The study investigated the extent of individualisation, readjustment and athlete codetermination of high-performance training. Individualisation refers to the extent to which the training design is tailored to an athlete's individual wishes, interests, strengths, and weaknesses. Readjustment refers to the adjustment of day-to-day training to an athlete's current physical, health-related and psychological constitution. Athlete codetermination refers to an athlete's involvement in decision-making on the training design. German national-squad members in athletics and volleyball ( n = 336) reported these variables in an online questionnaire. Analyses revealed four central findings: (1) Large parts of athletes’ training were characterised by high degrees of individualisation, readjustment and athlete codetermination. (2) These characteristics were more pronounced in athletics than in volleyball. (3) They explained large parts of the appropriateness of athletes’ training (whether the training was ‘just right’ for an athlete's performance development). Consistently, greater extents of individualisation, readjustment and athlete codetermination of training control were associated with better multi-year performance development. (4) Participation in performance analytics had no additional, specific effect on training appropriateness. All the results consistently applied to both youth age and adult age. In conclusion, greater extents of individualisation, readjustment and athlete codetermination of the training design apparently facilitate long-term training efficiency.

Changes in consumer behavior require companies to rethink their marketing strategies, especially in the digital marketing era. The Covid-19 pandemic has suppressed the marketing performance of MSMEs in a negative direction, so MSMEs need to improve their marketing strategies towards the concept of digital marketing. This study aims to analyze the role of the digital marketing platform, marketing orientation and entrepreneur orientation on the marketing performance of MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic in North Aceh Regency. This research is survey research with a sampling approach, the number of samples used in this study is 131 MSME actors in North Aceh Regency which are determined by purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equational Modeling (SEM) software Amos. Based on a survey of marketing managers and MSME managers, this study shows that MSMEs face various internal and external pressures to adopt digital marketing platforms as a medium to improve their marketing. This can be seen from the low perception of respondents on the influence of the entrepreneurial orientation variable on marketing performance. However, in this case, MSME Marketing Performance is influenced by digital marketing and marketing orientation, each coefficient value for digital marketing is 0.215 and CR 3.387 (P-Value 0.000 < 0.05) and marketing orientation is 0.621 and CR 8.466 (P-Value 0.000 < 0.05). ). The involvement of digital marketing and marketing orientation in MSMEs is expected to increase the company's performance and income. To increase digital marketing engagement, MSME actors who focus on relationship-based interactions with their customers through various digital marketing platforms and on-line buying and selling sites are still expected. This research shows how some companies outside of MSMEs have achieved this. This study makes an important contribution in improving the marketing performance of MSMEs through the relationship of digital marketing platforms, customer orientation and entrepreneurial orientation.

The paper discusses how the school microclimate could be improved within the school community, based on the results of a research carried out in 15 regional schools in Lithuania. The analysis is specifically focused on how the school community could be strengthened by improving the relationship between teachers and schools’ administration. Following the methodology of the thematic analysis, the paper highlights key issues which might be important to reconsider the formation of a positive relationship, internal communication, democratization of governance, reduction of competition between teachers, strengthening the confidence in the teacher, respect for each other as well as fostering an open, tolerant culture. The results of the research indicate the need to strengthen collaboration and engagement-based community: a need to develop a participatory culture, to develop teachers’ support systems, to rethink how to involve parents more actively into the school life, to ensure more effective feedback system (teachers-administration-parents). The paper also highlights a need to improve the emotional climate of schools, to develop clear guidelines for evaluating teachers’ activities, to ensure smooth internal communication, informing and involving teachers about planned changes, and allowing all members of the community to feel part of the organization, not only by informing about the activities being carried out, but also by enabling critical opinions to be expressed; to form different working groups involving different educators (e. g. primary school and subject teachers) on different issues of school performance development.

Abstract Historically, construction has always been one of the key sectors for state economic production. It has undergone developments over the years closely related to the world economic situation. The Czech Statistical Office, which processes annual analyses of construction production and describes market development resulting from the analysis of the construction industry deals with the development of economic sectors in the Czech Republic. A set of financial indicators which provide information on the overall market situation is annually published as a part of the research of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic in the form of a corporate sector financial analysis. The performance of construction companies can be measured by various indicators. The most important performance indicator is the return on sales. This financial analysis ratio is quarterly published as a statistic within the construction sector in the national statistics published by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The aim of the research described in the article is to compare the performance development of construction companies operating in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. 12 samples of construction companies (4 samples representing the category of small, medium-sized, and large companies) were chosen for comparison. Their return on sales was calculated on the basis of financial statements in the 2013 – 2019 period. This value was plotted in the development trend, which was subsequently compared with the national statistics. The overall comparison of the performance development of construction companies, which was quantified using macroeconomic indicators, was carried out in the South Moravian Region. The macroeconomic indicators of the South Moravian Region were also compared with the national indicators provided by the Czech Statistical Office.

This study aimed at identifying the effectiveness of letter (c) modelling in developing the writing skills performance of Arabic learners speaking other languages and the number of views required for the line visual to develop their writing skills performance. The study sample consisted of 15 learners who were studying the Arabic language for the first time and were chosen by the convenience sampling method. The female students did not take a pre-test as they did not know Arabic before. The students were trained on the attached Arabic calligraphy visual, which included all the Arabic language alphabets. The training period lasted for 8 weeks, with two lessons per week, and each session lasted for 40 minutes. The students then underwent a post-test that was checked for validity and reliability. The analysis results showed a clear ability to draw the Arabic letter due to the visualisation of the calligraphy presented by the researcher, which relied on modelling the letter (c) in all Arabic letters. In light of the findings, the study recommended applying the teaching method based on the calligraphy visualisation devised in teaching non-Arabic speakers.   Keywords: Handwritten performance, development, letter (c) modelling, learners of Arabic speaking other languages.
