of such a processes in the communication. Our analysis of participant’s interviews shows that the participant’s way in the correctional process depends on ones attitudes towards the problem of handing control over one’s condition to the group leader.
