The rapid development of information technology-based communication to encourage the development of video conferencing applications to a variety of media platforms. One of the media that is easily accessible is a web application development based RIA (Rich Internet Application). In this study developed a flash-based video conferencing application to utilize the net class group in ActionScript 3.0 and multimedia protocols RTMFP (Real Time Media Flow Protocol). Streaming video delivery technology requires codecs to be able to transmit video and audio. To find out which one is suitable codec in the development of this application, the analysis is done where appropriate codec for video conferencing on the public network access in terms of the quality of the resulting. The conclusion of the implementation and analysis of three types of audio codecs and codec, is that the codec h.264 and h.264 base profile play a video codec that is suitable for public networks because it produces little noise when there is a lot of movement when compared to the Sorenson video codec.

Web Applications are commonly using all the services made available online. The rapid development of the Internet of Things (IOT), all the organizations provides their services and controlled through an online, like online transaction of money, business transaction of buying and selling the products, healthcare services, military and GPS Systems. Web application development and maintenance is very difficult based on the security. Attacks are many forms to stealing the secure, personal information and privacy data. There is one major open source community Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) providing information, development and validation of web application projects to make application to be secure. This research work, discussing few of the solutions, detection and prevention methods of Injection risk out of the top 10 OWASP risks. Due to the injection risk, impact on business that may lead to loss of information, unauthorized access of personal and secure information.

Mobile application development was growing very rapidly along the increase of mobile devices and technology. One of the problems faced is the different platforms operating system on the market, it is make more difficult development process and requires a lot of cost. An application must be built at least 2 (two) types according to the current popular operating system (Android and iOS) in order to be able to get large application users.Hybrid Application is an application development model that combines native application approach and web application to be a mobile application. It can be converted into more than one mobile operating system platform later. The advantages of hybrid applications is the rapid development process because one source code can run on more than one mobile operating system, while the disadvantage is it use more of resources than the application built with the original language of the operating system platform used.Adobe Phonegap (Phonegap) and React Native are two frameworks that can be used to build mobile hybrid applications. In this study will be compared in terms of development and application results that run on Android devices from each framework by using case studies Aplikasi Jadwal dan Nilai pada Politeknik Kota Malang.

The rapid development of the Internet has brought with it both positive and negative aspects. Every year, there are more and more people and methods that want to steal information and disrupt the work of the resource, to carry out other similar actions. In this regard, the issue of site resistance to various attacks becomes particularly relevant, that is, it leads to the emergence of a large number of projects that help web application developers to improve the reliability of their products. In fact, actions such as testing and polling a website, searching for web applications, allow you to determine as a good warning measure the shortcomings of application development and closed testing show that, in this way, it is possible to determine whether an application is resistant to information security.

Java Spring is an application development framework for enterprise Java. It is an open source platform which is used to develop robust Java application easily. Spring can also be performed using MVC structure. The MVC architecture is based on Model View and Controller techniques, where the project structure or code is divided into three parts or sections which helps to categorize the code files and other files in an organized form. Model, View and Controller code are interrelated and often passes and fetches information from each other without having to put all code in a single file which can make testing the program easy. Testing the application while and after development is an integral part of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Different techniques have been used to test the web application which is developed using Java Spring MVC architecture. And compares the results among all the three different techniques used to test the web application.

I discuss experiences in the development of four broadband public networking projects in New York State in order to see an implication for future small or medium-sized enterprise over such public networks. The projects were funded under a state program to diffuse broadband/advanced telecommunication technologies in economically depressed areas of the state. Through the broadband networks, I critically argue characterization of next generation public network (NGPN) in reference to small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). I identify several facets of an NGPN drawing on a longitudinal study of the network development in four New York communities. As broadband public networks diffuse, small businesses being left out of the loop. The idea of SME application and service may itself be at risk. My approach to the socio-technical challenges involved in the design and development of broadband public networks is outlined.

In this paper we report on the practical outcomes of Software Studio (SS) undergraduate course, but also on a graduate Software Engineering for Internet Applications (SEIA) course, both of which are taught collaboratively by IT and non-IT faculty members. In the latter, students are assigned to projects proposed by actual customers and work together in teams to deliver quality results under time and resource constraints. We are interested in the learning results, such as skills acquired, e.g. by analysing the interaction between students and customers to determine how and to what degree the students transform through project based collaborative learning. As for the SEIA course, the primary goal is to allow students to manage a relatively large number of tools with little prior knowledge and having to work out how to obtain detailed information about given features, when required. In other words, students have to understand the key ideas of web application development in order to be able not only to apply technical knowledge, but also to successfully interact with all the stakeholders involved. In the process, we look for the added value of collaborative teaching, aiming at equipping the participants with both technical and non-technical skills required for their prospective jobs.
