Some The Villa of San Diego de Ubaté has been the main municipal seat, thus being the commercial center with the greatest influx, bringing together peasants not only from the central savannah, but also from Bogotá, people who gather around traditions and sale of products. that are harvested by themselves and by their families, thus being the family sustenance. The objective of this study is to make a diagnosis of informal workers who work in the Plaza de Mercado Villa de San Diego de Ubaté. This research is an observational, cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach and descriptive scope. An instrument was designed that assesses sociodemographic and occupational variables, health status, and health and safety conditions at work, the sample was 183 jobs who participated voluntarily. The main findings are found in the number of people who work especially in the batán (43%), peasant (25%) and fruver (15%) sections, showing discomfort mainly at the musculoskeletal level. It is concluded that it is necessary to implement control measures in the person, at the source and in the middle, in order to improve the health and safety conditions at work of informal workers.

This article presents the design and construction of a mobile robot (E-BOT) both in the hardware and in the software part, which works as a support tool for teaching processes and allows to consolidate learning in related topics. a Programming having as its scope repetitive structures, this through a series of previously constructed learning elements. E-BOT has a series of actuators (Led, oled, servomotor, motors) and sensors (ultrasound and reflective light) which are controlled by means of Arduino that allow an easy interaction of EBOT with the real world. Additionally, the construction of a verification software is carried out that allows us to validate the correct operation of all the modules built.

In the administration of construction processes, methods applicable to all phases of construction projects are constituted, integrating necessary technical processes from the beginning to their completion, among which are the planning, programming, implementation, direction and control of hours, among others. , thus leading an organized and technical process, therefore, the construction industry has generated high competitiveness in terms of cost, time and quality, analyzing the factors that contribute to improving the processes and strategies applicable to this field; However, there have been constant non-compliances in these three factors, evidenced in the untimely delivery of the work due to delays of various kinds. To mitigate these inconveniences, it is essential to monitor, control costs and time of a project. This makes it possible to know if what is planned is in accordance with what has been executed, if the monitoring and correct control is not carried out, there is a risk of not obtaining the results of a project and the planned objectives of the same could not be reached with precision. This allows making decisions on time and executing the project as close as possible to the execution of the budget and monitoring and control of a project are very important when it comes to executing the budget, forecasting and controlling its development.

The psychological studies of organizations, about human capital, have shown that this factor increases to the extent that the environmental demands are intensified, but it is the intellectual trait that acquires the greatest value when considered as the main intangible asset. of an organization. In this way, the objective of this paper was to expose the theoretical, conceptual and empirical frameworks related to human capital in order to establish discussion scenarios related to the value chain of an organization based on its intangible assets. A documentary study was carried out with a non-probabilistic selection of sources indexed to repositories, considering the year of publication and relationship between the concepts of organization and human capital. There are lines of research around empathy, trust, commitment, satisfaction and happiness as inherent factors of human capital as an intellectual asset of an organization.

Some hardware assembly and marketing companies do not apply proper inventory management, causing failures in the product records, which can lead to shortages if there is an unexpected high demand, affecting the costs of ledgers and generating the need for an inventory management system. For this purpose, a methodological process was carried out, starting with the diagnosis, identifying the main factors that need to be improved concerning the management of merchandise, such as lack of inventory policies or reorder level, found through tools such as the SWOT, Ishikawa Diagram and Vester Matrix. Subsequently, an ABC classification was made, in which 1664 products are ordered and 118 of them belong to category A and applying goodness-of-fit tests. Then, the system is characterized and the mathematical models that adjust to the proposed conditions are selected: CEP without shortages and discount by suppliers, which is validated with a simulation. As a result of this process, the policy is established and a 95% improvement in the information quality is observed as a result. Variables part of the models are proposed and developed in the simulation and improve the system by 20% because they impact several products which are the most essential for the company.

The article presents the conceptual differences around distance and virtual educational modalities in Colombia, analyzing the legal context under Law 30 of 1992 and Decree 1295 of 2010 that established two modalities in distance education: traditional distance and distance education. In addition, Decree 1075 of 2015 and 1280 of 2018 as a regulatory framework for higher education and its modalities, on the other hand, a historical journey is made highlighting the incidence of technological development, the use of ICT, offer of programs and indicators evaluation of the quality of both modalities.

Knowledge management is a useful tool for the competitiveness of many organizations. The higher education sector is particularly oriented towards adherence to this type of schemes, since its nature implies constant institutional learning based not only on its own experience but also on the exchange of knowledge in the academic environment. In Colombia, higher education institutions perceive an opportunity for improvement in the high quality standards of the National Accreditation Council, which requires an infrastructure oriented to the strategic knowledge management. This article presents the experience of implementing a prototype of a knowledge management system in a higher education undergraduate program. It describes the phases of the process and its relationship with the technological platform that supported the development. The conclusions highlight the advantages of the exercise, emphasizing institutional learning, the importance of the technological platform and, finally, reflections on knowledge management as a fundamental axis of accreditation processes.

A good logistics plan generates within companies an adequate development of their activities without having any inconvenience, which implies improving the quality of the company and its growth in the industrial and commercial world. The proposed project will generate a favorable performance and structuring in order to allow managers to direct and make decisions with greater efficiency in relation to the operation of the company and its logistics planning, orienting the processes to a better execution of the warehouses and the management of the distribution and storage of equipment, minimizing bottlenecks, reprocessing and actions that increase costs and waste the organization’s resources. On the other hand, the proposed methodology is based on the union of the different procedures carried out in the operational area and the interrelation with processes of the commercial and administrative area, to improve the execution of the procedures for the reception and dispatch of orders requested by distributors and stores, reducing the percentage level of errors made by mismanagement and control of the main Technology World Group warehouse. The company on which this study was carried out performs a technical review of the inventory once a month, with a level of confidence and accuracy of 100%, although its level of precision is very high, it is necessary to change the how nventory control is being executed, since the current method exposes the operator to unnecessary and infallible risk, which has motivated the operations manager to request a change in the process. However, the process with which the inventory is currently being verified requires more man hours and the payment of overtime to its workers to complete the activity, generating an increase in nominal costs. For this reason, the objective of this work is to optimize the method of operation in the physical review of the inventory, allowing it to improve its effectiveness, reduce nominal costs, execution times and guaranteeing safety and health at work. Therefore, the work was carried out through descriptive applied research, developing strategies that start from theories, in order to apply them and thus give an optimal solution to the problems found in the company. Likewise, a quantitative investigation was implemented where the data emerged from a field work carried out in the finished product storage area, through a study of times and movements in the inventory review. Additionally, a cost analysis was carried out, accompanied by various simulations that made it possible to establish which is the appropriate machinery for the process. As a result, it was determined that the drone and the zigzag method is the optimal solution for the physical review of inventory by reducing risks, costs and execution times.
