This research aimed to determine the effect of corporate governance and firm performance on stock prices. It was shown by Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI), Return on Assets (ROA), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and firm size (SIZE) in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data sample used in this research was company listed on IDX during 2009-2012 and participated in CGPI of that period. Financial statement data and stock prices could be obtained from the IDX website and CGPI data were from the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance. Hypothesis test used in this research was a multiple linear regression analysis. As a result, the application of corporate governance and ROA give positive but insignificant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, TATO and SIZE have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Both variables of corporate governance and firm performance influence stock prices significantly.

This study aimed to determine the effect of Earnings Per Share, Dividend Per Share and the Financial Leverage of the company's stock price on auto listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2006-2010 period either simultaneously or partially. The method used is the method of documentation, the data processing techniques using the Software Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 19.0 for windows evaluation. In conducting this study the authors using multiple linear regression analysis. The results either simultaneously or partially indicates that a significant difference between earnings per share, dividend per share and financial leverage on stock prices. This is evident from the calculated F and t is greater than F table (2.975) and t table (1,706). In addition, 69.3 % stock price able to be explained by the variable earnings per share, dividend per share and financial leverage. The remaining 30.7 % can be explained by other variables, such as Return On Assets (ROA), SBI Interest Rate, Price Earning Ratio (PER). The result is expected to be useful for the researchers themselves, the automotive company's management, as well as potential investors for further research. For automotive company's management should pay attention to earnings per share, dividend per share and the financial leverage that can be used to predict the rise or fall of stock prices is then to take the decision to invest.

This study aims to influence the financial ratios of stock prices on the issuers of automotive sector companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2016. This study is a documentation study, where the data used is secondary data obtained from company reports that have been available. The population in this research is all companies of automotive sector and components listed in IDX and reporting company's finance in period 2011-2016. From a total of 13 companies, 12 companies were taken as samples because one company did not meet the requirements of the financial statements for the period in this study. Data analysis was done by multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test by using t test and F test. The result showed that DERand PER have negative and significant effect to stock price in automotive company and component listed on IDX 2011-2016, TATO has a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices in automotive companies and components listed on IDX 2011-2016, CR and ROA have negative and significant effect on stock price in automotive company and component listed on IDX 2011-2016.

This study aims to find empirical evidence of the influence of the current ratio, fixed asset turnover, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets on stock prices. The sample in this study amounted to 36 companies taken from a population of 42 companies in the hotel, restaurant and tourism sub sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 and 2020. Determination of the number of samples was carried out by purposive sampling method. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. Testing was carried out separately between data for 2019 and data for 2020. Data for 2019 shows conditions before the covid-19 pandemic, while data for 2020 shows condition during the covid-19 pandemic. The result of the study found empirical evidence that the current ratio, fixed assets turnover, and return on assets had e effect on stock prices in both condition. Meanwhile, the debt to equity ratio has an effect but is not in accordance with the exixting theory where the debt to equity ratio has a negative effect on stock prices. In this study, the debt to equity ratio has a positive effect, this indicate that the company’s capital structure uses more funds provided by creditors to generate profits.

The objective of this research is to find out the effect of liquidity (CR), profitability (ROA), sales growth (SG), and dividend policy (DPR) on the stock price after the implementation of IFRS. This is a quantitative research with the samples consisting of 13 companies of the 45 companies listed on LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2011-2013. Totally, there were 39 data collected for the analysis. The sample was determined using purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result provides evidence that lead to a conclu-sion. Therefore, it can be concluded that, partially, the variables of Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), sales growth (SG), and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) have an effect on stock prices. In addition, Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices. However, the sales growth (SG) has no significant effect on stock prices.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of profitabilityand liquidity on stock prices. The independent variables used are returnon assets, return on equity, current ratio, and quick ratio. The population inthis study is non-financial LQ-45 companies registered in succession in 2016–2018. This study uses secondary data derived from financial statementsthat can be accessed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research methoduses multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used waspurposive sampling where the samples obtained in the study were 87 companies.The results showed that (1) return on assets has a positive effect onstock prices; (2) return on equity has a negative effect on stock prices; (3)current ratio has no effect on stock prices; (4) quick ratio has a negativeeffect on stock prices. But simultaneously return on assets, return on equity,current ratio, and quick ratio affect the stock price of 37.4%, while theremaining 62.6% comes from other variables that are not contained in thisresearch model.

On investing in the capital market one thing that must be considered is the stock price. The price of shares offered on a stock exchange is related to the achievements of the company. The share price can be purchased by earnings per share (EPS) and sales growth. The purpose of this study was to study the effect of earnings per share (EPS) and sales growth on the stock prices of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (IDX). The population in this study were 11 pharmaceutical companies that were accepted on the Stock Exchange and sampled through purposive sampling techniques as many as 9 companies in the 2015-2019 period. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. EPS partial research results positive and significant EPS on EPS stock prices EPS has tcount (54,435)> ttable (2,02439), on the other hand, partial sales growth, positive and significant effect on stock prices, economic growth, thitung sales value ( -3,525) table (-2.02439). Simultaneous EPS and positive and significant growth in stock prices due to the results obtained Fcount (1560,773)> Ftable (3.25).

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of the risk-based bank rating component as measured by non-performing loans, loan to deposit ratio, good corporate governance, return on assets and capital adequacy ratio on the value of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) Year 2013-2017. The research sample was selected using the nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique and obtained as many as 6 banking companies, so that the number of observations with a study period of 5 years was 30 observations. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that non-performing loans and loan to deposit ratios have a negative effect on the value of banking companies. Return on assets and capital adequacy ratio have a positive effect on the value of banking companies and good corporate governance does not affect the value of banking companies. The purpose of this study is to determine the movement of stock prices, namely fundamental analysis where profitability ratios are often used in fundamental analysis, namely NPM, ROA and ROE This research was conducted on companies incorporated in the 2014-2018 LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research population is 68 companies. Samples were selected using a purposive sampling technique so that the number of samples obtained was 26 companies and the number of observations over 5 years was 130 observations. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this analysis show that NPM and ROA have no effect on stock prices so that they are unable to increase share prices in companies incorporated in the LQ45 index, while ROE affects stock prices so the higher the ROE level the higher the stock prices at companies incorporated in the LQ45 index. The rapid development of capital markets are now attracting the attention of people andcapital owners to invest in capital markets. During the year 2013-2016 the average stock price of the textile and garment enterprises sub-sector experienced a fluctuating condition. The financial ratios that are suspected to affect the ups and downs of stock prices are ROA and EPS. The population of this research are 15 Textile and Garment Sub-Sector Companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. The analysis technique used is linear regression analysis with SPSS program. This study aims to determine the effect of ROA on stock prices through EPS as a mediator. The results showed that ROA has no significant effect on stock prices, but ROA has a significant influence on the mediation variable that is EPS. EPS variable has positive and significant effect to stock price. ROA and EPS have a significant effect on stock prices. EPS is fully mediated variable and can significantly mediate the relationship between ROA and stock prices. Based on the analysis results, can be concluded that the variables that affect the stock price is EPS, while the ROA variable does not affect the stock price. As well as EPS variables can mediated the relationship between ROA and stock prices. The results of this research, it is expected the company further increase the profitability of the company in order to increase the stock price so that it can give benefit the company and investors.
