Additive manufacturing is a rapid manufacturing based on discrete accumulation to achieve prototypes or parts of products. Inorganic non-metallic materials, as one of the three major materials, have incomparable application prospect in medical, aerospace, automotive, construction, arts and crafts, as well as many other fields. In order to rapidly create devices with arbitrarily complex shapes, additive manufacturing of inorganic non-metallic materials is becoming a hot spot of current research. In view of the technical types, materials and other aspects, this article introduced research status and development of additive manufacturing in inorganic non-metallic materials at home and abroad. Several common inorganic non-metallic materials are compared and analyzed, such as Al2O3, Si3N4 SiO2, ZrO2, etc. The forming characteristics and the problems of several popular ceramic materials and sand–casting materials are illustrated with emphases. The key problems existed in additive manufacturing forming process of inorganic non-metallic material are pointed out and urgent to be solved at present. Furthermore, the impacts of the material handling process, three dimensional printing (3DP), Selective Laser Sintering(SLS), Selective Laser Melting (SLM) three-dimensional forming processes and post treatment process on the quality and performance of the forming parts are analyzed. Finally, the prospects in SLS of the gem material are put forward.

We consider the results of studies on the choice of material of the lower radial bearing of the pump, designed to circulate the coolant lead – bismuth. The circulation of the liquid coolant is provided by a vertical axial pump having a “long” shaft. In this design it is necessary to provide for the lower bearing the lubrication carried out with lead – bismuth coolant. Having analyzed the operating conditions of the axial pump, we decided to carry out the lower bearing in accordance with the scheme of a hydrodynamic sliding bearing. The materials of friction pairs in such a bearing must withstand the stresses arising from the operation of the pump, as well as the aggressive conditions of the coolant. Non-metallic materials – ceramics and carbon-based composite materials – were selected basing on the study of literature data for experimental research on the corrosion and heat resistance in the lead-bismuth environment.

This study aims to analyze the relevant indicators of spending quality in measuring the quality of regional spending as well as the relationship between the quality of regional spending and the development performance of the regencies/cities of Banten Province. This study uses secondary data from the governance, financial and performance development of the districts/cities of Banten Province between 2009 – 2013. The Data are analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS–SEM) using SmartPLS software version 2.0 & SmartPLS version 3.0. The Results show that there are 21 indicators out of 40 indicators that are relevant in measuring the quality of the districts/cities spending in Banten Province. The change of the spending quality map from 2009 to 2013 shows that the quality of North Banten (Tangerang Regency, Tangerang City, Tangerang Selatan, Serang Regency, Serang City and Cilegon City) is better than South Banten (Pandeglang and Lebak). In addition, the estimation results from the model used indicate that the quality of the region spending of Banten Provinve has a positive relationship with the performance of development with the value of the indicator 0,678. Keywords : Development Performance, PLS-SEM, Spending Quality

The primary objective of this study is to identify the challenges of talent management (TM) practices within private organisations in Bangladesh. This explorative study used unstructured interview methods for the data collection. This study conducted only ten interviews including seven experts from the private sector of Bangladesh and three scholars from reputed universities of the country. After a sequential analysis of all the transcripts of the interviews, four main areas have been identified as the main challenges for talent management practices and performance development in Bangladeshi private organisations: (1) high expenditure; (2) lack of government support; (3) poor awareness; and (4) very few skilled trainers. This study includes a discussion on how TM can be applied in Bangladesh for the development of organisational performance.
