This study aims to investigate the relationship between service quality, price perception, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. The survey method was applied with a sample size of 350 conducted with Nguoi Ban Vang pawnshops located in Ho Chi Minh City. The study results showed that service quality, price perception, and a new factor identified through the exploratory factor analysis, named staff competency, have a significant impact on customer satisfaction at the significance 0.05 level. The research also found that customer satisfaction impacts positively significantly on customer loyalty at the 0.01 level. These results imply that pawnshops should focus on increasing service quality, improving pricing policies and staff competence in order to gain customer satisfaction and their loyalty.

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality and Service Quality on Increasing Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty in Makassar Municipal Water Company (PDAM) both directly and through intervening variables or indirect effects. This study uses a quantitative approach conducted with the aim to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship between one variable with another variable. This research will explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. In this study, the analysis method used is path analysis using the SmartPLS program. The results of this study found that directly the product quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality had a positive and not significant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The indirect effect of this research is product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty if mediated by customer satisfaction. Service quality also has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty if mediated by customer satisfaction.

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship of the features of the value, satisfaction, and customer loyalty; the effect on the value of customer satisfaction and loyalty; influence of satisfaction on customer loyalty. A total of 200 merchant PT. BANK XYZ as respondents was selected randomly. Analyses were performed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The analysis showed that the feature has a significant influence on customer value, but not for customer satisfaction and loyalty. The values has a significant influence on satisfaction, but not on customer loyalty. Satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty. Discussion and conclusions described in the article. The technology based self service banking (TBSSB) refers to automated banking services that customer avail without interaction with bank employees. This paper investigates the relationship between dimensions of TBSSB service quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty. The paper also examines the mediating role of customer satisfaction in the relationship. The dimensions are identified and confirmed by conducting EFA and CFA respectively using SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 20.0. Dimensions of TBSSB SQ are identified as Convenience, Reliability & Security, Responsiveness and Personalization. AMOS 20.0 is used to investigate the relationship between dimensions using SEM. It is found that Convenience and personalization have significant effect on customer satisfaction, and personalization and customer satisfaction have significant effect on loyalty. Customer satisfaction is also confirmed as a mediating factor. This study may help bank managers to investigate the customers' quality perceptions about TBSSB services and enlighten banks about the aspects of services to be focused.

The objectives of this research are to test and explain the influence of product quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, in addition to customer satisfaction on the relationship between product quality and customer loyalty. A total of 190 valid questionnaires were collected from costumers of Bamboo Institute in Dili, Timor-Leste, and the relationships between 3 variables were tested using SMART-PLS 3.0. The result of the study revealed that product quality and customer satisfaction influence positively and significantly on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction fully mediate the relationship between product quality and customer loyalty. The result of study confirms that product quality and customer satisfaction are strong antecedent factors for customer loyalty. Therefore, to enhance customer loyalty, it is important to provide the product quality that meets the customer’s satisfaction level.

Competition in business services, especially education services show a trend that increasingly tight nowadays. Each school is required to be able to create a level of satisfaction and loyalty for its service users. This study was conducted to determine the effect of service quality, corporate image and price perception in creating customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this study using 173 respondents as a sample by using the method of saturated sampling. This research is a quantitative research using the observation method, interview, and spreading of the questionnaire. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the path diagram. Variables used include quality of service (X1), corporate image (X2), price perception (X3), customer satisfaction (Y1) and customer loyalty (Y2). The results showed that customer satisfaction is influenced by corporate image and price perception of 18.4% while customer loyalty is influenced by price perception and customer satisfaction of 60.5%. This suggests that service quality is not always a decisive factor in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
