Islamic education is a compulsory subject in every educational institution. Students are expected do not only know theory of religion but they also understand, feel, and implement theory of religion. Therefore, evaluation instrument of affective domain for Islamic education subject need to be developed and taken care since there has not been any evaluation instrument yet which is particularly developed for Islamic education subject. So this research aim at developing evaluation instrument of affective domain for Islamic education subject that fulfill validity and reliability requirement. Population of research object is evaluation instrument of affective domain assessment and population of research subjects are Junior High School students in Samarinda. Sample of this research is taken by using stratified proportional random sampling technique. Referring to the instrument construction, the use of revised GBPP of Islamic education subject for Junior High School is considered as the correct option. Data collection was done by using questionnaire technique. Data was analyzed by using Iteman analysis technique to find out degree of validity and reliability. Data analysis result reveals Likert method questionnaire, from the test of construct validity shows cumulative variant value 90.4% or it can show 94% of theory construct which has been stated. Reliability coefficient obtained is 0.914 with 0.124 SEM value which indicate very good quality of affective domain instrument. The use of sentences in constructing Likert method instrument assisted respondents to respond the instrument well. In Likert method, constructing questionnaire takes long sentences so that the respondents feel tired to read those statements. Likert method require sequence of words to formulate a good and objective statement. The implementation is that in Islamic education subject require efforts to take the decision.

In this study, each category is taken 2 (two) for each public and private schools. So that there are 6 (six) schools as the research sample. In this study are drawn 100 students as the subject of test instruments The instrument tried out was questionnaire by using Likert scale models with 5 (five) options. Try out done twice in difference time in two week. After taken try out of the tests twice it showed that, from 40 items of questionnaire there are 25 valid item of questionnaire and 15 items didnt valid with the average price r = 0,4. While the reliability test also has taken to the valid items which got r11 at current prices amounted to 0.9089

The purpose of this study was to analyze students in understanding ”faith in angels”. Also, the researchers tried to provide handouts with the example and non-example learning model and conventional model. This study employed the mixed-method approach, where the researchers used quantitative and qualitative data in formulating the results. The sample consisted of 68 junior high school students. The sample was determined by a total sampling of students studying Islamic Education at the Bengkulu school. The results showed that the concept of students' understanding of faith in angels was categorized as good. Furthermore, there is no significant difference between the use of the example and non-example model or the conversion model with handouts. The handouts made can make it easier to understand the concept of faith in angels even though they are used using the example and non-example and conventional model. The research with the handout of ”faith in angels” makes it easier for students to learn Islamic Education because it includes the picture and example real-life existence of angels.

<p style="text-align: justify;">Within the context of Self-Regulated Learning (SRL), a process of directing oneself to facilitate individual learning more effectively, the SRL instrument development is deemed necessary to measure students’ self-reliance in learning mathematics in the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) framework. The research aims to develop and test the validity and reliability of an SRL instrument, namely a 14-item SRL questionnaire accommodating four aspects, namely planning, self-monitoring, self-controlling, and evaluation. The study involved 420 junior high school students in East Java, Central Java, and Yogyakarta Special Region. The results show that the questionnaire was developed as planned and that planning, monitoring, controlling, and evaluating aspects can reflect the SRL variable in a valid, reliable, and significant way supported by each aspect's behavior indicator. The SRL variable theoretical model corresponds (good fit) with the empirical data, and all of the items are likely valid and reliable to assess student's mathematics SRL in the STEM framework. The SRL questionnaire was also found suitable for use by teachers to measure junior high school students’ self-reliance in SRL.</p>

This study aimed to describe the modification process and validity and reliability assessment of instruments regarding motivations for reading questionnaire (MRQ) for measuring reading motivation of junior high school students in Jambi, Indonesia. Eighty-three students participated in this study, selected through the respondent who returned the questionnaires. The corrected items' total correlation of SPSS 23 was applied to examine the validity and reliability of MRQ. The result of the corrected items' total correlation of SPSS statistical analyses showed that all of the 53 modification items of MRQ were valid and reliable. It indicated that all 53 items of MRQ were appropriate to be used for measuring the reading motivation of junior high school students in Jambi, Indonesia. The spreading of COVID-19 has forced many schools in the world to implement e-learning learning. The application of e-learning learning policies reaps the pros and cons of an Indonesian citizen. Junior high school students have their own opinions regarding the implementation of e-learning. Framed within a descriptive quantitative analysis, this study aimed at exploring the perceptions and expectations of junior high school students regarding the implementation of e-learning. A survey was conducted by distributing a questionnaire to Stella Maris junior high school students in East Nusa Tenggara province. One hundred forty-two students from grade seven and eight participated in the study. The survey data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2016 and the Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) v.20. Before data analysis was carried out, the research instruments were examined using the Product Moment Pearson correlation to assess its validity and reliability. The test results indicated that the instrument used was sufficiently valid and reliable, with each indicator having a count-r > r-table (0.514). The results showed that a high percentage of students have willing to learn online. However, the availability of online learning instruments is a barrier to implementing online learning in their school. Students’ perception was analyzed by using descriptive statistics, namely percentage. Students’ responses were analyzed using the content analysis technique.

This study aims to develop an evaluation instrument CIPP (context, input, process, product) model that suitable at implementation of performance assessment instrument to measure students' science process skills of junior high school. Methods in this study are research and development (R & D) which is adopted by model Borg & Gall model. This evaluation instrument used one of evaluation CIPP model with context, input, process, and product components. The evaluation instrument is used to determine the implementation of performance assessment instrument to measure junior high school students' science process skills in excretion system topic. This development study involves some experts to give validation of the development of feasibility products. Experts involved, they are two lecturers of evaluation expert, two junior high school science teachers, and four peers. The validity of evaluation instruments was analyzed using V'aiken formula. The results of this study are evaluation instrument of CIPP model of the implementation of performance assessment to measure junior high school students' science process skills of grade VIII in excretion system topic. The results of the validity of this product indicates that this evaluation instruments are eligible in using with V'eiken coefficient of 0.86. It indicates that the evaluation instruments are valid in substance, construction, and language aspects.

Geometric thinking has a very important role in developing students' mathematical thinking. To find out geometric thinking students needed a problem that could identify geometric thinking. The problem must be in accordance with the objectives to be measured, to meet validity and reliability as a valuation tool. The purpose of this research was to obtain the design of geometry problems to be able to identify valid and reliable geometric thinking. The descriptive method was used in this research. There are 6 people as validators and 3 junior high school students for testing. The results obtained prototype problems designed to pay attention to aspects of the material in accordance with the level of junior high school students and bring visualization, construction and reasoning activities. The construction aspect in which the problem does not lead to multiple interpretations. is clear and uses a question word/ command whose completion is a description. Aspects of language where the language is communicative easily understood and in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian language is good and true and meets the criteria of legibility.
